Definition of current

A popular means of finding a dating partner has become the Internet, but this has its drawbacks. The most common underlying problem with dating sites is images. People who post pictures to their profiles get more attention than those who don’t. Unfortunately, people question the legitimacy of the images. People can post photos when they were 3-10 years younger, 10-30 pounds thinner. They also only provide shots of themselves that make them look good or have been professionally modified.

In comes the term transmissionalso know as stream buddy, meaning “broadcast partner”. This gives you a means of meeting others through webcams.

There are currently no websites where men and women from the United States can join, but the technology to do so is fast approaching.

Currently, webcams have been very successful in bringing together women from Eastern Europe and Asia with men from the United States, Canada, and Western Europe. Mail-order bride services began using webcams to show their male clients that they were receiving quality women who could speak English in real time. The days of getting a woman who wasn’t pretty and didn’t speak any English are over.

By 2008, this technology is expected to become very commonplace and part of the arsenal of all or most online dating websites. So get your webcams ready.

Tips to save money while self-employed

• If you are leaving a regular salary or wage job, make sure you have 6 months to a year of living expenses, including at least $1,000 for an emergency fund.

• Modify your monthly and annual budgets. If you currently don’t have any income from your freelance or business jobs, you absolutely have to cut costs somewhere. If you have a partner or spouse, review your budget together and develop personal and combined financial plans. If you live alone and can’t afford to live alone in your current residence, find a roommate or find a cheaper place to live, and then create a new financial plan.

• If you are receiving any type of income during self-employment (inheritance, retirement pensions, disability payments, part-time work, etc.), prioritize mortgage/rent payments, utility bills, insurance, and utility bills. food. Any leftover should be put into your savings account so you don’t spend the rest.

• If possible, pay a year (or two) of rent or mortgage in advance. If finances become tight, at least you’ll have a roof over your head. Also, look for cheaper and smaller houses, townhouses or apartments, if necessary.

• If you are a renter, look for rental insurance. If you lose something due to fire, theft, or flood, your items can be replaced.

• If you haven’t already done so, cut out unnecessary expenses such as cable/satellite television, landline service, extra cell phones of any kind, and magazine subscriptions. However, if you need any of these services, weigh what you need versus what you want and shop for cheaper brands or cheaper packages.

• Do not unnecessarily increase electricity/gas/oil and water/sewer costs. You want to show due diligence in how you use your home utilities.

• Sell your vehicle(s) if you can. Use public transportation, walk or bike to your destinations.

• If you must have a credit card, have one and only one with a low credit limit (less than $2,000, preferably less than $1,000). Use the credit card only for large expenses, such as reserving hotel/motel rooms. Always pay your balances in full and on time every month.

• Use cash (preferred) or debit cards for your grocery, entertainment, and clothing purchases. You’ll know your items will be paid for in full with no interest (or other bills) accruing. Plus, buying items in bulk like toilet paper, paper towels, and non-perishable food will save you money and travel time. When shopping for perishable foods, buy only what you need right now or freeze for future use.

• Don’t make impulsive purchases. Shop with a list and budget for that day’s shopping trip. Avoid buying items like lottery and raffle tickets, vending machine items, fundraising group items, and fast food at gas stations or convenience stores (All of these items cost much more than you can make at home or at normal grocery stores. Also, gambling is just gambling and since you usually have limited funds to start your self-employment, you don’t want to waste your money anyway).

• If you’re married or living with a domestic partner, use a joint checking account to pay your utility bills and other household expenses. If you’re single and living alone, use a separate checking account to pay your bills and household expenses. Ideally, you want to keep these transactions separate so you know your bills will be paid in full and on time.

• If you’re married or living with a domestic partner, use separate personal checking and savings accounts for purchases. If you wish to pool funds, in any way, either for business expenses or to bequeath funds upon the death of a partner/spouse, obtain all relevant information with exact details in writing and have a lawyer notarize. You want to make sure that in the event of a divorce/separation you receive what is yours.

