5 expert tips to prevent spam in your business

Are you sick and tired of opening your email account every day only to find countless amounts of uninvited email? Email that includes bold and upsetting statements like: “product recommended by Mary”, Prayed “make $6,000,000,000.00 overnight…” Prayed “buy Viagra now”... and so?

Are you tired of going through your “junk” filter every day only to receive an email or two that you were really expecting to receive, but were buried on spam pages? If you fall victim to any of these spam issues, read on for some HUGE tips on how to prevent spam in your business.

Create an alternate email address by listing the company, URL, etc.

As a small business owner or employee (depending on your job duties), you may be required to give out your email address for many different reasons. Signing up for: webinars, newsletters, business directories, search engines, or other products or services that capture your data can be a BIG problem!

Most companies implement a “privacy policy”, which generally states how your personal information will not be used to send you spam or to disclose your information to third parties. Unfortunately, not many companies can be trusted to safeguard your data, and many companies forward your email address and name to many other third parties, greatly increasing the amount of spam you will receive. Always use an alternate “disposable” email address, to be used when signing up for anything online; including subscriptions and reports. Creating and using an alternate email address will go a long way in preventing spam at your business!

When registering a domain, get a “private registration” so that no one can see your email address and contact information, to help prevent spam.

Private domain name registration is a BIG necessity, in your quest to prevent spam. When you register a domain name, your contact information or the contact information of the person who registered the site may be displayed to the general public. In other words, a person could log into a website like the “Whois” directory (search it in your favorite engine), then enter their URL, and their contact information would be displayed for all to see. Imagine the ability of a spammer to access this website or a similar one; find your REAL name, your REAL email address and start spamming fast silly stuff outside of you!

By registering your domain under “private registration”, your contact information will not be displayed when a spammer decides to learn more about your company. It’s important to note that while a private registry “hides” your contact information, there are ways for expert spammers to circumvent this protection barrier.

Set the spam inbox to “high” depending on the software you are using

An obvious but overlooked feature within most people’s email software is the “spam” or “filtering” option. Although the name of the spam filter varies depending on the company that created the software (or website), they generally all serve the same purpose. Having the spam filter set too low can result in a large amount of spam getting into your inbox. Having the spam filter set too high can result in many of the emails you really want to receive being marked as spam.

Personally, I recommend setting the filtering to “high”, rather than low or moderate. This will catch most if not all of the spam, but it will also catch a lot of your legitimate email. You can create “rules” in your email settings to allow email from certain domains (URLs) or certain names to always go to your inbox. If your spam filter is off or “low”, you should definitely make the necessary change today, to help prevent spam from flooding your inbox.

Try to refrain from creating “easy” email addresses, such as one that uses the first letter of your full first name and last name.

Spammers are smart and resourceful people most of the time. Suppose your first and last name appear on your company’s website. If your name is John Smith, and the name appears on your website, a spammer will try variations of your name like: jsmith(at)yourcompany.com, or johnsmith(at)yourcompany.com, or john(at)yourcompany. .com.

If any of those email addresses belong to YOU, guess who’s going to get a bunch of spam? If you! Always remember to be aware of the fact that spammers can “guess” your email address, whenever you create an email address or have one created for your business or company. This will be a very important step in preventing spam from flooding your account!

Delete cookies from your Internet browser daily (spammers can track stored cookies)

One rarely used tactic in the fight to prevent spam is to change the “history” settings of your Internet browser. When your Internet browser stores cookies and files on your computer, websites load faster and many websites “remember” information you may have submitted during your last visit to the website. History settings also allow an Internet browser to store websites that have been visited in the last hour, day, week, and even months.

Unfortunately, as convenient as it may seem to keep your history settings set to 30, 60 and 90 days, keeping cookies stored in your browser (on your computer) can cause the spam email you receive to increase!

