How to create a business model

Could a stranger walk into your office and operate your business? They might if you have a business model that defines each step of your business process. Create one using a simple business template that provides real business processes.

Start with a summary of what you do each business season.

Sell Product or Services

Define your product or service within a pictorial scale, including price, value, and a description of what each entails. Give your products names that identify, define, and value the individual product or service, and then put them in your product or service journal.

Define market niche

Identify your buyers. Who are they? How much will they spend? How often will they buy? Will they be back for more product? Are you going to meet them in person or online? Will your buyers come to you or will you bring your sales to them?

Select payment options

How will you be paid for the products and services? What financing plans will be available? Decide how you will accept payment and whether your accounting program will be cash or accrual. Will you send invoices, statements and other billing options? How will you communicate the collections?

How the product is delivered

One of my favorite sections of the business model is the product section. We have the opportunity to define our product, decide how it is produced and how to deliver our products. Some products are easy to understand, others require a bit of finesse.

I specifically remember one product that involved ordering a mass production from an auto supply company, ordering boxes, and then spending hours inserting product into boxes and then shipping via USPS at the end of each day. Labeled because my hardest problem. With each order I was downloading shipping labels. After a particularly grueling week of shipping hundreds of boxes, my daughter found a “drop shipper” who did all the shipping.

We’ve simplified our business model, increased our profits, and taken a lot of labor out of the shipping process.

The business model gives you a choice of methods to deliver not just one product, but multiple products. You can send some, while you personally send others, and some can even be transferred digitally. The key is to have a plan and know what happens with each product grouping.

Service Delivery Options

Another key component of your business is the overall development and provision of services relevant to the end game of business transactions. Every business has a certain number of services, but determining how they are performed, delivered, and completed is part of the overall business model.

Functional business models they can be as complete or circumspect as you want them to be, but for more automated systems, or for systems that are operated by non-proprietary entities, the more complete the Business Model, the easier it is to hire assistants to complete the job.

Creatively put as much effort into your business model as you hope to get out of it. The better it is written, the more effective it will be.

Scorecards and a procedure book can be important to your business model. They offer simplified business methods and distinctive instructions and procedures for each business segment.

If your business model needs some attention, you may want to contact a consultant.

Saint Bernard: 9 things you should know about the large dog breed

If you are considering a Saint Bernard as a pet, you should know a few things about the large dog breed.

Weight: Saint Bernard weights typically range from 140-264 pounds (64-120 kg), but there are many that fall outside of that range on the high and low side.

Where: Originally from Italy and Switzerland

Colors: The most common color combination is red with white, and black is common on the ears and face.

Height: Height is typically between 27½ inches and 35½ inches (70 to 90 cm) as measured at the withers.

Length: The longest Saint Bernard was reportedly (read unsubstantiated) at 8 feet 5 inches.

Other Names: St. Bernhardshund and Bernhardiner, as well as Alpine Mastiff

Records: In the mid-19th century, a famous Saint Bernard named Plinlimmon weighed 210 pounds (95 kg) and 341/2 inches (87.5 cm). An American bought Plinlimmon for $7,000.

The famous New York Times newspaper reported in 1895 that Major F, a Saint Bernard, was measured and the astonishing results were a length of 8 feet 6 inches (2.59 m). If this claim is correct and the measurement was done correctly, Major F. would still hold the record for the world’s longest dog, even over Zorba, who is currently in the Guinness Book of World Records as the heaviest dog ever. at 343 pounds and stands 8 feet 3 inches (251 cm) from nose to tip of tail.

Benedictine V Schwarzwald Hof (wow, picture begging you to come in!), a massive St. Bernard officially weighed in at 315 pounds (143 kg) and was entered in the Guinness Book of World Records in 1981.

Related Breeds: Newfoundland and English Mastiff

Temperament: Special care is required with any breed of large dog so that it is well socialized, both with other dogs and with people other than their owners, and especially with children who are almost always much younger. The Saint Bernard breed is very loyal and friendly.

Unfortunately, the Saint Bernard is prone to some health problems. A common problem is an autoimmune disease; which can cause large amounts of mortality and debilitating disease in dogs. Within autoimmune diseases, there are three diseases that must be monitored. Those are canine diabetes, immune-mediated thyroiditis, and immune-mediated hemolytic anemia.

