How to find legitimate paid surveys

Online paid surveys have become one of the pioneering ways to earn online and have been around in abundance longer than most online jobs today. Clearly, paid surveys have become one of the most successful ways to earn extra money online. Many people rely on paid online surveys and more and more people are also taking advantage of this type of online work.

For those of you who have been around the internet long enough to tell which are legitimate and which are scams, finding paid surveys could be a piece of cake. But for those whose online experience is still at the entry level, they are indeed at great risk of falling into the trap. The following are tips on how to avoid such scams:

  • The first thing you need to consider on a paid survey site is their feedback. Most legitimate sites have reviews from their current or past members. Reading through pages and pages of positive reviews will help you determine if the site is really legit or not.
  • Unfortunately, not all paid survey sites have reviews or comments. So the next thing to look for are the names of the companies that deliver the surveys. The largest companies are usually the ones that can pay for surveys. If you are not so sure, you can always check with the company itself if they are really paying for online surveys.
  • There are many sites that help you find paid surveys online and by registering with them, it will be easier for you to search for available paid surveys. Legitimate paid survey sites are free to sign up for and do not require you to enter any payment information, such as your debit or credit card number. If you are asked for personal information, then start walking away from that site.
  • Observe the web design of the site. Legitimate sites are very well polished and seem like a very good investment, with good money. Fraudulent sites are poor quality just because they have a site to show. Stay away from sites that don’t look half as presentable as the legitimate ones.
  • Read the site’s privacy policy. When you register on the site as a member, you will be presented with a privacy policy clause to ensure that all the personal information you have entered is kept protected and only available to you and you alone. Read the footnotes and everything else you need to read. You never know what your line of protection will be.

Finding legitimate paid survey sites isn’t that hard once you’ve found your way around. As long as you pay attention to minute details and look at the big picture at the same time, there’s no chance you’ll get caught by a scammer. Always be alert and cautious not to waste your time answering fraudulent surveys.

Review: Scams and Scams: How to Recognize and Avoid Scams of the Internet Age

There is a well-known wise saying, Caveat Emptor, which is Latin for Buyer Beware. In other words, when purchasing goods or services, it is essential that the buyer take every precaution in examining the item or service that he is purchasing.

The publishers of Silver Lake Publishers have produced an excellent and pragmatic book, Scams & Swindles: How to Recognize and Avoid Internet Era Rip-Offs, which focuses on many of the common tricks and scams that fool people and consumers, particularly if we are involved in one way or another with the Internet, whether by email or otherwise. It is worth mentioning that although some of these scams appear to be relatively new, their modus operandi dates back hundreds of years, as they rely on the imagination of the scammer and the gullibility of the victim.

The book takes a very realistic look at Internet scams and uncovers important details related to scams such as eBay auctions, Nigerian emails emanating from some bogus high-ranking government official requesting the use of his bank account to transfer funds, scams involving investments, business and banking, fake charities, Russian boyfriend and girlfriend scams, drug and pharmaceutical scams.

The authors also include important details about how Internet hackers operate and commit their crimes, as well as something that is becoming more common these days: phishing. Basically, this is when you receive emails from a financial institution that cleverly resembles one you’re currently dealing with, asking you to provide some very personal information. Another variation on the same theme is that it can originate from a site that appears to be eBay asking for your PIN number and some other important information. Internet criminals have become even more sophisticated in their implementation of phishing, in which an email, instant message, or other Internet communication is sent to you on behalf of someone else. As the authors point out, it really boils down to a form of identity theft.

Other topics examined and to which we are often subjected in our daily use of the Internet are the unpleasant and very often annoying practices of spam and spyware. Today, spam is not only limited to pornography, but also involves get-rich-quick schemes or miracle drugs. In fact, as the authors point out, a study by the British computer security firm, Clearswift Ltd, found in 2004 that financial spams topped the most popular list at 39%, while pornography was at the bottom of the list. , 4.8%. .

The authors have obviously done their research and done an impressive job of putting all the information together in a clear, upbeat, conversational style that introduces readers to valuable insights into the world of Internet crime. The message is unmistakable, think twice before clicking anything within the body of an email or giving information to someone and always keep caveat emptor in mind. Additionally, the authors’ elaborate suggestions throughout the book on how to prevent problems should not go unnoticed.