Believe it or not, cookies can be “read” by websites you visit, spyware and adware installed on your computer, and in other ways. Cookies contain information about your Internet browsing habits, as well as personal information that you may not want shared with the general online community; including: which sites were visited, how long each site was visited, the products/services/topic of the sites visited and more.

Would you like a spammer to have such detailed information about your viewing habits? Can you imagine receiving countless emails directly related to the products you buy and the websites you visit? Always delete cookies regularly from your internet browser, or disable your browser’s ability to store cookies and history entirely.

Ecological Ceramic Tiles

When it comes to flooring, ceramic tile is a substance of choice for designers and homeowners as it is not only available in an endless variety of colors, finishes and patterns, but it is also considered to be environmentally friendly. . Due to their long lifespan, tiles need to be replaced less frequently, which means less waste in landfills, as well as fewer energy requirements for manufacturing, transporting and installing new products.

In addition to durability, since ceramic tiles do not absorb odors or release chemicals into the air, this leads to better indoor air quality (IAQ). Also, for the sake of comparison in contrast to other flooring materials, ceramic tile does not contain toxic chemicals or coatings and does not harbor harmful dust or mites like carpet, plus when laid with VOC-free mortars and grouts. volatile). offers a green soil alternative. Additionally, tile, unlike wood, carpet or natural stone flooring, does not require high maintenance or chemical protective finishes such as polishing, shampooing, stripping or waxing. In fact, top grade ceramic, porcelain or vitrified tiles are made from natural clay that is usually found very close to factories, eliminating the destruction of natural resources such as wood or hard quarrying of natural stones, thus preserving the environment. It may not be easily recognizable at first, but ceramic tile is a surprisingly sustainable alternative to traditional flooring materials. Since glazed tiles offer a surface that cannot be penetrated by contaminants, chemical cleaners are not needed for this reason. Only mild cleaners or even lukewarm water can clean tiles sufficiently, thus preventing dangerous chemicals from being washed into the water system.

In addition to the inherent green character, another advantage of these tiles is that they come in a wide variety of designs to suit a wide variety of uses, such as indoor or outdoor use, and can also be finished in many different ways to simulate wood, stone nature, leather, etc. that has helped to reduce the use of natural substances, contributing to the preservation of the environment. Interior designers also tend to support the trend as natural stone looks such as Italian marble finish vitrified tiles are very popular with clients as they combine the beauty of marble with the strength of tiles. vitrified, which contributes even more to avoiding the extraction of stones and carbon. footprint resulting from transportation. Another popular surface finish is wood, which offers a less expensive, durable, and easier-to-maintain replacement for natural wood or laminate wood flooring. Not to mention, homeowners get the look and feel of real wood, without cutting down trees. Additionally, with advanced digital printing technology, ceramic tiles can now be custom designed to replicate surfaces virtually indistinguishable from the real thing.

Ceramic tiles today are manufactured with lead free glaze finishes which add to their eco-friendly properties, furthermore the latest ‘Nano Coating’ technology used by some manufacturers offers high resistance to dirt and stains which makes them more durable and low maintenance. While other new age tiles with their unpolished surface offer a high Solar Reflection Index (SRI) which provides low thermal conductivity thus reducing electricity consumption in buildings. However, the most recent addition is recycled content tiles that use between 20% and 70% recycled content. These tiles come in two varieties which is ceramic and glass. Recycled content glass tiles contain up to 100 percent recycled glass that requires less energy to produce and are also prized by many designers for their translucent iridescence that gives them a special decorative quality. Designers offer another interesting way to recycle ceramic tiles, which is by using broken tile pieces as mosaics to create imaginative design patterns on walls and floors.

In addition, with increasing environmental awareness, ceramic tile manufacturers are also greening their production processes, such as recycling household waste and industrial water, using energy-efficient media for kiln firing processes, as well as systems dust recovery to avoid air pollution. In fact, leading tile manufacturing companies around the world, for greater efficiency in energy consumption and conservation of raw materials, are now recycling the sludge generated during the manufacturing process, reusing waste ceramic material that would otherwise be dumped in a landfill and spraying water around the silos avoiding dust to pollute the air.