Canine diabetes is when a dog is deficient in or insensitive to the hormone insulin. Diabetes in an animal is not life threatening, however if left untreated it can be. When a dog has canine diabetes, it is given an injection of insulin which is a hormone.

When a dog has immune-mediated thyroiditis, that’s when cells in the dog’s body begin to attack the thyroid cells. In most cases, the dog is given a daily dose of thyroxine; which will bring the thyroxine levels back to normal.

Lastly, when a dog has hemolytic anemia it is when the immune system destroys red blood cells prematurely, faster than the rate at which new ones can be produced. In most cases, when a Saint Bernard has hemolytic anemia, as long as he does not die (it is a very life-threatening disease), they are given corticosteroids or other types of medication and, in the worst case, transfusions. of blood.

Digital Marketing

You have to see this guy’s business card!

What are the eight words that (should be) music to your executive ears?

“May I have one of your business cards?”

This is why:

A business card is your best friend.
A business card is your ticket to becoming UNFORGETTABLE.
A business card is your most valuable marketing and networking tool.

Unfortunately, too many professionals have business cards that just blend in with the trash crowd.

And they are missing it.

And you? Is your card SO good that people immediately show it to their friends?

If not, here’s a list of five ways to maximize your business card recall.

1. Evaluate your current card.
When was the last time you heard one of the following comments?

or “I showed your card to everyone in my office!” says a hot prospect.
or “Can I have another? A friend of mine will LOVE this!” your tablet exclaims.
or “Oooh! I want one too!” pleads the person looking over your shoulder.
or “Hey…can you show my friend Paul your business card?” ask a colleague of yours.
or “You know, I’ve never thrown away your card!” says one of his clients. ((

If the answer is “not recently” or “never,” you need a new card. This is a great opportunity for you to increase your memorable presence.

2. Start from scratch.
As you think about the design of your new card, ask yourself the following design questions to motivate your melon:

or Could you change the size or shape?
o Could you make trading cards for your whole team?
o Could I order a personalized caricature?
o Could you include a related table or graph?
o Could you enshrine your card with an award or other credibility booster?
o Could you die cut the card ie a hole, heart or tooth mark?
o Could you write an original quote (not someone else’s!) on the back?
o Could you turn one side of the card into a sticker?

3. Brainstorm Bad Cards
Although your design options are endless, here’s a quick list of business card mistakes to avoid:

o No email address. Go. It’s 2007. People aren’t going to look up your email online or, worse, guess what your email is.

o Email mismatch. He has a website, but his email is [email protected]. Where is the consistency? Also, using AOL, Hotmail or Yahoo lowers your level of professionalism in a few clicks.

or TMI. Too much information. (That’s what websites are for!) Pick a few big things and keep it simple.

o Folded cards. I understand the appeal of folded cards: more surface area and it stands out in people’s stacks. But I have to be honest, every time people get a folded card and it doesn’t lie flat in their stack, I throw it away or rip it in half.

or References. A man who works in real estate has a little heart on his card that says “I LOVE REFERRALS!” Well DUH! Who does not? And once again, maybe it’s just me, but seeing that little icon makes him NOT want to give you referrals. Almost as if he was desperate.

or Ironic. I remember one card that was particularly unappealing: flimsy paper, bad colors, and hard-to-read lettering. Guess what that woman’s job was: graphic designer. Oh.

or Quote. One person’s card had an Oprah Winfrey quote on it. I don’t remember what the quote was, and I also don’t remember whose card it was. All I remember is Oprah. So my question is: WHY WOULD YOU QUOTE SOMEONE ELSE ON YOUR OWN BUSINESS CARD? Remember: If you don’t quote yourself, no one else will!

4. Include a remarkable number
If you want people to remember you and your card, you need to quantify your awareness. Examples of notable numbers include:

o Used in 137 countries!
o More than 3,000,000 copies in print!
o 205 billion units sold!

