Bodybuilding Ebooks: 5 Things to Look For

In a perfect world, everyone who wanted to gain muscle, get defined, and achieve that perfect physique would have the best trainer at their disposal, someone who knew exactly what to do to get bigger, stronger, and faster. Unfortunately, the trainers in most commercial gyms these days just suck. They’re not big or strong, sometimes they’re not even in great shape, they know little to nothing about progressing in the weight room, and they charge outrageous prices.

Fortunately, there are excellent bodybuilding ebooks that can guide you on your way to muscle. However, not all of them are created equal. In this day and age, he can find a lot of information on the Internet for free. It’s clear that some people just cobble together whatever bogus advice they can find in a crappy pdf and put a fifty dollar price tag on it. There are some key qualities to look for before buying any bodybuilding ebook.

1. Instructions for force!

If you’ve read anything about bodybuilding, you’ve probably realized that there are many ways to train to build muscle. High volume, high intensity, low reps, supersets, the list goes on. However, you must understand that the only way to gain significant muscle with ANY of these training systems is to get stronger.

Again, there are many valid ways to achieve this goal. Different eBooks may promote different training methods, but the one you choose should be about strength! Don’t be fooled by paid books, pamphlets, subscriptions and other publications that simply tell you to do three sets of this or one drop set of that. You need to find instructions on how to add weight to the bar AND still be able to get it off your chest or off the floor!

2. Exercise guides for the perfect form

Reading a program that outlines the sets, reps, and weight you’re going to use is one thing, but performing the most effective muscle-building moves is a whole different ballgame. If you’re going to be successful at getting stronger and getting the most out of every rep you perform in the gym, you have to learn proper form! There is no way to avoid it.

Therefore, good bodybuilding ebooks will also provide detailed instructions on how to perform major lifts like squats, bench presses, deadlifts, overhead presses, pull-ups, and dips. It should also include different cheats and tweaks that you can use. How do you use the bench press to build your pecs? How can you get your hamstrings to help your quads in the squat? The book has to tell you!

3. The truth about bodybuilding nutrition

Unless you’ve been living under a rock in the world of bodybuilding, you know that nutrition is the key to your muscle-building success. You can train all you want, but your body can’t build more muscle mass if you don’t feed it correctly. A good bodybuilding ebook will put just as much, if not more, emphasis on what you should be doing in the kitchen to get big and strong.

What exactly does the book need? First, you need basic instructions on how to get the essential nutrients: protein, fat, and carbohydrates, as well as certain vitamins and minerals. Second, you need to explain how to figure out how much food to eat and when to eat it. Finally, a great bodybuilding book will give you some meal plans and recipes to serve as good examples. Some people don’t really understand how much they need to eat to build muscle until they actually read EXACTLY what a bodybuilder eats on a day to day basis.

4. Side Talk No BS

Chances are if you’re reading this bodybuilding information online, you’ve already been bombarded with ad after ad for crappy supplements. Selling cheap powders and pills at ridiculously high prices has always been the rage in the world of bodybuilding, and that’s not changing anytime soon. Supplements can certainly help you progress, but you have to be careful that greedy supplement companies don’t take money out of your wallet.

A quality bodybuilding ebook will explain which supplements are best to help your muscles gain, but will not endorse any product or line of supplements. Who would you rather buy? A greedy salesperson selling out to a brand by assuring them that their “super secret formula” is the one to buy to make a real profit? Or an honest bodybuilder who doesn’t have a dog of his own in the supplement fight?

5.Tips for success

This is a bit of a vague subject, but any bodybuilding ebook worth its salt will give you a wealth of advice for consistency and muscle-building success. Bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint, and sometimes it will be difficult to stick to your training and eating schedule. Motivational material, tips on how to never miss a meal, and any other practical information are sure to be found in a good bodybuilding book.

They are real! Security cameras that capture real spirits and ghosts

What do we really know about our world? There are so many things that we still don’t know, even now. One may think that we have come a long way, with the Internet and all the new technology that we have now. In fact, we jumped a long way with this new information system. However, with all our knowledge, what have we learned and tested about the spiritual realm?