Without a doubt, the ecological elements of ceramic tiles combined with unlimited design possibilities provide a floor that is not only aesthetically appealing but also sustainable, one of the important aspects to consider in contemporary design and construction. What is required is end-user awareness of sustainable features that address some of the most current environmental concerns. In fact, with a long life cycle, natural durability and inherent low-maintenance attributes of the material, it is easy to see why ceramic tile should be specified as an ideal material for flooring in green buildings.

Tips for Writing Articles for Network Marketers

If you’re an online-oriented network marketer (or even an affiliate marketer), you’ll need to create great web content.

Instead of just focusing on creating content that helps you rank on Google (and being TOO obsessed with including your keywords in your content), create a balance by writing articles that people actually want to read. Now there is an idea!

The article may be well written, or it may be packed with relevant information… but what good are any of those attributes if our audience has to make an effort to read what we’re saying? Also, let’s be real. If they have to make an effort to commit, they’re going to “x” snap out of it faster than they can say “boring!” So you really have to ‘connect’ with the reader, on their level.

Here are some tips on how to animate your content so people will read it and share it with their friends.

the nitty sandy

Guess how long visitors look at a web page before deciding if it’s a gatekeeper or a blip on their radar? OVEN seconds. And then, after those four precious seconds are up, only about 28% of them stick around to give you a fair shake. I know.

You are wondering at this point if you can really improve those odds. You can. You just have to be willing to show your approach in GREAT writing. Because the world of online writing is very different from the literary masterpieces that some people create.

9 Steps to Creating Easy-to-Read Web Content

1) Page Layout: people tend to scan in an “F” shape. This means that your best and brightest content should be located in the “F” hot spots. Hot spots should be compelling lists, images, and headlines. Break your copy into small paragraphs, avoid long sentences when a shorter one will do the job. Use subheadings, images, and bullet points to create visual interest.

2) Columns: narrow columns are easier to scan than wide ones. Remember those old things called newspapers? Similar concept. However, he doesn’t get frustrated by things that he can’t control. With all the electronic devices out there, you won’t be able to format perfectly for all devices. If you’re using a WordPress blog like this, you won’t have to worry too much about this point, it’s already pre-formatted for you.

3) Images: Starting with an image at the top left of your page increases readability because the image decreases the width of the first paragraph. Remember the advice to stay tight?

4) Sources: the most readable pages have a title, a subheading, and a body. On average, red and blue are the most striking colors, the dullest fonts are the easiest to read, and are no smaller than 14 pt. the source is better for the eye.

5) Headlines: attention-grabbing headlines (enough to say).

6) Using a hook: write a compelling sentence and leave it alone. Stand-alone sentences grab attention and make readers stop to digest.

7) Messages: write posts that are between 250-500 words max if possible (I’m breaking my own rule here, but I know you need all of this information, so you’ll read to the end).

8) Copy: copy format in “chunks”. The copy that is divided is refreshing for the reader, as discussed above.

9) Keywords: Yes, you need to keep keywords in mind. Once you’ve identified your keywords, incorporate them into your article, but be careful because if you go too far, Google will penalize you.

Resume

Creating readable copy ensures that your great writing isn’t lost on your audience. And your great copy will keep people coming back to scan and then read some more.

And if you can’t write for shit, all the better. Some of the most successful online network marketers are definitely NOT literary geniuses, but they are good at identifying topics their audience wants to know about. They then write simple blog posts on the topic. Easy.

Not all network marketers are made for the world of online marketing. It is not as simple as traditional offline strategies and it is not duplicated either. But if you like to express yourself and are totally ‘over’ talking to friends, family and making cold calls, online strategies (including blogging and article marketing) are a nice way to build an online presence and generate leads. .

