Schwinn Tricycle Easy Steer – Beginner Toddler Trike

Every childhood includes the use of a tricycle. A baby will always remember her childhood rampages on her first trike. It’s where she learns the basics of driving and usually even visitor rules. Whether it’s on the playground at school, or walking around the neighborhood with her friends, playing video games and running after the ice cream truck, everything will be very close to her heart. So she makes her son’s childhood memorable by buying him a Schwinn trike.

For decades, they have created high-quality products, and one of them deserves a specific mention here: the Schwinn trike. In fact, they started business in 1895 and we still don’t enjoy the streets that were provided anywhere in the state. It doesn’t matter if they originally built mountain bikes, their newest innovation, the Schwinn Easy Steer trike for kids, can ensure that it’s the best bike you can give your child.

The Schwinn trike can provide both a classic and a modern look and is also kid-friendly in any way. It was built to last, because it’s made from the best and strongest supplies, so people won’t spend their money buying it. Another wonderful thing about this trike is that it is adjustable, which means that due to the age of the baby, the trike can be adjusted according to the height of the child. Children will be safe and comfortable in it.

A toddler can start walking at age 2 on a Schwinn trike. It’s a good way to encourage your baby to be energetic outdoors too. This kind of tricycle can provide safety and comfort for every baby. Parents won’t hesitate to buy some of these trikes, because people generally gave this bike good reviews for its sturdiness and safety for every child that will ride it.

Kitchen cabinet handles: something for everyone

Having a well designed area to work in the kitchen is essential these days. To that end, new kitchen cabinets are available with built-in dividers, sliding trays and organizers, and many of these innovations are also available as add-ons to older cabinets.

But until recently, accessing these drawers full of gadgets and gadgets was pretty utilitarian. While cabinet makers began churning out tons of new designs to match just about any decor imaginable, hardware makers were falling a bit behind, churning out a lot of mediocre, one-size-fits-all kitchen cabinet handles.

That is no longer the case. Today, kitchen cabinet handles have become an extension of personal taste and even homeowners’ desire for expression. Not only are new designs arriving daily at home improvement stores across the country, but there has been an explosion of options online, where display and storage hassles are greatly simplified.

One of the best things about all of these new options is that they not only allow you to make your kitchen unique to you, but it’s a simple weekend project, one that’s kind of an instant makeover.

Not too long ago, you had to make a very simple choice: chrome, brushed metal, shiny metal, or satin metal. Today, you can go crazy with kitchen cabinet handles, from those with suede, leather or jewel accents to those that capture the essence of your personal or local interests, from vegetables and horseshoes to seahorses and lighthouses. .

One of the biggest trends is using handles that use reclaimed and recycled materials or have a more earthy feel. These can be made from embossed leather, washable suede, or even mixed media, a mix of recycled glass, pewter, and rich textures.

Ergonomics is also an important consideration these days. Kitchen cabinet handles tend to be larger than they were just a few years ago. Part of this trend is due to customer demand for handles that are more proportional to cabinets. Gone are the days (at least for now) of European-style cabinets with hidden handles: the handles and knobs are on the inside and the bigger the better, especially in kitchens with lots of cabinets or drawers and larger-than-average doors.

If you don’t want to go bigger, you can always go chic. Polished chrome and even brushed nickel give cabinets a sophisticated look. Black is also popular as it gives the home an Asian feel. It’s a good color for any cabinet style you have. If you want your handles to be big and look a little less heavy, you can go for an open weave design that infuses additional wine country influences. Think of it like Asian wine for your kitchen cabinet handles.

You’ll definitely want to stick with one finish on everything, and this includes the rest of the hardware, like hinges and drawer slides. If you want to go color over metal, you may want to match a color from your flooring or even your appliances, especially if you have a lot of countertop appliances that have the trendiest colors out there. Just look to Kitchen Aid mixers for inspiration for colors that are trending right now.

While big is in, remember it’s all about proportion. While older handles failed by being too small, and often even too small, to comfortably use with larger hands, you don’t want to go crazy in terms of size. Think about scale first, then ergonomics. The larger handles also have an added advantage. They can make it easier to open drawers, especially those loaded with cookware, as they distribute the load more evenly than smaller handles.