Research Penny Stockbrokers

Here I will tell you the basics of how to start researching penny stock brokers. You must have some basic information about each penny stock broker before making a decision. Everyone’s situation can be different, so I can’t just tell you a simple place to go for your stock brokerage needs.

A penny stock broker is basically like any other broker with one caveat: they allow or are willing to execute penny stock trades. Some brokers just don’t want to participate in penny stocks. Some will execute penny stock trades for you, but at a higher cost than standard trades. Some will help you trade penny stocks, but only if you trade in high volumes. Some offer discounts for larger volume transactions and those discounts are almost necessary as otherwise the transactions are prohibitive.

There are a few basics to keep in mind when considering penny stock brokers. What minimum balance do they require and can you comfortably maintain that balance? Does the broker have an annual fee? Are there conditions that could lead to annual fees (such as being an inactive merchant for a period of time, such as a month)?

How much do you charge per order and specifically how much do you charge for penny stock related orders? How do charges change based on order volume (either stock volume per order or stock volume ordered over a period of time)? Of course, the most important question to ask is how they handle orders or securities listed on OTC quoting services like Pink Sheets and OTCBB.

What kind of research tools and resources are provided? You will pay more per order and generally for services with strong research tools and investment services, but sometimes they are worth it. Some reputable small cap brokers to start with include: MB Trading, E*Trade, Zecco, Sharebuilder. However, these are just a small sample. Please note that these are all established and well-known brokers.

You don’t want to choose someone who is trying to independently sell you their services. There are many sharks in the online stock trading business; Stick with well-known brokers when entering the precarious micro-cap trading market.

I hope this helps you start your search for penny stock brokers.

Are Sensor Cable Lights Easy to Install?

Are Sensor Cable Lights Easy to Install?

The answer to the question “Are sensor cable types lights easy to install?” will depend on the type of sensor used and the location of the light switch. Ideally, sensors should be placed near the switch, but some homes may not have the most efficient wiring path. This may require running wires throughout the house to the light switch. Once the light switch is located, sensors must be connected to light fixtures. These fixtures can be either wall-mounted or mounted on the ceiling.

Solar-powered motion sensor lights

Solar-powered motion sensor lights are easy to set up and install. They are easy to use and will alert you if something is going on in your yard. They are also useful for deterring intruders because they detect motion from a distance. When combined with security cameras, they can also identify the faces of would-be thieves. Besides, they make it easier for you to move around your yard safely.

You can install solar-powered motion sensor lights in just a few minutes. Before you start installing your solar-powered motion security lights, it is important to determine the area that you want illuminated. You can select a three-panel light fixture that covers a large area or a small spotlight for a smaller area. The number of LEDs will also determine how bright the light is. In general, a good solar-powered motion security light will last up to six hours if installed properly.

When installing motion detector lights, it is important to choose one with an IP65 waterproof rating and is made of heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and heat-dissipating materials. It should also withstand slight impact and high winds. Most motion sensors can detect movement as close as twenty feet away, but the better quality the sensor is, the better light it will be.

When choosing a solar motion sensor light, you need to consider the lumens and battery capacity. The higher the lumens, the better. Higher milliampere-hour battery capacity will allow the light to remain on longer. You can also choose to use a dimming mode if desired.

Using solar-powered motion sensor lights will allow you to easily place them anywhere where you don’t have electrical power. You can also use battery-operated LED floodlights and set them to operate automatically or on a timer. Either way, these lights are great for commercial and residential use.

These solar-powered motion sensors are easy to install. They will automatically switch on when they detect movement, and will stay on for up to twelve hours after sunset. They also feature 3M adhesive on the back.

Hardwired motion sensor lights

Motion sensor lights are becoming an increasingly popular way to improve safety around the home. They are a great way to keep the house well-lit and reduce the risk of a fall. As we age, our eyesight tends to fade and falls can be a huge risk. These lights will also prevent you from having to reach up to a light switch every time you want to turn on a light.

While installing motion sensor lights may seem complicated at first, most of these systems are fairly easy to install. The process is similar to that of installing outdoor lights. The first step is to remove the old fixture and wire the new one. Then, you need to run a new line to the location where you want the light to shine. If you don’t have an existing electrical box, you will need to buy a box for the new motion sensor lights and make sure they are hardwired to it. If you are unsure of whether the lights are hardwired, you can use a voltage tester to check them.