Pros and cons of hand strength grip tests for climbers

Hand strength is usually tested with equipment called a hand dynamometer. There are numerous styles and types of dynamometers, but they are all basically designed the same way. The device’s trigger is pulled with maximum effort and held for five seconds.

Results are determined from the best of several trials after allowing a minimum of at least 15 seconds of recovery time between each trial. Improvement is measured by comparing the results of the previous test with the current tests. Assuming continuous training is practiced between tests, improvements should register on the dynamometer. The validity of test results obtained with dynamometers is sometimes questioned, as there are several conditions that can affect the result.

Here is a brief summary of the pros and cons of using this type of hand grip strength test.

advantages

  • The test is very simple and easy to administer for both left and right handed users.
  • The dynamometer is a widely used and accepted strength testing device, so there is a concise and consistent scoring table.

Cons

  • Users should be sure to recalibrate the dynamometer as necessary to ensure accurate results.
  • Rest tests between periods should always be the same to ensure accuracy.
  • Techniques and arm positions can vary widely from one test to another. To be sure that the results are true, people must repeat the test in exactly the same way each time.
  • The dynamometer must be adjusted to the size of the individual’s hand, which can result in inadequate results if not done correctly.
  • The dynamometer does not isolate only hand force, as it also requires the use of forearm force.
  • Final results are largely determined by an individual’s motivation to complete the test.

Although there appear to be advantages and disadvantages to using a dynamometer to measure hand strength, it is still the most reliable method available. Regular hand exercise can improve and maintain hand grip strength.

Simple hand strength exercises include squeezing a tennis ball or bean bag for 8 to 10 repetitions. Push exercises can be done anywhere, anytime without equipment. Simply bring your hands together in prayer style and apply light pressure, hold and relax for several repetitions.

Hand grip exercises can help build forearm strength which is essential for rock climbing and bouldering. Hanging from a pull-up bar is a great gripping exercise, but so is simply walking while gripping hand weights.

The most important item to remember is to include a variety of exercises in your work outings. Try to incorporate hand, wrist, finger, and forearm exercises into each workout. Ultimately, this will provide the best overall strength workout.

olympic caliber

With this being an Olympic year, many really don’t know the full scope of what goes into being an Olympian. The physical and mental progression from one level to the next, as well as the financial expenses to complete the journey from a young hopeful through the ranks to being recognized as an elite athlete is a lifelong pursuit. For many, the journey ends too early. For others, the financial stress is too great to overcome. Then there are others whose physical attributes make it impossible to reach the pinnacle of sporting success.

For professional and elite athletes, reaching that level of excellence in their sport comes at a price. When we look at the price of a country for the cost of athletics today, we realize how much money is really involved. When we compare the costs involved to the cost of just 50 years ago, it’s just another indication of how our society has become so consumed with wealth. Just look at what the New York Yankees did by signing a baseball player to an unprecedented multi-million dollar contract last year. To top it off, if that athlete gets injured and can’t play, he’s still obligated to pay his full salary. This was unheard of 60 years ago.

We all need to remember that 60 years ago, many young people played minor league baseball and Pop Warner football. I myself can remember every Saturday playing baseball rain or shine. I had a four-fingered leather baseball glove that my father bought and I think that was the only expense we paid for me to play catch. When I entered high school, my parents did not have to pay additional fees for me to compete in interscholastic sports, whether it was cross country, swimming, or track. The school district covered our school uniforms, warm-ups, and transportation to and from away competitions. Just think that 60 years ago there were no real financial impediments preventing our parents from participating in interscholastic sports. Today, that is not the case. With school budget cuts at the forefront of debate in school districts across the country, so many sports programs have been cut or the fees to participate are staggering. When the costs to participate in interscholastic sports rise, many applicants are denied the opportunity to do so simply because many parents do not have the additional financial means for their children to participate in extracurricular activities.