2010 Car Inventory: An Opportunity Cost of Cash for Junkyards?

Opportunity costs, by definition, are the benefits foregone by choosing an alternative from the opportunity set (set of alternative actions available to a decision maker). This article will talk about what a possible opportunity cost might have been when President Obama and the administration decided to implement a program for the auto industry and how it has affected that industry now.

Cash for Clunkers, the extremely popular rebate program that President Obama launched on June 24, 2009, ended earlier than expected on August 24, 2009 at 8 pm This was also called CARS – Car Allowance Rebate System. The plan behind this program was to improve both our economy and the environment. The intent was to persuade clunker owners to trade them in for a $3,500-4,500 rebate for a new, more fuel-efficient vehicle. The clunkers were divided into categories based on their weight and MPG. The hope was that the economy would benefit from the purchases and jobs saved, as would the environment with vehicles that had better fuel economy on the highway.

Cash for Scrap Information:

– About 690,000 vehicles were exchanged between June 24 and August 24

– The total money spent by the government was $2.9 billion

– The top five car models purchased were Toyota Corolla, Honda Civic, Ford Escape, Nissan Versa and Hyundai Elantra.

– Top three clunkers swapped in were Ford Explorer, Ford F-150 and Dodge Grand Caravan

– More than half of the vehicles purchased were passenger cars

– Average MPG for new vehicles purchased was 24.9

Not being one of the decision makers for this program, I can only guess what other options, or opportunity costs, were discussed in deciding to implement Cash for Clunkers. One idea I have is that excess car inventory or projected inventory in 2010 would be an opportunity cost. All the benefits to new car owners, the auto industry, perhaps the economy, and the environment may far outweigh this assumption, but I think it’s worth discussing.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and was affected by the consequences of the program. I didn’t participate in the Cash for Clunkers program for a couple of reasons, but mainly two. One was that I owned my car and enjoyed not having a car payment if I didn’t have to and the other was that my car, a 2002 Ford Escape, didn’t qualify as junk. Since my Escape was showing signs of an impending demise, I thought about buying a new car. This is where I saw an opportunity cost of the program: a plentiful inventory of cars that we as consumers are used to.

There are many types of vehicles to choose from, but I wasn’t aware of the limited options I had when I made my decision on a 2010 Rav4. I gave a little thought to a passenger car, but I know I’d only be happy in an SUV. When I told the dealer my specs on options, features, and color, I realized it would be hard to find. The dealer explained to me that Toyota’s Rav4 inventory had done very well being one of their biggest sellers during the Cash for Clunkers program. As was specific, I had to wait two weeks to finally get my car home. If this happened at Toyota, chances are it has happened at other big car companies as well.

All of this leads me to think that when the government was weighing every option to decide on this, was it thinking about the car shortage? If so, one of the opportunity costs in the pool would be maintaining a large inventory of vehicles. As mentioned above, the benefits of the program currently and in the planning process outweighed this, but it may have been considered.

Cash for junk was good? It all depends on how you look at it and what you determine is “good.” In my opinion, if it boosted the economy a little bit and helped the environment, then yes it was. There are many other factors that analysts look at when making their decision, but this program helped our country at a time when we needed it. It pushed some consumers to buy vehicles in 2009 who may have waited until 2010.

In short, Cash for Clunkers was a decision made by the president and the government to help the economy and the environment. If there is a decrease in inventory across the industry, that is a drawback of the program. But looking at the opposite side of that flaw, there may be an opportunity cost of carrying normal inventory in the opportunity stock set.

READ: Why cheap websites are more expensive than you think

During one of my regular Facebook excursions, I came across a post where someone made the case for properly investing in a website and listed all the reasons to do so.
Heck, I could have written that post myself!

And as usual, then came a lot of replies saying more or less the same thing: “But what if I don’t have any money?”

Read on to find out why your website may be underperforming.

Read more on our website.

A brand with individuality has a unique competitive advantage.
Think about your current favorite products or services. Why are they your favourites? What makes them different? Does anything stand out?

For example, when we think of our favorite Boutique Inn or gym, it might be their logo, the range of services, the quality of the product, the customer service, the people, or the feeling of going there.