• Avoid lending money to anyone unless you absolutely and positively know that the person(s) you are lending money to will pay you back. You need to be clear with people when you lend them money that a loan is not a gift.

• Collect the change you receive from purchases or find it lost on the street, at bus stops, under your sofa, etc… Put the coins in rolls and then cash them or deposit them in your savings account.

• Collect small denomination bills like $1.00 or $5.00 and accumulate until you really need them or deposit them in your savings.

• If you have a substantial amount of savings (>$10,000) and are especially between the ages of 20 and 55, you may want to invest that money in mutual funds to develop a form of passive income to build your own Retirement.

• Hold a yard or garage sale to get people to buy items from you that they no longer need. You will give people things they may need/want and you will earn extra money.

• Sell any souvenirs or collectibles in person or online.

• Borrow material from the library instead of buying new material from bookstores. Also, search online blogs to get the information you need.

• Be sure to maintain your health and attend annual physicals as much as possible. Self-employed health insurance options are available at reasonable prices.

• Limit eating and/or drinking outings to only 1 or 2 times a week or every other week. Preparing, cooking and baking your own meals and snacks costs a mere fraction of the services you pay people to provide meals for you.

• Challenge yourself. See how many days or weeks you can go without spending money on anything except the absolute essentials. Better yet, see if you can eliminate shopping at the malls or online.

your connected world

How connected is your individual world? Think of all the devices you own, how many of them have an Internet connection, either directly or via Wi-Fi? Most of you will think of your laptop, cell phone, tablet, and desktop computer and you’ll be right, all of these have internet connection. The “cloud” is what connects all of these together. In cloud storage, you sign up with a service that provides storage for all your files. So no matter what device you use, you have access to them.

Now let’s think about other things that might have access to the Internet, like your car, garage door, front door, thermostat, and other appliances. Some of these may already have Internet access, others will surely in the next few years.

So now the big question; Is your Connected World secure now and for years to come? Here are some security items to keep in mind:

  • Every online account you have should have a strong and unique password, use at least 14 characters.
  • If you use online storage, make sure it’s secure and encrypted.
  • Consider a password manager to manage all your passwords; They even work with tablets and cell phones.
  • If you use Wi-Fi, make sure your router has a unique password and uses modern security settings.
  • When buying new appliances, vehicles, etc. if they have Internet connections, protect them from the start using strong passwords and device security settings.
  • You should consider using “two-factor” authentication for banking and investments. Two-factor authentication is where you enter your unique and secure password, then the institution will send you a unique code to log in. This will be sent via text message or email. It will be valid only for a short period of time.

The above is not all inclusive. Its goal is to make you think about the security and importance of your passwords. If you use a password manager, and you must, make sure your master password is unique, containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. And above all, remember that if you don’t have a password, you won’t be able to recover it.

The easier things try to become for us, the more complicated things become. This is something we cannot stop. So build a good, solid security foundation and the rest will add to your already good security practices.

You should also change your passwords on some kind of schedule; you probably don’t have to change all your passwords, just the ones that would cost you the most loss.

Installation error 25002 solution: how to solve error 25002 on your PC

Error 25002 is a typical problem that appears when you try to install/uninstall Norton or Alcohol on your computer. This error mainly occurs when your PC does not have the proper permissions or drivers to perform the operations you are asking of it.

This error is mainly due to the way Windows is unable to process the necessary files and settings to run the system properly. The usual format of this error will be displayed as:

  • “Error 25002: Failed to load navinst.dll.”

The causes of this problem can be attributed to the way your computer cannot read the files or settings required for the install/uninstall to take place. Typical examples of this problem will be when your user account does not have the correct permissions to execute the file, or when you experience file corruption issues with your system “registry”.