Hardwired motion sensor lights are easy to set up and are great for those with little experience in electrical work. They have timer settings that allow you to set how long they stay on. You can set the timer to turn on and off in five minute intervals. They are easy to install and can be pointed in many different directions. Once you have installed the lights, you can set the timer to be on for up to five minutes, depending on the type of light you want to use.

A hardwired motion sensor light can be expensive but is the best option for homeowners who do not have a lot of experience with electrical wiring. If you aren’t comfortable with this type of installation, consider using a battery-powered motion sensor. These are easier to install than hardwired lights and are more versatile. They cost between $30 and $100.

Hardwired motion sensor lights are a great way to improve the safety of your home. They can be installed in as little as two hours. You can choose to use a single spotlight for smaller areas or a multi-light floodlight for larger areas. You can also choose to use a fixture with tilting parts to provide precise illumination. Some units even have adjustable settings so you can control the range and dusk-to-dawn modes.

Decorative wall-mounted motion sensor lights

Decorative wall-mounted motion sensor lights are an excellent choice for a decorative, security feature. The motion sensors detect motion and turn the lights on and off depending on the level of movement detected. The lights can be switched between three different modes: low, high, and dusk to dawn. Depending on the needs of your space, you may want to choose a different light setting for each time of day.

Most motion sensor lights are easy to install and don’t require any special tools. They can be installed on walls and staircases and come with screws and mounting brackets. You can also install them outside if you prefer. And, since they’re not powered by batteries, you don’t have to worry about power outages affecting your lights.

When you install a motion sensor light, make sure to follow the installation instructions carefully. These kits come with an adjustable crosspiece and a small bracket with multiple holes to attach to various electrical boxes. Make sure the size of your electrical box matches the size of the bracket, and then screw it into the box. Once you’ve installed the light, you can change the bulbs.

Most decorative wall-mounted motion sensor lights are designed to look like standard porch lights. They’re designed to illuminate a larger area and have a closer detection range than spotlights. The design is generally made from metal for durability, although some modern models come with sturdy plastic.

Another benefit of a motion sensor is that they’re easy to install. Most models come with instructions that make them as easy as possible. You can even choose one that allows you to adjust the angle of the sensor, which can be pointed in several directions. These lights can also be adjusted to turn on and off automatically.

Once you’ve installed your motion sensor lights, you should consider where they should be mounted. The best place for them is six to 10 feet off the ground. The lights should be installed high enough to cover the area and be bright enough to deter any intruders. They can also be installed near doorways and driveways. Some types of motion sensor lights are designed to be installed in difficult-to-reach areas, such as patios and decks.

Pet-immune motion sensors

Unlike regular motion sensors, pet immune ones do not trigger when a pet enters the home. Instead, they pick up motion signals from humans and other animals that move across the sensor’s field of view. If a pet weighs less than 80 pounds, the device will not trip. The sensors also have a different calibration, sensitivity, and detection capabilities. You can learn more about pet immune motion sensors by reading the manufacturer’s guide.

The best position for pet-immune motion sensors is 7.5 to 8 feet off the floor. You should also make sure the sensor is mounted at the right height, so pets cannot access the area below it. A sensor mounted too low may allow pets to walk into the detection area, but this is not necessary.

The power of social media in education

Since its inception, the Internet has become an intricate part of life where people depend on its access for daily activities such as shopping, social networking, education, banking, home security, and other related activities. Among these, social networks, which seem to be the main attraction of the Internet, can be seen as both a blessing and a curse. In education in particular, social networks are considered a positive indicator of progress in education and its practices. However, we cannot deny the negative influences that can accompany it, which seems to be a distraction for many students today.

Students frequently become familiar with computers while browsing these social networks. They gain valuable skills on an instrument that has become indispensable in the world in which they reside as students and will enter upon completion of their studies. Additionally, it encourages networking with a variety of people, which can be seen as a necessary skill in the business environment. This is also the case for teachers and administrators. With the existence of social blogs, Twitter, and Facebook, teachers can share and record through various media, instructional methods, as well as teaching theories and practices in real time. Additionally, many are able to extend learning techniques and also interact with students on an ongoing basis outside of the classroom.