These things alone are important, but together they make your product or service unique!

Standing out can sometimes be considered a negative, but in branding it is the greatest compliment.

Embracing what makes you different is what makes you stand out. When you are authentic, you will exude a vibe that will attract your tribe of followers and push you to be the best.

To stand out in today’s market, try these 5 tips:

  1. Be authentic

    • Try not to compete with other similar brands, but focus on you and your product or service.
    • Before developing a logo and website, make sure you fully evaluate your product or service and identify all the things that make your business unique so that your brand stands apart from your ideal target audience. It has to resonate with them!
    • Integrate what makes you different into your brand, marketing, website, social media, and physical space or product design.
  2. thrive in your environment

    • A vibe is a feeling that expresses your uniqueness. It is the voice of your brand. By capturing that vibe and incorporating your unique brand voice into all of your marketing materials, you’ll create undeniable synergy.
    • Keep your vibe in everything you do, right down to your social media posts, and continually check to make sure that what you’re conveying is the vibe your customer experiences.
    • Don’t compromise your vibe for current trends; always make sure you stay true to your brand identity.
  3. Connect with your target audience

    • Now more than ever it is important not only to provide a product or service, but also to create a community around it. This community of your ideal target audience and potential customers will become your tribe of loyal followers.
    • Much like the TV show Survivor, you can be “taken out” by your tribe, so it’s important to nurture those relationships and connect with your community in an authentic way.
    • Social media presents an opportunity to grow your tribe and loyal future customers by interacting with them in new ways. On these platforms you can create groups, pages, stories, share photos and videos so that they know more about you while you also learn more about them. This information, connection, and engagement is invaluable.
  4. strive to be the best

    • Of course, you want to be the best product or service available, but beyond that, ask yourself how you can be better. Thinking about how you can create a memorable brand experience can often help you take it to the next level.
    • Provide the highest quality of service, product, support and customer care possible. It’s amazing how many brands fall short in these vital areas and lose a lot of business as a result. This is your chance to shine above them and win over these new customers!
    • Going above and beyond will automatically make you stand out. Your loyal customers will not only continue to buy from you, but will also recommend you to others.
  5. be nice

    • Put yourself in your customers’ shoes to serve them better. Unlike sympathy, which is feeling compassion, empathy means imagining yourself in someone else’s situation. The more your prospects realize that you “get” them and understand what they’re going through, the more they’ll trust you to do business.
    • Take advantage of the emotional triggers of your ideal client. What emotions drive your customers’ behavior?
    • Listen to your customers. A 2018 study by M&C Saatchi reveals how 18% of consumers stopped using a brand due to a broken promise. Are you delivering the quality and service your customers deserve?
    • Remember and respect differences. People from different geographic locations, generations, and genders are not necessarily going to want the same thing from you. By developing unique marketing personas, you’ll have a much better idea of how to approach and engage your audience by offering them relevant services and content that they’ll appreciate receiving from you.

While there are plenty of other ways to stand out, these branding strategies will have the most impact.

Together with an expert, build a foundation by clearly differentiating your brand and building a memorable brand identity that you can apply to everything you do.

Your uniqueness is something you should harness and incorporate throughout your brand to capture your customers and prospects.

By being authentic, creating a vibe, connecting with your tribe and striving to be the best, you will certainly stand out in the sea of mediocrity.

Writing Haunted House Stories – Building Atmosphere Through Scenario

The atmosphere hits your character with trepidation. Consider the houses that might be in your neighborhood. You know which one: it’s the house that pedestrians cross the street to avoid. It is the house where high school students dare to spend a night, past the creaking doors to cautiously explore the strange moans within their undefinable shadows. Although nothing tangible has actually happened, your characters are afraid. This fear comes from the atmosphere: The environment that surrounds your house and your characters. The atmosphere is the mood, and that mood should haunt your readers long after the story is over.

So where do you start? Creating a haunted house story is a scary and daunting task. To make things easier for yourself, set the date and time from the beginning of your story. If you write a foreword, start the story with your date and time, or at least hint at the decade. Maybe your character is listening disco hell just before a psychopath sets fire to the house. Maybe your character is shivering in the shadows, her hat is drenched in sweat, and she’s praying that her flashlight stays on long enough for her to be rescued. Not only does this set the scene for her, but it also gives you the opportunity to add a bit of dimension and foreshadowing to her story.