How to fix error 25002

Fixing error 25002 is simple. The first step is to make sure you have the correct permissions on your system. Most software can only be installed and uninstalled by the user account that has the necessary rights to do so, for example, the administrator. If you are not logged in as an administrative user, log out and log back in with the correct user account that has permission to install on your system.

The next step is to check if your Navinst95.dll or Navinstnt.dll file is damaged or corrupted in any way. If so, you should fix any of the issues that are causing the errors by clicking “Start” and then selecting “Search”. After this you need to locate Navins95.dll and Navinst.dll and rename them to “navinst.dll”. The third step is to repair any corrupt and unreliable settings within your computer that are stored within the “registry” data house. These stored settings can establish how well your computer is able to successfully install a program on the hard drive. These registry errors can be resolved by clicking “Start” and then selecting “Run.” When a box appears, type “regedit” and then press OK. Now locate the following registry key when the Registry Editor window appears:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemCurrentControlSetControlFileSystem
.

The next thing you need to do is double-click NtfsDisable8Dot3NameCreation in the right pane, and then change the data in the Value Data field from 1 to 0. Then exit RegEdit and restart your PC. After that, install the Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition client on your hard drive. When the installation process is complete, change the value of the NtfsDisable8Dot3NameCreation file to 1.

The final step in resolving 25002 errors is to use a registry cleaning device. The registry is one of the main reasons why error 25002 appears, as it is the central database that stores all the vital settings and options that Windows requires every time you use a program like Norton or Alcohol. It is responsible for storing your recent emails and files, including wallpapers and the like. If you want to completely fix the errors that appear on your computer, you need to clean the registry with a registry cleaner. There are quite a few programs available, but not all of them are equally effective. Therefore, only download one that has been recommended by professionals.

Website Design: Hardware and Software Tools You May Need

Before you get started on your new website or editing your current site, you should consider what hardware and software tools you may need to support your efforts.

When it comes to the hardware required, it can be very simple or reasonably complex depending on your particular needs. Of course, if you’re planning to create a new website (or even view your new website later), you need a computer. Pretty simple, right? Not necessarily. We prefer to work with Apple Macintosh (OSX Leopard on MacBook Pro) as we do a lot of graphics intensive work and have previously invested in Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, etc.). It’s just as easy to create your new website using your Windows PC, but we suggest you avoid using Windows Vista (any version) and migrate to Windows 7 or stick with Windows XP. These operating systems are much more stable and reliable.

Another consideration for hardware should be some type of backup hard drive or USB flash drive(s). It is important that you back up all of your website data to a removable drive in case your computer crashes, crashes, or is stolen. When you create website files, most of your data will be stored on the website’s hosting servers, but in many cases you will have many other “build files” that usually never make it to the hosting servers. If you lose this data, you will be forced to start from scratch in many cases. Another piece of hardware that many forget about is an HD camcorder. If you plan on including videos on your site, you should invest in something half decent; You can usually buy a good video camera that also captures “still photos” for less than $500.00.

When it comes to the necessary software, this can be a bit more complicated, again depending on what your website design goals are. At a minimum, you’ll need some form of text editing software, FTP (file transfer software), graphics creation software, and then a variety of other tools as you go.

These are some of the most common topics to consider when planning your website product design.

COMPUTER

Do you currently have a computer that can process large files (ie video files) quickly and efficiently?

WEBSITE SERVER

Are you planning to host your own website portal? If so, do you know what kind of server hardware and software you’ll need?

BACKUP OF HARD DISK or USB MEMORY

Do you currently have any kind of backup hard drive plan or equipment?

VIDEO CAMERA

Are you going to create custom videos for your website, and if so, do you have an HD video camera out of the box?

MOBILE WEB DEVICES

Thinking of making your website mobile friendly? If so, do you have an iPhone and an iPad? Android phone? BlackBerry device? These will be needed for testing purposes!