On a trip, I decided to check my security cameras at home. While watching some of the clips, I noticed real ghosts and spirits. What can we do with supernatural events in our own home? What would you do if you saw this in your security clips? I have to admit, after the scare wore off, a couple of minutes later, with no idea how to create special effects, I just made the best of everything, that’s what I always do. I used my safety clips to create this timely trailer. I decided to make a movie trailer with IMovie, as if they were upcoming attractions, from a Halloween movie. Here it is for you to see.

Maybe there are angels protecting me. I certainly hope so. There is a huge amount of data on this topic, it is not difficult to find. I wondered from time to time, myself, about it. Although after reading several books on the subject, I decided that it would be unwise to investigate further.

At first, coming home with these orbs and spirits marked me. I prayed for protection. I tried to have a conversation with them, asking if they were good or bad, while clarifying to them, while speaking, that I never invited them and that I was not inviting them to stay. I further explained if they wanted to show themselves to me before they left, without the cameras, to make sure it was daylight first. That was the last time I saw them.

I think there’s a lot out there, yet to be explored, both in space, other universes, life forms, and a whole other realm. However, as the Bible warned Adam and Eve, perhaps it is not for us to explore. Perhaps it is better to know less about this particular field. The great philosophers would probably agree. Albert Einstein mentioned that imagination is more important than knowledge, I think he is right. Although I love using technology to create, without imagining what to create, I couldn’t use it for that. Perhaps Einstein meant that knowing too much takes us further away from the spiritual world.

My favorite book is the Bible, full of wisdom. I learn a lot about my world there. One of the warnings that is repeated in the Bible is not to get involved in issues like this. I try to avoid the topic when we discuss it among my friends, but this was right in my face, so to speak. Whatever it is, even if it was just a visit for Halloween or a message, I feel a little better without them here. If there are angels watching over me, I wouldn’t mind meeting them, in daylight, preferably outside.

My Bible stays close to my pillow at night and makes me feel more secure.

Things to do in the Fiji Islands

With half a million tourists a year, Fiji is quickly establishing itself as one of the most welcoming and attractive places to visit in the Pacific region.

Fiji offers a wide variety of activities for families, adrenaline junkies, and ecotourists alike. It takes good planning to make the most of your dream vacation in the Pacific. However, many people leave Fiji without discovering the true magic of the archipelago. The advance of the tourism industry on the island means that the place is packed with the usual western and eastern ‘attractions’ and money shooters. Luxurious shopping centers, fast food outlets, Chinese and Indian restaurants have been built on all the islands. My best advice would be: let’s say out of these hot spots. You can get Asian fast food right around the corner without leaving the comfort of your hometown. You’re going to Fiji for a special adventure, so you must plunge headlong into its green abundance.

Hiking in Fiji is one of the best things to do. There are six national parks in the archipelago. If you want to understand why some people care about rainforest conservation, go there and you will see what a magnificent place a rainforest is. It is nothing like the usual forest of the western world.

Koroyanitu is the most popular national park. It offers day trips and camping adventures that will allow you to discover the rainforest and some local towns where almost nothing has changed since the days when James Cook was there. For the best views in Fiji, head to Nausori National Park. You will see dormant volcanoes and lush green hills over abundant rich valleys and magnificent gorges.

The reason you’ve heard of Fiji is probably the diving. That remains one of the most popular things to do in the Fiji Islands. The reason for this is the clarity of the water and the beauty of the underwater world. It is worth seeing the coral reefs with thousands of colorful fish and a wide variety of plants. Some of the reefs are over 4,000 years old, so tourists have to be responsible and try not to disturb this subtle form of life. Natural coral reefs are very important to the global ocean ecosystem. Look and admire but don’t touch!

Other things to do in Fiji include sailing a replica pirate schooner between the islands, playing golf, taking day trips to museums and heritage artifacts, sailing, and maybe shopping. There are some local markets on the islands. By visiting them you will encounter the friendly and relaxed way of the islands, learn more about the local inhabitants and maybe find some items of interest. The locals have kept up the old traditions and when it comes to craftsmanship and originality they easily beat other so called native destinations.