Torment your readers by using the correct word

Using the correct word can also set the stage in the haunted house story. Consider this phrase:

Beverly Harris entered the house.

It’s not very creative at all. There is hardly any setting and the action is not at all descriptive. Let’s try another set of words:

Beverly, overwhelmed by incipient danger, slipped out the door.

Best. He crawled is a description stronger than the word path. This is an acceptable description that readers will probably enjoy. But could we not write this sentence in fewer and more ominous words? I think we can:

The house consumed her.

Sinister, descriptive and simple. This makes the reader uncomfortable; therefore, that empathetic should be the goal of him as a writer. So that your readers feel what your characters feel.

Rent, Rent, Rent

Your haunted house is a character like the rest of your cast. It must have a personality. It should appeal to your characters, just like a protagonist is looking for a villain. It must have a personality and a history. Your protagonist wants something and your house also wants something. So what kind of personality does your house have? Consider the location. It could be a mansion on a swamp decorated in a French Creole style, or maybe a simple two-story cabin in Washington state like Stephen King’s. Alan Wake. Perhaps it’s even more classic, like a fortified castle perched high on a cliff above a sleepy village. Each of these houses must reflect its geographical location, and its personality must be revealed through the perspective of the protagonist. If your house could talk, would it have an accent? How would you show that? The decoration? The architecture? The location of your haunted house defines its personality. Let me speak. Let him lure your protagonist back into his swampy tendrils.

Another way to give your home personality through ambience is by resetting the environment according to the speech of people in your geographic region. People in the deep south speak differently to each other in Miami and people in Miami speak differently than people in Montana. People gossip about each other and each person has a different perspective on life. Apply that to your haunted house. No matter the geographic location, your house has a backstory and people will gossip about it. What they say and how they say it can reveal more about the personality of your home. Every time your character hears a story, the perspective of it will change. For example, Infinity written by Douglas Clegg, some of the characters who stay in the Nightmare House see it as a normal house at first. Once they start hearing the strange stories, the paranoia begins to take over and soon the house takes on a more sinister appearance. No, it does not change physically. What changes is the perception that the character has of the house. Your house is another character that deserves gossip. Everybody has secrets; your haunted house too.

Originality is vital

There are already a number of haunted house movies and books taking place in all sorts of settings around the world. There are literally hundreds if not Thousands that take place in an enchanted cabin in the middle of the forest. For your horror story to survive fierce competition, it must be unique. It must bring something new to a concept that has been done over and over again. Being unique is vital for your story to survive. Creative writers must be flexible. Instead of a haunted cabin in the forested Canadian mountains, maybe your story is about a haunted houseboat on Puget Sound. Or maybe consider moving your clichéd southern plantation to the sunny beachfront tropics of Africa, surrounded by palm trees, monkeys and deadly coconut-sized spiders. Originality doesn’t have to be so extreme either. Your setting may be in the colonial American suburbs of Massachusetts, but the architecture is ultra-modern.

One last thing to consider when choosing an original setting for your haunted house story is lighting and setting. Remember that the farther your home is from the equator, the more drastic your hours of day and night become. A haunted house located in the lower parts of South America, for example, will spend at least a full month in total darkness in winter and a full month in total daylight in summer.

come in if you dare

HP Lovecraft was a master at creating atmosphere through the stage. He used the description of the landscapes and neighborhoods to give the reader an ominous feeling long before his character approached the house. Take this example from The image in the house:

… They climb the moonlit towers of the ruined castles on the Rhine and fall down the black cobwebbed steps under the scattered stones of the forgotten cities … The haunted forest and the desolate mountains [are] shrines, and linger around the sinister monoliths of uninhabited islands… But the true epicurean in the terrible and unspeakable horror is the main end and justification of existence, he esteems above all the old and lonely farms of the forests of New England… Its strength, loneliness, grotesqueness and ignorance combine to form the perfect portion of the hideous.