WEBSITE CREATION SOFTWARE

Do you have any website building software (ie Adobe Dreamweaver or Microsoft Front Page) installed, licensed and ready to use?

GRAPHICS EDITING SOFTWARE

Are you planning to create your own website graphics or edit images? Do you have the necessary software (ie Adobe Photoshop or Photo Studio)?

DATABASES

Are you planning to create a database for your website, and if so, do you know what software to use for this purpose?

Business Continuity Management for the Utilities Industry – Ascent

After every natural disaster, people are deprived of basic services like water, food and electricity. On the other side of the coin, the utility industry is always on the receiving end of succumbing to any kind of disaster, be it natural or man-made. In this scenario, this sector needs a comprehensive business continuity management strategy to serve people even during a crisis.

The services provided by these public utility companies are fundamental to the economic and social well-being of a society. Therefore, the continuity of public service sectors such as energy distribution is a critical issue that must be considered by senior management and competent authorities.

The Business Continuity Management strategy helps you prepare for the worst. However, that worst may not happen many times. So why do we need a separate policy and committed resources for a prophecy?

Risk Management vs Business Continuity Management

Business continuity is an integral part of risk management. Organizations cannot ignore the possible external effect on operations. Sometimes internal risks can surprise and affect both organizational and operational levels.

BCM is often confused with a disaster recovery plan, which is mostly limited to technology and data protection. However, it has more to do with a top-down approach, where continuity management is required at every stage of various operations in an organization.

A blackout can be subsidized with risk planning and emergency measures. But it is very difficult to measure the extent to which this disruption can trickle down into multiple operations in the organization.

Let’s review some of the potential natural and man-made hazards that can disrupt the operations of utility companies, specifically energy supply companies.

Potential natural and man-made hazards for power distribution companies:
• Cyclones and flash floods: Most of the Middle East, Malaysia, and other coastal countries are prone to tropical cyclones, which cause flash floods. Power distribution companies in these areas may experience infrastructure damage, property loss, and may need to relocate operations while continuing to provide services.
• Power outages: Generator and grid failures are often predictable outages and connected cities can be left in the dark without power and gas supplies.
• Fire – Electrical short circuits or any man-made negligence can expose businesses to fire accidents. Many vital records can be burned and even affect your IT
• Physical and cyber attacks: Physical attacks are very rare. However, utility companies are vulnerable to internal conflict and terrorist attack. Here, there is a probability of human and property loss to some extent.
Whereas, cyber attacks are unavoidable due to hackers and anti-administration groups. Although data theft may not directly affect power supply, it can disrupt billing and other operations. This, in turn, can fluctuate cash flow and throw balance sheets off balance.
• Pandemic: Epidemic diseases like Ebola are highly unpredictable. However, rumors and fear can result in unfavorable incidents within the organization.

All of the above incidents can damage the organization’s reputation, property, and data, demotivate staff, and disrupt supply and demand operations.

Right now, any energy company is expected to make
• Timely restoration of work
• Monitor business and operational risk
• Manage technology outages, employee unavailability, facilities down, critical vendors interrupted
• Manage network reliability and a host of interconnected business processes that support this goal
• Holistic approach to business resilience and disaster recovery
• Understand the risk and impact of disruption on business processes

Now, the question is, “are you ready and equipped for any incident?”

If yes, please check if you can meet the above parameters.

If not, then:
• Hold some initial board meetings
• Check the soundness of internal Business Continuity Management
• Consult an external expert for Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and
• Provide the internal BCM team with some test cases or crisis simulation workshops.

Some of the case studies of power distribution companies in the Middle East and other countries have reported the need for automation of Business Continuity Management. Many companies aim to bring all of their BCM processes and records together in a centralized environment to proactively monitor and mitigate business interruption threats at the click of a button through BCM software.