You can’t put Fiji in any kind of brackets. is for everyone Every tourist will find something that captures the imagination and leaves good memories.

smart goals

We all know that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. So if you decide to recommit to any unmet goals (lose 10 pounds, quit smoking, find a new job, etc.), I have a few suggestions for taking the struggle out of the process.

Write your goals. You can write them in your journal, on your Palm Pilot, or on a cocktail napkin. The physical act of typing anything tells that “Google search engine” that is your subconscious mind to pull in resources, information, whatever you need to achieve that goal. Also, as soon as you achieve one goal, create another. Keep a constant “To Do List” for your life.

When writing down your goals, make them SMART:

Specific and Simple. The subconscious, which is where all behavior comes from, needs clarity and precision. Broad goals like “I’ll be happier in 2006” are too vague. As yourself, what specifically would make you happy? A new career? Make that your goal. The subconscious is a doer, not a thinker, and must receive the bottom line, crystal clear goals: “I’m enrolling in law school.” Or I’m being promoted to Vice President.” Or “I’m becoming a non-smoker.” Don’t flood the engine of the subconscious with TMI (too much information), such as complex business plans and financial projections from the data processing department.

Measurable and Meaningful. How will you know when you have achieved your goal? It makes it easier for your subconscious to help you achieve your goal. “I’m making $250,000 this year.” “I’m doubling my sales quotas.” These are “idiot-proof” measures that anyone (including her subconscious) can recognize and applaud.

Your goals must be meaningful to you. I can’t tell you how many people think they have no willpower or are constantly self-sabotaging. Actually, deep down, they just don’t want that goal. Maybe they keep failing the bar exam because they really don’t want to be a lawyer…they’ve been trying to please their parents or someone else. Make sure that your goals are in line with YOUR dreams, because that will be reflected in your work, in your health, in your heart, in your face and in your life.

Realizable. All Areas of your Life. Act like you have it now.

There is no point in pursuing a goal that is unattainable (although with quantum physics, the unattainable begins to be a thing of the past). It is an unattainable goal for President George w. Bush to have a third term. There are certain professional standards and constraints that we must adhere to and allow to guide us in setting our goals.

Act like you have it now, and it’s just a matter of time before it becomes a reality. This is not an illusion…unless, of course, you are constantly claiming that you are the Queen of England. You begin to call yourself to a higher level, removing fears and obstacles from your path and summoning all the forces around you to align with the new you. it is a rehearsal. You are training your subconscious to draw your attention to your goal of manifesting it. You will be surprised and amazed at how many “coincidences” start to occur when you stick to your commitment.

Realistic and Responsible. Our goals must be realistic. I can hardly hope to become a lawyer if I haven’t finished law school and passed the bar exam. Our objectives must be in line with our training, experience, as well as our desires.

Set responsible and green goals. It may not be responsible to open a liquor store if your spouse is an alcoholic. Reconsider any goals that could harm the environment or cause suffering to others.

Timed and To. Give your goal a deadline date (first quarter of next year in March, in 5 years, etc.). If you miss the deadline, you don’t need to punish yourself. Just restart it and recommit. Quantifying and qualifying goals keeps us moving and fosters a fun, sportsmanlike spirit. When we simply say, “I’m becoming a better golfer,” then missing just one shot has technically made you a better golfer. Setting a specific goal (“I’m consistently scoring within 3 points of par by the end of this year” gives you a healthy sense of urgency to achieve your goal.

You might consider designing a goal that moves towards something positive or pleasant instead of moving away from something negative or painful. When we want a new job simply because we hate our current one, we are likely to recreate the same misery, if not worse. This is because we get what we focus on. For example, the dream of Martin Luther King, Jr. was not based on turning people away from racial injustice, oppression, and discrimination, but was based on brotherhood, equality, and freedom for all. Use this as a map to a world of difference and power in achieving your goal.

So instead of focusing on losing 20 lbs. Since you’re a fat pig who can’t get his clothes, focus on overall health and fitness and getting back to that ideal suit size. The first mentality has a limited negative charge (below) and the second is positive (above) and unlimited. Where are there more possibilities: in outer space or on earth?

Now go out and achieve your goals!

