Perhaps the biggest help to illegal foreclosure parties is the word “mortgage.”

In all 50 states, this word is universally misused as a synonym for “mortgage loan.” Home loans are known as mortgages as a slang term.

But, a mortgage is not a home loan at all. It is simply the name of an incidental, but non-essential, instrument used to define the security that a borrower of any type of loan has agreed to pledge as security for the repayment of a loan. No borrower can be forced to pay someone he does not owe. I am convinced that 100% of home loans made after 1999 or possibly even earlier named a lender who did not give the borrower any of the promised money. The collector must prove that it was him or them. Once a borrower has spent the borrowed money for its intended purpose, there must be evidence of the loan and repayment terms. The promissory note is that evidence and is the essential proof that a loan has been made and is due. If the borrower and the lending party have agreed that something substantial is needed to ensure that the lending party can get back the money they lent, even if the borrower is unable to pay it back. The borrower may pledge something of his property as security commonly called collateral.

It is an intentional act of deception and misrepresentation, since there is no assignment of the mortgage. Only the assignment of the Note can transfer ownership of a loan. But, it is done simply by endorsing the Note itself, just like you would endorse a check to deposit into your bank account at your bank, or to take cash.

The mortgage, like the description and security agreement, always follows the Note as it is essential to a loan. The Note never follows the assignment of the “incidental” mortgage.

The United States Supreme Court outlined this in the case of “Longan v. Carpenter” in 1872, and since all Supreme Court rulings and orders of the United States Supreme Court are binding as law in all courts of the nation. All courts are arms of the Supreme Court of the United States.

I learned a lot of what I know as of 2012 from reading authors who seemed to be trying to help borrowers who were locked in fraudulent foreclosures. Today I know that these authors help at the same time. they were unclear on these issues and the real intention was to find a way to make money off of misinformed borrowers. I had an advantage over most borrowers because I am not a lawyer. However, I have long been a mortgage loan specialist, because I am both a real estate broker and a mortgage broker (here the term mortgage is once again misused by me).

What we call a lender (amongst worse names) told the borrower that they were going to lend him money to buy your house, but the lender can’t trust everyone to know that you borrowed money. There must be evidence that you borrowed money and that you know who lent it to you.

So if I lent you $200,000 (dreamer) and you gave it to the seller of the house, the money is gone. What is left when the money is delivered to the seller of the house? All that remains after you, the borrower, have paid the money to the seller of the house is the debt owed to the lender, which is the “debt” you must pay.

You signed the Note and gave it to the lender providing physical evidence that you borrowed the money from them and promised to pay it back according to the terms you and your lender agreed to. (This includes the interest rate, the amount of time until everything is paid off, how often you pay, and how much you pay each time you pay.)

So, the Promissory Note is evidence of the debt. (But not actually debt.) The law should require that a Promissory Note be recorded, but as we’ll see later, there is a recording that indicates that there was a Promissory Note at some point.

Now, since you promised to return the money that was delivered to you and there is written physical evidence of the money you received, then we can say that the Note is essential to the deal you have made. For many hundreds of years, everyone knew that the Note (many professionals and other puppets like to say “I Note”, but I have learned to say it exactly how it should be said).

However, for literally hundreds of years, everyone has known that the Note is the only indispensable piece of a mortgage loan.

But, the lender paid for the house for you and that house is really the best collateral for him to tie it to the loan you made. There is no law that defines what you and the lender can agree on as what you will promise the lender in the event he can’t repay the money he borrowed, but the house he is buying with that borrowed money makes logical sense.

In today’s world (after 1994), you probably couldn’t have convinced a lender of any other security, so you probably signed an Instrument of Security that describes the property and what happens when you have repaid all the money, or What happens if you cannot repay the money in accordance with the terms of the Note.

The security instrument is, then, a kind of rule book about what will happen if everything goes well and what will happen if things don’t go well. More simply, the Security Instrument is the rule book for the loan. It describes the Note and is the guide you will use if A. You pay the Note you signed to get the money to buy your house and B. You do not pay the Note.

A better description might be that you don’t really pay for your house as we often think. In effect, you buy back the Note you signed and issued to get the use of the money. When you finish buying back your Note, you used to retrieve the Note marked PAID. But, the banking world influenced legislative bodies across the country to allow shortcuts to this, further confusing the judges.

The promissory note is no longer evidence of any debt, because when you have paid all the money you agreed to, you no longer owe a debt. People used to party and burn the Note when it was returned to them marked paid and this subsequent purchase of a Note can be defined by the term “free and clear”. This term means free of any link.

Tarot cards: prediction of time intervals within a reading

Many people, even very experienced people, have trouble deriving time intervals from the Tarot. Suppose you have cards on the table indicating that you, or a querent, will be facing a turbulent emotional time, in which you will need the support of your friends. You, or the querent, immediately ask, “When will this start?” and “How long will it last?”