Going back to my college years, how lucky I was to be able to participate in intercollegiate sports through a partial athletic scholarship that paid my expenses. We should remember that enrollment in state school universities was relatively low compared to today. In general, the cost of pursuing an athletic career was much less expensive than it is today. So much so, in fact, that today’s athletes spend more on high-tech gadgets to record and even improve their performance. I can fondly remember that all we had during cross country and track season were stopwatches.

When it comes to money today, there has been a gradual disintegration of behavior. It was during the course of my long athletic and professional career that I witnessed a decline in personal and professional behavior among many professional athletes. The professionalism and camaraderie of the 50s, 60s and early 70s have given way to an ideology of self-absorption, self-service, self-satisfaction and self-profit in which the individual is completely consumed by monetary compensation and disinterest without the slightest consideration. by his teammates. , competitors and fans. The sense of camaraderie that was once the primary motivation for being an athlete has been lost.

Which has replaced playing with the “Love of the Game” now where players of all professional sports and most college sports have also embraced the self serve philosophy. When and where they play because of the excessive amounts of money offered to them, the professionalism, respect for each player, the fans and the general public has diminished so much that players now expect the adoration, attention and publicity to be given to them. grant. This is not because of their skill, their respect for players, coaches, and fans alike, but because of the amount of money they are paid. Whether or not they actually produce the professionalism that needs to be displayed when people reach that level of athleticism is not displayed more often now.

I remember when I first competed in a sporting event. The excitement, joy and respect I had for myself, my coaches and the other competitors made me realize that just being able to compete was an incredible experience. Whether I won or came last was not the main focus. My coaches realized that winning wasn’t the most important thing, but what it’s about to compete is being able to push yourself to do your best. Sure, everyone likes to win, but even if you lost or came in second every time you tried, you made it, and that’s winning.

Today, a large number of high school and college athletes are drawn to the prospect of lucrative professional sports contracts. Many have succumbed to the temptation of forgoing a college degree or failing to graduate and opting for the professional contract only to realize that once their career ends or injury prevents them from competing, they are left with too few qualifications to start a career. race. outside of sports.

Most of these people are not mentally, emotionally, and educationally capable of understanding the scope of responsibilities that professional sports contracts entail. What has happened today in professional sports is that they have really encouraged a most unprofessional type of behavior on the part of the athletes themselves. I’m not saying that all professional sports athletes have indulged in this type of behavior, but the media has continually exploited some individuals to the point that the general public further encourages student and professional athletes to engage in unethical behavior. professional.

“For the love of the game or the sport! A time not so long ago. The days when players and athletes actually played and competed for the enjoyment of the sport itself and not the amount of money they are or will be paid Winning in the world of professional sports is the ultimate goal. The key here is to recruit the caliber of players who when they actually play or compete display a higher degree of excellence. Always doing their best will produce the winning effect. which is so important in today’s professional sports.

Today’s young aspiring athletes must be taught restraint and resist the urge to forego an education in pursuit of that lucrative contract that seems like a sure bet when in fact it is a short-sighted and misguided attempt to disrupt the life process of a individual. It is the students and student-athletes that really matter when they participate in their respective sports and are held accountable for their behavior on and off the field of play. They must display a level of personal esteem and show courtesy, respect and genuine camaraderie towards all.

Is it any wonder considering that so many schools continually fail to fund physical education and so many other rewarding cultural activities in the elementary and secondary school systems that today’s students and young aspiring athletes find it so difficult to have the same availability of programs that were considered an eternal part? from an educational experience just 60 years ago? Until schools across the country realize the importance of athletics and the arts in the educational experience and find ways to prevent families and individuals with disabilities from participating just because these programs are too cost prohibitive, many athletes, musicians or up-and-coming theater performers will be denied opportunities. to reach their full potential. The net result is one of the reasons our society has strayed from the moral values of a not-so-distant era. A very sad comment for today.