This important initiative towards BCM is also a step towards compliance with regulations issued in accordance with Section 3, Part 1, of the National Disaster and Emergency Crisis Management Authority (NCEMA) Rule 7000:2012. These regulations are formed to regulate the water, wastewater and electricity sectors in the Emirates to develop BCM and BCP in accordance with NCEMA 7000:2012.

Some of the NCEMA 7000:2012 Regulations include:
• Define your own organizational criteria and trigger the execution of a Business Continuity response in accordance with the respective Business Continuity Program in the event of an Outage
• Define a scope of BCM in terms of mission-critical functions and processes
• Establish a BCM Committee to address organizational, functional and operational issues
• Support a business continuity coordinator
• Conduct BIA – determine and document RTO and RPO for all mission critical functions and processes
• Identify threats and assess the impact of the threats, the vulnerability of those impacts, the probability of identified threats and, finally, calculate and evaluate the risks.
• Measure BCM with internal audits, management reviews and measurement against KPIs.
• Provide awareness and training and conduct test cases and exercises.
• Above all, organizations should religiously review and update their BCM on a regular basis.

conclusion

To conclude, utilities are responding well to localized emergencies. However, challenging economic environments and changing scenarios force companies to set aside their long-term concerns. Looking at the changing landscape, it is the right time to review Business Continuity Management and show the urgency of continuity preparedness.

Characteristics and uses of liquid chalk markers

What are liquid chalk markers?

They are a unique and fun way to write on multiple non-porous surfaces such as windows, mirrors, glass, plastic (not chalkboard painted surfaces or porous surfaces though), white boards, LED boards and more.

That contain?

Liquid chalk markers contain a liquid made up of water, resin and pigment, which writes like a marker, but when it dries it looks like chalk. But the best part is that it writes smoother than chalk and there is no dust like chalk.

There are sets of four, six, eight, nine, and ten liquid chalk markers that include a variety of bright neon colors: black, brown, red, orange, pink, yellow, green, blue, purple, and white.

Characteristics of these fantastic markers

• They are completely dust free so they can be used by people with allergies and asthma.

Backyard camping trip

Are your kids begging you to take them camping, but you can’t find the time to take them camping? Or would you like to introduce your kids to the fun of camping for the first time, but aren’t sure if they’ll enjoy it or freak out? Either way, camping in your backyard will be a fun way to spend an afternoon and evening with your kids.

Get the kids involved in setting up a campsite in your backyard. Ask them to help you set up the tent. Put them in charge of carrying their sleeping bags, flashlights, and anything else they might need to the tent. If it’s an option for you, you may want to build a fire pit in your backyard. Check with your fire department beforehand if this is an option in your area. If not, just pull out the charcoal or gas grill. Grill up some hotdogs and foil fries for dinner and of course you’ll need some s’mores for dessert. If you are going to roast the marshmallows on the grill, place some aluminum foil on the grill to prevent the melting marshmallows from spilling onto the grill.

Don’t have a tent, or even a backyard for that matter? That is no reason not to camp. Just spread out your sleeping bags, or even a blanket in the living room. Turn off the television, radio, and video games. If you have a fireplace, light a fire. Otherwise order pizza and make popcorn and you can even make s’mores in the microwave.

No matter where you decide to have your camping trip close to home, take some time to sit down together and talk. Telling stories, whether there’s a campfire or not, is always fun. Your children’s imagination in creating new stories may surprise you. Don’t forget to tell some heirloom family tales.

Above all, think of your favorite camping memories and re-create them with your children. Do you remember any good scary stories? Is there a game you liked to play? What is your favorite card game?

Have fun with this, enjoy your kids and make some memories.