On the contrary, the rise of social networks and advances in other interactive communication technologies have produced negative impacts inside and outside the classroom. While social media can be seen as a positive tool for education, this tool has the potential to hinder student achievement, social growth, and communication skills. Similarly, it can affect a teacher’s overall efficiency in a number of ways. What is the reason for a decline in academic performance as a result of its impact? What are the social ramifications of social networks? What factors are directly responsible for the inability to educate students effectively? How are teachers affected by social media both inside and outside the classroom?

For most, Internet access for educational purposes would be seen as a great resource of information; however, for students, the Internet poses many problematic factors in academic performance. In general, children who spend more time online find it more difficult to concentrate, resulting in shorter attention spans. Students who rely solely on social media for information rather than researching other resources are likely to experience difficulty concentrating on learning and retaining information. It significantly affects study habits as students attempt to multitask and end up easily distracted because they are too busy tweeting and/or posting on Facebook instead of completing assignments.

Advances and excessive access to technology are direct factors in how social networks have affected the student inside and outside the classroom. Today, students spend most of their time on these networks through mobile devices. However, some schools prohibit the use of these devices; many of them sneak them into the school. They use these devices to record videos; taking photos of themselves and others, searching the internet, tweeting, and logging into Facebook, making it hard to focus during instructional time. These activities also seek to inhibit effective instruction. In addition to this, many of these activities have caused many problems in the school and the community, for example, fights, bullying, lawsuits, etc. Therefore, excessive and unproductive time spent on social media can be very unhealthy and therefore have a negative effect on teens and children. So we can argue that teaching/learning is in direct competition with social media, when they should be partners in educating students.

The use of social media has also significantly decreased the use of proper grammar and syntax in writing. Students have found it difficult to differentiate between the proper use of language as a result of abbreviated writing and abbreviated forms of word formulation. Many jargon terms have become common in written class assignments. These terms IDK (don’t know), SMH (shaking head), BTW (btw), YW (you’re welcome), TNX (thanks), IMO/IMHO (IMHO/IMHO) ) just to name Some, students have slipped into typing so much that they can’t understand the differences between the correct and incorrect way of writing correctly. Teachers see declines in proper capitalization, punctuation, and subject-verb agreement, to name a few. Students are so immersed in poor grammar usage while online that they rely heavily on computing devices to self-correct their mistakes, resulting in a decline in their proficiency in using the English language. Subsequently creating a conflict in the use of grammar.

Another key point that should not be overlooked is the effect of social media on face-to-face communication. Clearly, if students spend more time on social media then we can agree that they spend less time socializing in person. The lack of face-to-face interpersonal interactions can be directly related to the lack of social skills and etiquette. We learn important behaviors and emotional cues from close personal contact that cannot be learned online. As a result, some students never learn to read body cues and other nonverbal cues, such as pitch and inflection. Social networking sites should not be seen as a replacement for personal contact, but as a valuable addition that can create a socially balanced individual.

Nowadays, many students have become less sociable with each other and prefer to interact online and live in a virtual world based on fake people who can be easily accessed through social networking sites. Of course, this can have a lasting effect on the family unit, where effective face-to-face communication is essential to maintaining healthy relationships. Can we then blame some of today’s social ills and break the family structure on social media? Often we go to restaurants or other public spaces and everyone is busy on a device, so there is very little face-to-face communication. The question is how can we create a balance? How do we compete with this valuable tool we call the Internet while maintaining healthy relationships?

Social networks affect both students and teachers. For example, cyber bullying can be seen as the main negative defender of social networks. Many times violence in schools has started through a social networking site. Teachers are also affected by cyberbullying. The perpetrators are sometimes students and/or parents. This abuse can be very damaging to a teacher as it lowers overall efficiency and confidence in the classroom. Teachers experience increasing levels of emotion ranging from being sad to being angry about online bullying. The experience can be humiliating and embarrassing. Character slurs are quite common in the online world and continue to affect teachers and students alike.

Obviously, social networks affect us all in one way or another, either positively or negatively. The technology will continue to evolve, therefore; It is imperative that parents, teacher administrators, and students come together to encourage positive, productive, effective, safe, and responsible use of this valuable tool. The long-term effects of misuse can be very dangerous for progress in education and social development.

Types of business licenses and permits

The last thing you want to know after starting your business is that you broke the law by not applying for the correct permits for your business. Before starting a small business, you should pay attention to the regulations in your town, city and county. In most places, all businesses need a basic license, sometimes called a tax registration certificate. Aside from this, other permits and licenses may also be required.