Whatever your Notable Number, here are the seven benefits of including it on your card:

or Remarkability. People tell their friends. Because it’s cool. Because it’s intriguing. And because it is worth making a comment.

or Memorability. Stands out. During a conversation, for example, a notable number tends to be the most memorable item.

or Credibility. That comes from the specificity. For example, which sounds more convincing: “I have read many books on stress management” or “I have read over 1800 books on stress management”?

or Commitment. Your noticeable number is an observable way to reinforce your dedication. And in a business culture where trust and integrity are at an all-time low, actions that validate your commitment are priceless.

or Differentiation. It sets you apart in an otherwise crowded market.

or Experience. It’s the answer to the question, “So what makes you an expert?” This is especially valuable when working with (and engaging with) the media.

or Revisitability. Remarkable numbers make customers want to check in with you (or your website) from time to time (or hopefully every day!) just to see where your number is now. REMEMBER: Websites are like newspapers: customers don’t want to read them if they are two years old.

5. Have a philosophy card
All my books, speeches, and training programs are based on the philosophy of accessibility. So when someone asks for my business card, I hand them a double-sided laminated ID tag that includes my personal philosophy. Amazingly, this unique card has made me tens of thousands of dollars, simply based on its value.

Look, business cards don’t offer much value. The philosophy cards, however, are unforgettable. This is why…

People want to do business with (and be around) other people who have their own philosophy.

Your own unique approach.
to negotiate. To the life.

A way of treating customers.
Online and off.

how they behave
Alone and in front of others.

So, since having your own philosophy is a great example of accessibility, I’ve been challenging my readers and audience members to go one step further and create their own Philosophy Card.

Ready to create your own?

All you have to do is ask yourself one question: “If everyone did exactly what I say, what would the world be like?”

If you can answer that question with 3-5 bullet points, you have your philosophy, and you have your unforgettable Philosophy Card.

Your business card is your best friend. As an executive, you MUST take advantage of it as a powerful marketing tool. So remember to consider these five best practices when you rework your branding efforts.

Who knows? Perhaps our paths will cross one day at the airport or in one of my seminars. If so, be sure to give me one of your cards!

LET ME ASK THIS…
How unforgettable is your card?

LET ME SUGGEST THIS…

Buy toys and ensure their safety for children

There are millions and millions of toys all over the world and probably hundreds (or more) of new ones appearing and hitting stores and websites every year. Toys are things that bring fun and enjoyment to children and are also the most vital part of their development; But no matter how much fun these toys are, there have been many reports of children receiving emergency room treatment due to toy-related injuries or accidents. Choking is one of the most well-known risks among children three years of age or younger, since these little ones tend to put any object they find in their mouths. Although manufacturers follow important guidelines and make sure to label most new toys that are specific to age groups, it is still very important for parents to supervise their children’s playtime.

Here are some of the safety guidelines to remember when shopping for toys:

  • read the label

Please note that warning labels are important as they provide relevant information on how to use a certain toy and for what ages it is appropriate. After reading the label, be sure to teach your child how to use the item so that he can fully enjoy playing and learning. If you are buying an electric toy for your child, make sure it is UL approved and you will see it on the label.

  • Consider the age of your child

When buying toys, always keep in mind the age of your child. If there are no age recommendations on the toy’s label and you can’t determine if it’s appropriate for your child’s age, read the instructions and see if it’s safe for your child to handle. However, if you are choosing a toy for your toddler, preschooler, or infant, make sure the toy you are selecting does not include any accessories or small parts that could present a choking hazard; In addition, you should also consider your child’s physical capabilities when shopping for a toy for him or her.

  • Stay away from toxic toys

There are a couple of toys on the market that appear to be safe, but if you do a little research and dig deeper, you’ll see that the toy’s material is actually made of toxic and dangerous chemicals. Make sure the toys you buy are safe for your little ones, and make sure they don’t contain any of the following: lead, mercury, cadmium, or arsenic.

  • Guarantee the quality of toys.

When shopping for toys, make sure the item you select is made of high-quality materials; remember that poorly made toys can have dangerously sharp edges; They will also break easily compared to toys that are made of high-quality materials. Also be aware that stuffed animals can also pose a hazard, especially when their eyes (which are usually buttons or pellets) are not properly and securely sewn on. These can pose a choking hazard, especially to children ages three and younger, who typically chew on anything they can reach.

How to buy the best memory foam mattress

mattress prices

Mattresses can cost up to £3000 depending on where you buy them, with an average cost of around £800. Online manufacturers are often considerably cheaper for a number of reasons, but mainly because they have less overhead to pay, as they don’t having to rent a store or employ as many staff as the stores. Test Before You Buy If you buy your mattress in a store, be sure to test it by laying it down for about ten minutes; a good mattress store won’t mind you doing this. DO NOT let the sales assistants influence you, only YOU know what is comfortable for you! If you’re buying a bed for two, make sure you both try before you buy.