Lord, change my name (3)

Jacob could not become all that God intended him to be until his name and character were changed. You remember meeting him at midnight with that angel on the bank of the Jabbok River. After that wrestling match with God, his name was changed from Jacob (supplanter) to Israel (Prince of God, he will rule as God). Yes, you will start ruling after now! Until you are changed, until you are physically and spiritually transformed, then the wholeness, the beauty and the fullness of God will not manifest in your life. Can we just read this great story: “But during the night Jacob got up and sent his two wives, two concubines, and eleven sons across the Jabbok River. After they were on the other side, he sent all his possessions. This left Jacob was alone in the camp and a man came and wrestled with him until dawn. When the man saw that he couldn’t win the fight, he hit Jacob on the hip and dislocated it at the joint. Then the man said, ‘Let me go. go, it’s dawn. But Jacob gasped, ‘I won’t let you go unless you hurt me.’ ‘What’s your name?’ The man asked, he answered: ‘Jacob’. ‘Your name will no longer be Jacob,’ the man said, ‘now it is Israel, because you have struggled with God and with men and have won…’ Genesis 32:22 -31 Praise God!

This guy needed a hard all night wrestling match, a divine strong push with his last strength to achieve this total, complete and once in a lifetime transformation and the end result proved that the effort is worth it. After the fight, Jacob won, the Sun rose for him and his worst fear (which was meeting his older brother terribly enraged) vanished. In fact, his fear instantly turned into victory and joy because Esau, though fiercely approaching with his four hundred strong men, immediately melted and rushed to embrace and kiss his brother, who fraudulently took away his blessings. and his birthright. In fact, the record said that they both burst into tears. Perhaps what you also need today is to fight with God in prayer until you see that transformation in your life. Although Jacob had acquired a certain measure of achievement, he needed this particular experience in order to enter into his rest, destiny, and also to perfect God’s program for his life. Through him the nation of Israel would be born and established, but not with its present dubious name and attitude. His name and nature must first be changed from a swindler to a prince. From fearful to fighter. From opportunist to doer of the will of God. And from manipulator to prayer warrior. Like me, he learned the midnight prayer the hard way. The word of God says that he wrestled with the man all night long and won! I also love the way Hosea expresses it. He said that Jacob wrestled with his brother in the womb and as a man he also wrestled with the angel and God and won. wow!

Yes, you may also need this transformation now to become what God wants you to be. Yes, you may look fine physically, but inside, in private, you know that all is not well with you. You need to touch their character, attitudes, insufficiencies, obstacles and deficiencies. There are impediments that need to be uprooted from your life, so that you can become what God wants you to be. It can even be a disease or a stubborn problem. You cannot believe, for some, it is their anger, their stubbornness, their talkativeness, infidelity or their laziness that has prevented them from climbing or having a sustained relationship, marriage, job, career or spiritual growth. This must change today in the name of Jesus! That Jacob must be changed to Israel! You cannot reach fulfillment until it is done. Jacob couldn’t. And you must fight like him until God does. Another man named Jabez in the scriptures understood this and was blessed more than all those around him. The circumstance of his birth and name affected him negatively, but he refused to accept that and prayed until God changed him. You know this place: “Jabez was more illustrious than his brothers, and his mother called him Jabez, saying: ‘Because with pain I gave birth to him.’ And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, “Oh, if you really would bless me and enlarge my territory, if your hand were with me and keep me from evil, so that I cause no pain! So God granted him what he asked.” 1 Chronicles 4:9-10. Did you read that?

When his prayers were answered and the total transformation took place, he went from being a hurt, poor and fearful man, to an honorable, rich, safe and wounded man. Look at it again. He is there. He asked God to bless him, to make him bigger, to be with him, to protect him and to change his name, which was pain. In fact, he wasn’t just responding to pain; he was teasing her, representing her, showing her, smelling her, serving her, and distributing her. And you know you can’t be in that level of pain while also being embarrassed. OMG! And the Almighty granted his request and changed all that. It was a complete transformation, an answered prayer from a man who had been totally broken and frustrated since his birth. He can do the same for you today. But first you must want the change. You should also call him. You must be ready to pray and fight with it until you see that change, that total transformation that you want to manifest in your life and on your situation. Sir, please change my name! Share this post with others.