Business licenses and permits are issued at all levels of government: federal, state, and local (city, county, or town). Depending on the type of business you are running, you may need to apply for licenses at various levels. For example, if you decide to open a restaurant in the city of San Francisco, you will need a business license and health permit from the city of San Francisco, a sales tax license from the state of California, and a federal tax identification number from the US federal government.

Not sure what type of license or permit you need for your business? Well, as usual, we’ve made it simple for you. Below is a quick checklist covering the most common federal, state, and local licenses and permits you may need to acquire before starting your business:

Business License – This is the basic license you will need to legally operate a business. If the business is located within the city limits, a city license must be obtained; if it is outside, it is obtained from the county. Contact your city’s business license department to apply. Remember also that you have to pay an annual fee.

Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) – Also known as a tax identification number, it is required for almost all types of businesses. Depending on where your business is located, you may also need to acquire a similar tax identification number from your state.

Land Use and Zoning Permits – Before you start your business, you should find out if the space you are going to use is properly zoned for the type of use that is planned. You may need a zoning compliance permit. Zoning laws regulate off-street parking, waste disposal, and the size, construction, and placement of signs.

Health Department Permits: If your business involves the preparation and/or sale of food, you will need a permit from the county health department. Please note that the health department will inspect your facility before issuing one.

Sales Tax License – This license is essential before you can sell almost any product or service in any state.

Fire Department Permits: Businesses such as restaurants, day care centers, or anything else that draws a large crowd need a fire department permit.

State-issued special business licenses or permits: You may need special licenses if your business involves the sale of certain types of products, including liquor, lottery tickets, gasoline, and firearms.

State-Issued Special Occupational/Professional Licenses: In many states, people in certain occupations are required to have occupational licenses or permits. A state license is generally required for auto mechanics, plumbers, electricians, construction contractors, collection agents, insurance agents, real estate brokers, repossessions, and personal service providers (estheticians, cosmetologists, therapists, and massage therapists) . If you are thinking of starting any of these businesses, you will need to pass the state exams to get the permit. Contact your state government offices for a complete list of licensed occupations.

Special Federal Business Licenses or Permits: You may also require special federal business licenses if your business involves investment advice, drug manufacturing, meat product preparation, broadcasting, tobacco, alcohol, or firearms manufacturing.

Licensing and permit requirements for small businesses vary from state to state; therefore, it is a good idea to contact your state and local government to determine the specific obligations of your new business.

The benefits of using a recruitment agency to find work

Now that the job market is slowly starting to improve across the UK, it is quite surprising to see that recruitment agencies are thriving in a recovering market. In fact, recruitment agencies barely noticed the decline in employment in recent years, with some agencies publicly announcing that more vacancies were being advertised than before.

What is a recruitment agency?

An employment agency is a company that aims to provide its clients (companies / organizations) with qualified and experienced candidates. They handle the entire recruitment process, which can include job postings, headhunting, phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and candidate evaluation.

From the point of view of companies, using a recruitment agency is beneficial because they do not need to hire internal teams of recruitment specialists and human resources teams.

How agencies can help you find a job

Because agencies work with multiple clients, they often advertise multiple openings in multiple market sectors. This is particularly ideal for candidates who have a wide and varied skill set and may be suitable for different job roles.

On top of this, because agencies generally specialize in specific job markets, they often only work with companies that hire within their markets. For example, a specialized call center recruitment agency would only work with call centers.

This can be extremely beneficial for candidates who have a specific skill set and are looking for a job opportunity within a niche market. Typically, candidates who specialize in a technical job position (such as information technology) have a hard time finding employment because local businesses aren’t always hiring.

This is where recruitment agencies provide a unique and personalized service to candidates. Not only can candidates immediately apply to the recruitment agency for any advertised job opening, but the recruitment agency will also be able to directly approach clients who may not even be advertising. Because employment agencies earn a retention fee on each successful placement, they are often serious about placing candidates, and this can be highly beneficial to qualified candidates.

In this situation, agencies will employ sales techniques to approach employers who operate within the candidate’s field of expertise. From there, they will sell the candidate’s qualifications and experience and try to persuade the company to hire the candidate immediately or in the near future. Over the years, this method of employment has proven to be extremely successful, especially if the agency has previous positive experience with their clients.