How do you get the answers to these questions? My system will show you how.

I have a Tarot deck that I only use for times as well as the decks that I use for readings, with unillustrated pips and Majors that don’t interest me much. You’re never actually going to READ with this deck, so it’s best if it’s a deck that has no meaning to you. During the main reading, if there’s a problem I want a time on, I close my eyes briefly, and if I don’t hear my voice come out with a time slot, I’ll hand the querent the time deck, get them to shuffle it briefly, and then cut it at the point where the deck wants to separate (rarely in the middle). I’ll look at that card later.

I will start by describing the meaning of minors:-

1) The time intervals are provided in the speed of the suits.

Coins, like Earth, move slower, so they represent YEARS.

Cups, like Water, is the second slowest, slightly faster, so it’s MONTHS.

Swords as Air, it’s even faster, so it’s WEEKS.

Wands, like Fire, is the fastest and most energetic of all, which is why it is DAYS.

The aces through the tens are that time interval multiplied by the face value (ie the two coins would be two years, the six wands would be six days).

The pages are eleven of the unit of time, the Knights twelve, the Queens thirteen and the Kings fourteen. This already gives the deck a bit of overlap. (If you were using an ordinary deck instead of a Tarot deck, you would do Jacks eleven, Queens twelve, and Kings thirteen.)

Drawing a Major tells you this, and I often say exactly this to clients: “The Tarot doesn’t know how long it will last. It’s completely up to you. This card is about {name of card’s main issue}; when that’s done resolved and dealt with in your life, then and only then will it happen. If you want it to happen faster, then resolve your problems related to this card faster.”

GRADING WELL!!!

This method DOES NOT WORK if you simply draw a card from the rest of the deck that you already did the main spread with. It also has a history of the occasional crash if you use a second platform that is accused of being used for reads – it will keep trying to tell you things instead of just calculating timings. Keep a completely separate cover, one you’ve never read about. I recommend very simple decks – Marseille style decks are excellent.

Playing cards is great too, much better than the Tarot decks you really like or have used for readings, but be careful with the court cards – Jack is 11, Queen is 12, and King is 13. The only problem is if timing REALLY depends entirely on you completing other important things first: Let’s say, for example, that you’ll never meet the love of your life or land the perfect job until after you appear in court for all of our traffic violations or even for that old rape charge. and figure that out, then a deck of cards won’t be able to tell you, but a deck of Tarot can, by presenting you with, say, the “Justice” card.

In short, the cards sync well, but not as well as single purpose non-illustrated Tarot decks that are only used for timing.

Our four-legged friends can develop dental problems just like us, due to two big things: improper dental care and genetics. Yes, dental problems are part of your pet’s overall health, so don’t deny him dental care. Everyone, including pets, has bacteria in their mouths. It is a fact. These bacteria create a substance to hide under called plaque. You know that disgusting white stuff on your teeth. Over time, the plaque hardens into tartar. More than ninety percent of the time, the bacteria can travel through the body and attach itself to the walls of the heart. It is not uncommon to diagnose serious heart disease and murmurs due to serious dental disease. Unfortunately, once our pets develop a murmur, the heart disease can be treated, but the damage is irreversible and eventually fatal.

This process can occur quickly and immediately begin to affect a pet’s health. One study showed that eighty-five percent of cats and dogs have dental disease. Certain breeds are also much more prone to this condition, such as Poodles, Chihuahuas, Maltese, Labradors, and other breeds that have blunt noses. In cats, feline viruses, such as feline leukemia (FeLV) and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), can accelerate dental disease. A pet’s immune system constantly fights the bacteria involved in dental disease, so if your pet is sick, elderly, fed a poor diet, or has a compromised immune system, they are more likely to develop dental disease.

Of course, brushing your pet’s teeth is important to your pet’s health. Most veterinarians and pet stores sell dental supplies for your pet. Unfortunately, if tartar is already present, brushing alone will not stop further dental disease. At this point you will need to seek out your local vet for an examination to determine if a professional cleaning is needed. This cleaning involves placing your pet under anesthesia and removing tartar buildup. If the dental disease is severe enough, your vet may want to start a course of antibiotics a few days before the procedure. Once the procedure has started and tartar is being removed, they may also find that the root of the tooth has been affected. The tooth may need to be extracted.

There is almost no procedure that prolongs the life of your pet like dental cleanings, since dental disease affects many other systems. Annual visits to your veterinarian are recommended to observe the progression of tartar formation and monitor your pet’s overall health. Regular brushing is an important part of any preventative dental program, but be sure to ask your vet how to brush your pet’s teeth properly. For the safety of your animal and your fingers!