If you buy online, make sure they offer an adequate term in which you can return the mattress if it does not suit your needs. A good online retailer will offer a 14 day money back guarantee and give you a FULL refund if you wish to return your mattress within this time. They also have to pay for return postage, unless they state otherwise before you make your initial purchase, but keep in mind that a good retailer won’t expect you to pay for postage. Mattress Test The mattress should feel firm and not loose. DO NOT buy mattresses when you are tired because everyone will feel great! If you are going to buy a memory foam mattress, relax in one position and then move to another. Was it easy enough for you to move? Most people don’t struggle to move on a memory foam mattress, but there are a minority of people who do, so make sure whatever mattress you buy feels good for you! Once you have your mattress, make sure that if you place it on a slatted base, the slats are no more than 6cm wide and no more than 4cm apart. This prevents the mattress from sinking between the slats. If the box spring is not adequate, most companies will not replace your mattress under warranty.

Mattresses and box springs

Manufacturers encourage you to buy a mattress and box spring together. If you’ve had your box spring for many years, it may be worth buying a new one when shopping for a new mattress, as you don’t want to spend your money just on the box spring that won’t fully support your mattress. If you purchase your mattress and box spring separately, or decide to keep your old box spring, please measure carefully to make sure they are the same size. Dimensions can vary, even slightly, so don’t rely on a new twin mattress to be exactly the same size as your old one.

roll-up mattresses

Many online retailers, as well as big box stores, ship mattresses rolled and vacuum packed. This is a great innovation as it saves space (if you bring your mattress home in your car), if you buy rolled mattresses online it will be cheaper to ship as they have a lower volumetric weight, saving you money on expenses! shipping! It will take a few hours for the mattress to fully expand when opened, so give the mattress time to do so before going to bed.

mattress guarantees

Retailers must offer a warranty on the mattress. The longer the warranty, the better. Five years is an adequate warranty length. Beware of places that offer longer than this; Companies have been known to offer a ten year warranty only to change the company name later so they can’t be found again when a warranty is needed. Also make sure that if you ever need a warranty replacement that the company offers at no additional cost; You should NOT have to pay any cost for a mattress under warranty, even if you are replacing your mattress just a few days before the end of the warranty. Know who you’re buying from Be sure to do your research on the company you’re buying from, especially if you’re buying online. See customer reviews and independent reports. You don’t want to buy from a company just because they are cheaper if their service is unreliable. There are so many people selling mattresses online, especially memory foam mattresses, so make sure you buy from a company that can be trusted. Even if you don’t buy from the company that wrote this article, make sure you are getting a good quality product from a company that is trustworthy, useful, and doesn’t just sell for profit.

How to last longer in bed and make love all night

“What are the three words you never want to hear while making love? Honey, I’m home.” -Ken Hammond.

Mr. Hammond is right. If he often loses control and experiences rapid ejaculation during intercourse, he can be extremely embarrassing. But don’t blame yourself. It is a common problem that affects around 30% of men worldwide. Try the following tips to help you last longer and make passionate love all night:

Woman on top Sexual position: As its name suggests, it rides on top of you and inserts your member into its body. You lie on your back, relax and enjoy the show. This position reduces penile sensitivity and performance anxiety. As a result, it is likely to last much longer than usual.

Ladies first: If you can’t satisfy her through penetrative sex, you should find a way to send her climax without penetration. The good news is that most women can reach orgasm through clitoral stimulation and oral sex. Of course, there is no set rule or formula when it comes to oral or clitoral stimulation techniques. Just remember: you have to make her orgasm first, before you’re allowed to climax.

sexersice : The Kegel exercise is designed to tone and tighten the PC muscle. When the strength of your PC muscle is enhanced, it helps to intensify orgasm and improve ejaculation control. To enjoy the maximum benefits of the Kegel exercise, you should only squeeze the PC muscle without squeezing the abs or hips. If you have no idea where the PC muscle is, try to control urination. Hold the PC muscle for 10-15 counts and then release. Spend at least 5 minutes a day on this exercise. Don’t worry about locations, as you can practice the Kegel exercise almost anywhere while sitting.