Finding a job can often seem like a difficult task, but it’s always beneficial to check with local recruitment agencies. In short, recruitment agencies make money when candidates are given a job, so they always work to the candidate’s mutual benefit; making the job search a little easier.

Get the Right Kind of Commercial Transportation Insurance

The world of commercial auto and transportation insurance is huge. There are literally dozens, if not hundreds, of different types of policies and coverages, plans of all shapes, sizes and scales. That’s why you need to make sure you find the right policy for you, based on a host of different factors. Here’s an initial look at how commercial transportation insurance varies between so many different types of plans.

One of the first places to look is the industry you are in and the type of business you are operating. The scope of this can only be massive. For example, with the same 18-wheeler, you could be delivering goods within a state or across the country. Or, it could be a moving company, either locally or nationally, or it could be doing all other types of tasks. The industry you are in, the resulting locations you are in, and the materials you are transporting are all important factors in your coverage.

Along with that, also consider the way your business is run or your level of involvement. For example, do you own a fleet of different trucks? Or are you a truck owner operator working directly with customers? Maybe you don’t own your vehicle and are a contractor or work for an employer and their fleet of vehicles. All of these require different commercial auto insurance policies.

Of course, the biggest area of difference when it comes to commercial transportation insurance coverage is the type of vehicle being operated, along with the above variations of industry type and ownership or participation status. The range of vehicles that require commercial insurance is absolutely huge.

Sure, there are big rig trucks, but even within that, it could be refrigerated trucks, flatbeds, or even log carriers or motor carriers. You need business insurance for your regular truck, van, or even car, if you’re hiring or doing other work for your business inside your vehicle. Then there’s the wide range of specialty vehicles, including everything from garbage trucks to HAZMAT vehicles, food trucks to non-emergency medical transport, and much more.

Finally, keep in mind that much of this is fluid. There are always changing regulations as well as new entrants to the market. Look no further than the complex area of Uber and rideshare insurance regulations in this regard.

Make sure you find the right type of business auto insurance for your very specific needs based on all of the above. If this sounds like a lot to figure out, and it certainly is, be sure to work with an experienced professional who can get you a fair quote on a policy tailored for you, your vehicle and your business.

The Chemical Breakdown Diet – Lose 10 Pounds Fast

The Chemical Breakdown Diet comes with claims that rapid weight loss is possible – up to 10 pounds in 3 days is widely reported. If you feel the need to lose a little weight quickly, it is worth considering as the ingredients are foods commonly found in most supermarkets.

Perhaps better known as the 3 Day Diet and the Tuna Diet, the Chemical Breakdown Diet is reported to be successful due to the chemical reaction of the ingredients acting on fat deposits and removing them from the system. This fat loss effectively results in weight loss.

Because the ingredients have been selected with this chemical reaction in mind, dieters are advised not to substitute other foods and to follow the order in which the ingredients should be consumed.

Some versions of the Chemical Breakdown Diet refer to it as the 3-Day 4-Day Off Diet, meaning that it should be followed for only three days and there should be four days of normal eating before repeating the diet. Naturally, dieters are cautioned not to overeat or eat unhealthily during the four-day break if the weight loss is permanent.

MENU

Salt and pepper are the only recommended seasonings. Drink plenty of water – 6-8 cups.

Dinner: Skinless chicken breast (1 serving), green beans (1 cup), beets (1 cup), ice cream (1 cup), apple (small).

Noon:: Boiled or poached egg (1), 1 toast.

Afternoon:: Tuna (1 cup), beets (1 cup), cauliflower (1 cup), ice cream (1/2 cup), melon (1/2)

Avoid snacking between meals. Since calories are limited and below what the body normally requires, the deficit will be made up by consuming fat stores in the body. The low level of carbohydrates will prevent water retention and this also helps in weight loss. However, for long-term benefits and to avoid regaining lost weight, consider a change in eating habits that includes balanced nutrients and a wider range of food choices.

While the Chemical Breakdown Diet is easy to set up, free, and convenient, its obvious limitations in terms of nutrients, protein, carbohydrates, and fat mean that it is not sustainable or recommended for long-term use. Also consider how much easier it would be to stick to a diet that doesn’t leave you hungry and craving a little more.