The history of pizza and the first frozen pizza in America

Pizza was actually considered a peasant food in Italy for centuries. And since we can’t really determine who made the first pizza, many food historians would agree that dishes that were similar to pizza date back to the Greeks and Egyptians. That being said, people have been enjoying such a delicious dish for many years.

Pizza as we know it today can be traced back to an individual named Raffaele Esposito from Naples, Italy. Raffaele was an Italian owner of a tavern by the name of Pizzeria fi Pietro e Basta Cosi in the 19th century. And as suggested above, he has been traced back to the inventor of the modern pizza. Raffaele has cooked his pizzas for Queen Margherita of Savoy to welcome her to Naples in 1889. This is when Raffaele made a pizza to resemble the Italian flag that was a combination of tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil, The Famouse Pizza Margherita.

The first pizzeria in the United States came from an Italian immigrant named Gennaro Lombardi. And Lambardi’s opened in 1905 when New York City granted the establishment the first license for a pizzeria in the United States.

With the growing popularity of pizza in the United States, many chains began to appear. The first pizza chains were Shakey’s Pizza, founded in 1954 in Sacramento, California. And by the way, Shakey’s was one of my favorite pizza places growing up. Also some other earlier pizza chains were Pizza Hut founded in 1958 in Kansas, Josey’s Pizza founded in Georgia in 1943.

Of course we cannot forget about the frozen pizzas. In fact, the first frozen pizza was invented by an individual named Rose Totino. Rose went to high school not far from my high school in Minnesota, Edison High in northeast Minneapolis was her school. Rose and her husband Jim opened their restaurant in Minneapolis in 1951 on a shoestring budget, but they achieved success fairly quickly, so quickly that Jim was able to leave his job at a bakery in 3 weeks.

Regardless, Rose and Jim’s invention of the first frozen pizza began as a simple grab and bake—yes, the first Papa Murphy’s. Jim would work the crust and Rose would apply the sauce. That idea turned into Rose and Jim hiring the Chicago crust and then applying their sauce. That separate frozen pizza business started in 1962 and grew so large that the couple sold the rights to Pillsbury in 1972 for $20 million—not bad for an idea and a dream.

10 little-known secrets to achieving goals

These secrets are usually exclusive to my coaching clients and have never been offered for free before.

I want to share with you what I have discovered are the main reasons why people do not achieve their goals.

Study these secrets. Don’t read them once and stop there.

If you fully understand and carefully study these reasons, they will help you experience a breakthrough year.

I have been studying goals and the goal setting process for over ten years. I have been helping others for almost that long and have been teaching and consulting on goals for the last six or seven years.

I have seen people achieve mind blowing success and I have seen many more people give up on their goals and continue to suffer. Pain that could and should have been avoided.

I’ve tracked why people don’t achieve their goals. There are many reasons, but I have summarized and simplified the reasons why people fail into just ten reasons. These reasons are very powerful to reflect on and understand.

Go over these reasons many times until you are sure they are not holding you back.

As these reasons help you, please contact me via email or phone and let me know your progress. Please do not dismiss any ideas, thoughts or insights you gain by reflecting on the reasons below. They are truly authentic and powerful. Here are the reasons why you need to know and study:

  1. Your goals are not yours People all over the world adopt goals that are imposed or influenced by others. Mom always wanted you to be a doctor. Your wife wants you to change jobs. Society says you need a bigger house and a fancier car. The big, big question is what do you want? What is in the bottom of your heart? Until you find this, your goals are not authentic. You will not be at peace. You will fight and your “adopted” goals are doomed to fail.
  2. You really don’t care You have goals that you “sort of” want, you know maybe you should have them, but you’ve never bought them into your heart. This is what I call a “wish list.” I want it but I won’t take action or work for it.
  3. You have no idea why… You’re chasing this target, you’ve identified it pretty well but you have no idea why it’s a target. To reach a goal, you need to know why you are pursuing it. If you don’t, you will lose motivation very, very quickly. If you are looking to earn more money, why? Will it give you the best lifestyle you want? Will you be able to buy that new house of your dreams? You get the idea. Spend time on the “why” and dig deeper. The why is often not the first or second thing that comes to mind when you think seriously about it.
  4. You have too many goals Too many goals leave you scattered. You pursue one goal for a day or a week and then another and another. You need to have a laser focus to achieve a goal. Multiple targets are fine. I have goals in many aspects of my life (business, personal, family, spiritual, etc.) but you can only focus on one or two goals at a time and be effective.
  5. You don’t check your goals I can’t tell you the number of people who set solid goals in early January and forgot most of them by March 1st. You need to review your goals every day and I mean every day! Post your goals on the wall, the dashboard of your car, on the bathroom mirror. Where you can. I understand how privacy can be an issue, but think, where can you post your goals?
  6. You don’t believe in your goals in your heart – You talk a good game of ball, you can recite your goals, you tell everyone what a great thing you have planned and will do, but deep down you don’t believe them. In your heart you don’t think you have what it takes to achieve them. You know that you have pursued goals in the past and failed. Why should this time be any different? You need to believe and have faith. If you believe in a higher power, trust that power and have faith that you will achieve your goals. This is a process you work on. It’s not a snap of the fingers and you’re done. It is a very important step. Don’t discount faith in yourself!
  7. Low self-esteem – Many people feel that they are not worthy of their goals. They feel like they are asking the universe to achieve too much. They feel that they are not smart enough and that they are not worthy of achieving their goals. I hear people tell me that they don’t deserve success and so on. You were born to achieve great things. You are worthy of achieving all your dreams and much, much more. You are a miracle.
  8. No persistence – People give up too easily and too soon. Excuse the language but many people need to WAKE UP! I know persistence is one of my strengths and it has saved my butt many, many times. My wife says I’m stubborn. Persistence to me is stubbornness with a definite purpose. Stubborn, by no means! Persist, you bet!
  9. Hang out with dream stealers – Stay away from or limit your time with toxic people. Some people hate to see you succeed and enjoy life when you don’t. They will live through you and do everything in their power to see you fail. This happens for many reasons. We don’t have time to discuss the twisted thought process they create. We have time to tell you to find positive, motivated and inspiring people who support you and your goals.
  10. Try to do everything yourself – This was probably the hardest concept for me to accept. I had been burned, hurt, financially and emotionally taken advantage of too many times. I am far from naive and have a lot of common sense, but dishonest people are everywhere. I’m a big tough guy who thought he could do it all. I can’t and no one can. We all need help. Something is emotional support, something is special skills we don’t have, something is building a “team” that can often do exponentially more than a single strong person. Strategic planning is often an easier answer that will lead to faster and more meaningful results.

Some of these reasons may be starting with you. Some may not. I think for most of you they will be very valuable. I use this information in my training and in my daily consulting. Your understanding of these reasons can have a tremendous impact on your life. Reflect on them, make the changes you must and then their magic will remove all your fears and doubts and allow you to live the life of your dreams.

Cornelius Vander Starr Biography – Founder American International Group (AIG)

Biography of Cornelius Vander Starr. In many ways, the life of CV Starr is a classic American story: a young man from modest origins who rises to the top of American business. But Starr’s experience is different. When he started his business in China in 1919, his model is to create partnerships with local residents, the first being the Chinese banker, and he always employs staff from China.

This is the model for their business across Asia and around the world, long before “globalism” or “multiculturalism” became a catch-all term. Starr is interested in people who work hard and are good at what they do, no matter what line of business they have.

Cornelius Vander Starr was born in Fort Bragg, California in 1892 in Ft. Bragg, CA. His father, also called Cornelius Starr, was a railway engineer of Dutch nationality, who died in 1895.

CV’s mother, interestingly, was named after Frances Arabelle Starr, also known as Belle Starr, who was born in Tennessee in 1868. Census records show that in the year 1910 Belle is the head of the household where she lived in the area. logging on the Ten Mile River in the north. Mendocino County, California, where her mother and her brother, Frances and William j. Hart (36 years old and a train driver in a store), lives with him, as well as a widower named Thomas Shelton and his two children. As a day job, she only recorded her own income from her “” while stating that he was Shelton’s tree marker “” in the woods. Most of the area’s residents were employed in the logging industry that dominated Mendocino County at the time.

Ten years earlier (1900) the head of the family was her husband, John b. Starr, perhaps her first sibling (deceased).