In addition to the Kegel exercise, yoga and cycling are 2 great exercises to improve PC muscle strength and increase sexual fitness.

review of "Dasavatharam"

The long-awaited ‘magnum opus’ of legendary Indian actor Kamal Hassan, the film ‘Dasavatharam’ has finally been released in theaters across the globe. delayed for release due to a series of annoying petitions against its release Finally, all obstacles were released and Kamal Starrer was released on the 13th of this month.

The film’s script and dialogues have been written by Kamal Hassan himself, with KSRavikumar giving the mantle of ‘director’ of the film. Kamal Hassan plays ten different roles in the film, including the role of US President George Bush. The story line of the movie is very thin and the entire movie is based on high technical and production values. Renowned makeup artists, special effects experts and other Hollywood imports have contributed to the film’s technical excellence, in addition to massively inflating the budget.

The film begins in the 12th century and shows grandiose scenes of mass fights between the Vaishnavites and Siva’s devotees. The scene quickly changes to a state-of-the-art biotechnology laboratory in the US where George Bush (played by Kamal) allocates huge funds for biotechnical research to wage biological warfare against international terrorism). The Indian scientist attached to the lab develops a new strain of virus that is lethal if released. It can only be destroyed by large amounts of sodium chloride. The virus is about to be traded with an international cartel, before our hero intervenes and inadvertently sends the vial to India. The storyboard shifts to India, giving Kamal the chance to introduce the remaining roles (Balram Naidu, the CBI officer, Khaifullah Khan, the tall Muslim, Avtar Singh, the famous singer, Krishnaveni, the old lady, Vincent Poovaragan , the Dalit leader, the Japanese warrior and, of course, the 12th century Vishnavite Rangarajan Nambi). The villain of the play, Fletcher, the American mercenary, chased the vial to Chidambaram India. The film ends after car chases, stunt fights, a recreation of the December 2004 tsunami.

The film leaves the viewer totally impressed. It looks like a third-rate B-movie with no finesse or expert touch. Technical excellence, Kamal Hassan’s great effort, and excruciating make-up changes, all aside, the movie really has nothing going for it. The plot is a crude mix between Harrison Ford Indian Jones and Robin Cook’s medical thrillers. Kamal Hassan impresses most in the roles of Villain Fletcher and CBI Supreme Naidu. Act effortlessly. But that’s all about the artistic values of the film.

Conclusion: A colossal waste!

A luxury apartment is synonymous with a comfortable life. It’s a place to call home where you return to after a busy day at work. It is your living space where you relax. The perfect feeling of bliss over coffee, remote control in hand, watching your favorite show on the HDTV. Whether it’s a two-bedroom or a three-bedroom pad, your home should have the perfect blend of aesthetics and upscale amenities. 1. An ideal location

Apartment living is all about striking the right balance between location, connectivity and ambiance. Before you move into a new apartment block, make sure it is close to schools, hospitals, main roads, shopping malls, transportation services, and recreation centers. Is the town free of pollution and has the lowest crime rates? Are there good schools and universities nearby? How far is the community park? These are some of the questions to ask your property manager before moving into an apartment.

2. Higher floors that offer natural lighting

Your apartment should not only offer the best amenities, but it should also have high ceilings and floors to ensure natural lighting and ventilation. Make sure that the property you are renting also offers a panoramic view of the city.

3. The best amenities

4. The best place for the party

A luxury apartment is also the right place to have fun with your friends and family. Get your friends or loved ones together to throw a party on the weekends. You can even use the community pool to host a pool party. However, be sure to get pre-approval from your landlord before the event. Most of the luxury apartments in the city have an outdoor barbecue area where you can delight your guests by preparing delicious meats and vegetables.

5. Security and Protection

Most luxury apartments do not compromise on the safety of the residents. Before investing or renting, make sure you have trained security personnel. The building should also have the proper fire fighting equipment in case a fire breaks out.

6. Reasonable maintenance costs

Investing in a luxury home is not the end of your worries. You have to consider things like the general costs of maintaining Wi-Fi 24/7, central air conditioning, electricity, full-time security staff, gym, laundry, etc.

7. Parking space

Just like you, your car will need a place to stay. And, just like you, it will also need protection. That is why you should verify parking arrangements with the property management office.