Lose weight with a biannual cleanse

Over time, a great way to lose weight and improve your overall health is to do a “cleanse” once or (preferably) twice a year. Here’s the idea: Over time, especially for those of us who don’t always eat healthy foods, toxins from food, as well as from the modern world, build up in your body. As time goes by, they can compromise your health. For example, many people feel that serious illnesses like cancer are the result of a slow buildup of toxins in the body. Additionally, these toxins prevent your body from metabolizing food efficiently, so they can hinder your weight loss efforts.

For many of us, it is unrealistic to completely avoid the buildup of toxins. They are found in many of the foods we eat, and if you drink coffee or alcohol, smoke, or live in a place where there is a lot of air pollution, you will definitely have a buildup of toxins in your body despite your best efforts to avoid them. them. Doing a cleaning gives you a chance to reset the clock, so to speak. You can get rid of the buildup of toxins in your body and start over. You may find that your overall health is better and that you lose weight faster afterward. Doing a cleanse can also boost weight loss.

By the way, this is not a new idea: Traditionally, most societies have performed cleansing in one form or another for as long as humans have existed. When we were hunters and gatherers, there were natural lean periods (usually in the winter or early spring) when food was scarce. During this time, people had to subsist on very little, usually the new spring vegetables that were starting to appear. Later, fasting became a part of most major religions. A fast is a type of cleansing: You typically eat a few very specific foods or nothing at all for a period of time. This cleanses your system naturally.

Today, people who want to fast or cleanse have several options available. On the one hand, you have to decide when you will do the cleaning. The natural thing to do seems to be cleaning in early spring, to kick off the season and get rid of all the toxins you might have accumulated during a winter indoors. People also tend to eat more “comfort food” in the winter, and these foods tend to be heavier. Some people want to add a second annual cleaning, and the natural time to do so seems to be fall.

You can do a cleanse with products you have at home or buy at the supermarket, or you can buy a commercial kit that includes a meal plan and various herbal preparations. A popular cleanse involves fasting for about three days and subsisting on a drink made of hot water, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup. The combination of these ingredients purifies the blood and prevents you from feeling hungry during the cleanse. I mean, you might feel hungry, but if you drink unlimited amounts of the drink, you’ll be able to keep your blood sugar fairly stable.

Another option is to try a fruit and fruit juice cleanse, eating only fruit and fruit juice for three days to a week. The fiber in fruit helps cleanse your system, while also providing some nourishment so you don’t feel too hungry or dizzy. Of course, you will feel hungry and quite tired of the fruit in the end! On the other hand, some people say that after the third day of a cleanse or fast, you stop being as hungry even though you have eaten little or nothing.

There are many cleaning kits available at health food stores or health food pharmacies. These usually allow you to eat, but only certain foods. In addition, she takes a variety of herbal and vitamin supplements to help rid her body of toxins. These kits tend to work very well and allow you to have a good clean without giving up food entirely.

Bad Dog Food: The Stomach-Churning Poisonous Death Mixture In Your Pup’s Bowl

Your pet is likely eating bad dog food. Actually, calling it “spoiled dog food” is an understatement. If you’re feeding your dog store-bought food, you’re filling his plate with one of the most gruesome and stomach-churning collections of disgusting and deadly filth imaginable. Let’s take a look at what’s really in that supposedly safe dog food you find on store shelves.

Byproducts. That doesn’t sound so bad, right? A little “animal by-product” in your dog’s food doesn’t seem so scary until you realize what it really means. That “meal and bones” and those “by-products” are horrible beyond imagination.

After the factory removes the thighs and breast from a turkey and wraps it up to sell at your local grocery store, it uses the carcass. That collection of dead skin, feet, eyes, and beaks is sent off for “treatment.” The same goes for dying (and already dead) cattle that failed to make the cut for human consumption. Chicken pieces too. Oh, and a lot of the road kills you pass are dumped in plastic bags and smell like people eating dog food. Farts? What about those stray dogs that have been put to sleep? They also become “by-products,” teeth and all.

