Obey your diet plan

If you are overweight, you could be prone to social, emotional, and health problems. You need to plan a strict diet to help you lose weight.

Whether written by you or by a professional, a weight loss plan doesn’t have to be overly complex or overly demanding in tone. Instead of the plan commanding you like an army commander, make it your new best friend. Think of it as your coach. A friendly but strict trainer. That way, you won’t be intimidated by your own rules.

To stay on track and achieve your goals, your plan must be reasonable and realistic. Make sure your plan is simple and effective so that it is easier for you to carry them out. If you weigh 65 kilos, don’t dream of losing 30 kilos in 30 days. The BMI or body mass index is a good base if you need to lose weight or not.

Another factor is your reason behind the plan. If you plan to lose weight just to bring your ex back or make his new partner envy you, forget it. Your goals should be for your own good. Don’t let vanity force you to do this. Sooner or later, you may realize that your intentions aren’t that helpful, which could prevent you from going through with the plan.

If you plan to write your own, here are things to consider in your plan:

  • your exercise program
  • Finish line
  • daily calorie intake
  • list of foods you can eat
  • List of foods you can’t eat
  • Journal entries
  • Healthy Activities Calendar
  • Weight loss diet chart

always remember that a plan is not a wish list. You don’t write a plan just to leave it in the drawer for a long time. A Plan is made to be realistic because you know that you will soon take action. Do everything you have to do to be what you want to be. Respect your plan as you respect your coach. Make it happen.
