Recruitment using Facebook strategies

It is no news that Facebook is the largest social network in the world. It has become an essential part of our lives, the way we do business, and an important means of connecting people around the world. Without a doubt, Facebook is here to stay. Now you are left with the choice to seize the opportunity.

Facebook offers to reach millions of people online and deliver its products and services.

I would like to take this opportunity to give you some tips on how to use Facebook to run your business effectively, especially those who want to run a medical staffing agency.

DESTINATION

The key to posting messages and materials online is finding the right balance. If you post frequently, there is a tendency for your followers to get bored or tired and subsequently unfollow you. Whereas, if you don’t post regularly, your page won’t attract your followers and you won’t get as much value from your page as it should.

There are no predefined templates to follow when posting to Facebook. However, I suggest you post between one and three times a day. Also make sure your content is different for each post. For example, when it comes to your agency, it might include one about hiring, one about medical personnel, or something interesting, and the last one a link to an interesting website or something else entirely.

For the exact content of each post, there is no limit to what you can post. It all depends on your imagination. Here are some suggestions;

Recruitment events

Job Fairs and Special Events

Client-centric job offers

Staff celebrations

Personnel networks

Awards and honours

Special advertising for difficult jobs

There are many more, these are just a few suggestions for you to ponder.

Facebook, like any other commercial company, does it primarily for profit. However, they offer advertising rates that are, in comparison, one of the cheapest that can be found in the sphere of online / digital marketing. It is reaching millions of people and at the same time for minimal cost. The coolest part is that you can target / target a specific market or customer niche or even the particular workforce you want to reach.

Otherwise, for Facebook to accept your impulse, you should make sure that your post includes an image and does not compromise most of the text. From experience, I’ve come to the conclusion that the best type of posts to drive are those that link to specific job postings.

These links should include images and a call to action, such as a phone number or email address included in your text. The reason job postings don’t usually get as much attention as funny posts.

Facebook posts are sometimes not visible to all of your followers, even if you increase them. Tagging is a way to make sure your followers see your post. This is done by typing the @ symbol and then the person’s name, usually Facebook shows a list of suggestions when you start typing the name. This way, the person you tagged along with a couple of your friends is guaranteed to see your post.

Take advantage of this opportunity and tag as many followers and friends as you can. However, this must be done with a certain level of reasoning and discrimination. It is not an ideal scenario to tag people who have nothing to do with your post or who do not belong to the relevant workforce (for work related posts).

As a final note, try to encourage as many people as you can to tag any of your friends who may be interested in the job in your post (for job and hiring related posts).

These tags are usually added in the comment section of the post.

With minimal cost and a lot of effort, you can turn your Facebook page into a mini staff network and also a great recruiting avenue that would provide maximum benefits for your business.