The carcasses are ground up and dumped into a vat where they are cooked until the fat separates. Dog food companies remove the putrid fat and all that’s suddenly left is “meal and bone,” suitable for use in dog food. fart.

That’s pretty disgusting on its own, but it gets even worse when you realize that “quality control” in the dog food business isn’t all that great. The dead cat’s flea collar makes it to the grinder. The body bag containing the maggot-ridden corpse of the unfortunate hit man could also be part of the mix. That’s right, all that “bone and flour” is combined with ground up plastic.

A little bit of plastic may not be good for your dog, but it’s not like it’s going to kill the animal after one bite, right? It’s not like we’re talking about a highly toxic poison, right? Actually, we are. Those euthanized strays that died after getting a poison injection are in that mix and that poison stays there too. Boiling ground carcasses in a vat at 250 degrees does not destroy the toxins. There is often a measurable amount of deadly poison in commercial dog food

We’re also scratching the surface of bad dog food. Dog food manufacturers use crazy fillers made from fake proteins that do nothing for your pet, they just make the label look a little more respectable. There’s also the awkward fact that they use creepy additives that have been banned from human food. Can you guess why those bad dog food additives are not allowed in the human food supply? Unfortunately, that’s because they are known to promote disease and even cause cancer.

That’s what’s in your dog’s bowl. Disease-ridden corpses, animal waste, plastic, poison and destructive additives. To make matters worse, you can’t even trust the bag tag. Labeling requirements are flexible, and a dog food company can claim to be selling a natural product even when it is not. The company on the label doesn’t hold itself responsible for all the nasty things that turn out to be the “raw ingredients” you buy.

If you are buying dog food from a grocery or pet store, you are poisoning your beloved pet. There’s no way to avoid it. Garbage masquerading as dog food is despicable and anyone who genuinely cares about animal welfare should be absolutely adamant in refusing to buy it.

Some researchers argue that countless dogs die from unsightly and bad dog food and that every dog that consumes this sick garbage loses life with every bite.

You didn’t mean to, but you’ve been killing your pet.

What are you going to do now? You can pretend you don’t know the truth, but that is cruel to your pet and dishonest. You have an alternative. You can make dog food yourself. Homemade dog food is very easy to make and allows you to ensure that your dog is not forced to consume the type of garbage that becomes commercial dog food. It’s cheap, fast, easy, and infinitely healthier than the mainstream label. The bad dog food that most pet owners use.

Real Estate Closing Costs

So you’ve bought a house. Like most people, you’re probably confused about how to put all those closing costs on your tax return. As you probably know, these costs are divided between you and the seller according to the sales contract, local customs, or the understanding of the parties. If you built your home, you probably paid these costs when you bought the land or paid off your mortgage.

The only settlement or closing costs on your primary residence that you can deduct are home mortgage interest and property taxes. Both are not technically closing costs, but you paid them at closing. You deduct them in the year you buy your home if you itemize your deductions.

What about the other closing costs? These include all those dreaded “fees” they charge you; closing fees, title fees, HOA fees, etc. The bad news is that they are NOT tax deductible. These fees are basically the expenses you paid to purchase your home.

However, they are added to your home’s taxable income. The following are items that you can add to the foundation of your home:

* Abstract fees (abstract of title fees).

* Charges for installation of public services.

* Legal fees (including fees for title search and preparation of sales contract and deed).

* Recording fees.

* Surveys.

* Transfer taxes.

* Owner’s title insurance.

* Any amounts the seller owes and you agree to pay, such as back taxes or interest, recording or mortgage fees, costs of improvements or repairs, and sales commissions.

You will see the tax benefits of the above charges once you sell your primary residence. At that point, you’ll take the purchase price and add the above costs to your taxable income to determine the gain or loss on the sale of your home.

Other closing costs that are deductible include prorated property taxes and points. You can get information about prorated property taxes at www.real-estate-owner.com/1031-exchange. You can get information about points at www.real-estate-owner.com/points.

There are items that the IRS does not allow you to deduct as closing costs. Below are examples of closing costs that you absolutely cannot deduct or adjust to your taxable income:

1. Fire insurance premiums.

2. Charges for the use of utilities or other services related to the occupancy of the dwelling prior to closing.

3. Rent for occupying the home before closing.

4. Fees related to obtaining or refinancing a mortgage loan, such as:

has. FHA or other mortgage insurance premiums and VA financing fees,

b. loan assumption fees,

against Cost of a credit report, and

d. Fee for an appraisal required by a lender.

To help you promote your product more effectively, the page now includes a thumbnail link to your product video, if provided with the request upon submission.

The Android mobile phone market is growing by 32 percent every month, with new phones being released all the time. Android will connect using WiFi, Bluetooth, and wireless data over a cellular connection, such as GPRS, EDGE, and 3G. This state-of-the-art platform provides seamless integration with Google Maps to display an address directly within an app. Support for location-based services such as GPS and accelerometer is also available in the Android software stack.

This is not everything. The advantage of Android development is endless. Here are additional reasons to go ahead with Android app development. These reasons are for the developer and consumer advantage. These additional benefits include the following; send and receive data over mobile networks using GSM, EDGE, CDMA, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, EV-DO and UMTS technologies, extensive libraries for 2D and 3D graphics, a wide range of libraries for image files, audio and video, video camera features, touch screen, GPS, accelerometer and magnetometer, P2P using Google Talk and SQLite for data storage. This is just the beginning of Andriod’s reign in the mobile phone market. The Android operating system will take over the market before we know it.

The 5 best golden rules for kickboxing

Starting a new Martial Art like Kickboxing can be very difficult. The problem is that there are many types of instructors and styles and each style and instructor is different. Now… don’t let that scare you. I am going to show you the rules that always apply to kickboxing.

The 5 best golden rules for kickboxing.

The golden rules are very special rules that a person should always remember and not forget. They are really important and useful guides to keep us on track and in the right direction.

Whatever task you undertake, whatever goal you aspire to, there will be golden rules to show you how to do it, you just have to find them.

Let me share my top 5 golden rules for Kickboxing.

• Rule #1, “Always keep your hands up.” The reason you’d want to do this is so you don’t get hit in the face. Remember, you can only take so many shots to the head and face before finishing like Mike Tyson… It’s up to you to interpret that comment.

•Rule #2, “Always keep a firm stance.” I like to refer to being in your warrior stance (ie the stances in which you are always prepared to fight). So… even if you move forward, backward, side to side, you always maintain a strong/warlike stance. It’s like a tripod, move the legs to separate them, to join them or to remove one leg, you don’t have a strong structure anymore.

•Rule #3, “Use common sense.” This is something you practice in your daily life; whether it be at school, at work or simply in what you do on a daily basis. Remember… the fact that you are practicing Martial Arts does not mean that this basic principle changes. An example of this would be, if someone has their hands down, instead of using a special technique… just punch them.

•Rule #4, “Train in Martial Arts regularly.” This includes punching pads, shadow boxing, heavy bag work combinations, and most importantly sparring. Sparring is important because all the training in the world won’t help unless you put your skills into real world practice.

•Rule #5, “Always practice emptiness.” To explain this rule, I would like to quote one of my favorite warriors.

“To die as a warrior means to have crossed swords and to have won or lost without any consideration of winning. (Miymoto Musashi).”

It is up to you to understand that meaning.

You can trust and also believe in my top 5 golden rules for kickboxing. They have been tested over time and can be applied no matter what instructor or style you study with. Follow them carefully and then your ultimate success will probably be assured and your greatest satisfaction.