This paints a very sophisticated picture using carefully chosen adjectives and a direct approach. Although HP Lovecraft has exceeded expectations for horror at its finest, award-winning author Joe Schreiber writes a more literal description of the Round House in one of his most chilling haunted house stories: No doors, no windows:

… It was sparse, plain, and narrow, with a curved concrete floor and smooth, almost circular, black walls that didn’t appear to have been painted black, but were somehow carved out of a naturally black material, some substance that literally absorbed light. There were no doors or windows. Although the passageway appeared to be straight, there was definitely a curve, a sinuous quality just outside the glow of the lighter..

Both of these excellent examples describe the haunted house using atmosphere and setting in different ways. They work well because of the strong word choice and vivid, unnatural descriptions that go beyond the details of how someone would normally describe a house. Joe Schreiber didn’t just cheekily say, “The room was round.” Instead, he painted such a vivid picture that the reader simply got the feeling that this room was unnatural and that no person in his right mind would enter it, especially if he only owned a lighter.

when is it a haunted house not a haunted house?

A haunted house is not always necessarily a house. It can be an apartment or a condo on the beach. Sometimes it is a graveyard where the spirits of the dead live, work and haunt as in Neil Gaiman’s novel, the graveyard book. Haunted factories, sanatoriums, junkyards, prisons, schools, caves, and even sewers could be “haunted house” stories. All the same rules apply.

If you’re serious about writing a haunted house story, then the best thing you can do for yourself and your story is read. Read all the haunted house stories you can find. dozens. Hundreds. See how they set the personality of the house. Notice how each writer takes a different approach. Pay special attention to word choice and sentence fluency. read read, read.

My personal plan to lose weight during pregnancy!

You know, those women who lost weight very fast bothered me. Since I really struggled with my weight loss, this is what I did to lose weight during pregnancy! This is my plan and it worked well for me! Oh, and I should mention that I did this after I stopped breastfeeding.

No extreme exercise! I realized that my body was recovering from pregnancy and childbirth so I did NOT want to do extreme exercise and I really don’t like to exercise. So I added 20-30 minutes. per day of exercise to my daily routine. Now, like I said, I don’t really like to exercise, so I would vary things, so I wouldn’t get bored, since that always seemed to be my problem. So I bought 2 “fun” dance DVDs, added 3 routes to my walking plan as this was great to get my baby out, and took 2 days off.

Beverages! During my pregnancy, I ate whatever I wanted and drank the juices. I put a stop to that. I like water so this is good, but to make the break I added 2 glasses of freshly squeezed juice to my hydration. The juice was 1 grapefruit, 2 lemons, and 2 oranges, and just a little bit of water. I did not add sugar flavor, but if you have a hard time drinking it, you can add a little honey.

Food! Of course all the junk food I had to throw away. But I did allow myself 1 piece of dark chocolate after dinner and lunch. Also, I started one of the popular meal plans called a calorie shifting diet. So I didn’t eat the food I normally ate, it was food that was working to give my body proper nutrition and speed up my metabolism!

Overall, I struggled to lose 20 pounds of pregnancy weight and was able to do it in less than 2 months. I have to admit it wasn’t too easy, but the end result was better than my pre-pregnancy body. It’s worth it!

Professional Corporations – Advantages and Disadvantages

What is a professional corporation (PC)?

A PC is a corporation that is owned and operated by one or more members of the same profession (for example, doctors, lawyers, accountants, dentists). The services provided by the company are generally restricted to the exercise of the profession.

Professional corporations are now permitted in all Canadian provinces and territories. In each province/territory, the professional regulatory body usually determines whether its members can join. For example, the regulatory body for physicians, in all provinces and territories, allows physicians to join.

How is it different from a common corporation?

There are some significant differences between a professional corporation and a common one.

corporation like:

  • Only members of the same profession can be shareholders of a professional corporation in many (but not all) provinces.
  • The officers and directors of a professional corporation generally must also be shareholders of the corporation.
  • The professional corporation is generally subject to the investigative and regulatory powers of the regulatory body that governs the profession.
  • A professional corporation will not protect a professional against personal liability for professional negligence.

As a result of these differences, some of the benefits commonly associated with a corporation may have limited application to a professional corporation. This is described later

Advantages of using a Professional Corporation

Potential Tax Savings

A reduced federal and provincial corporate tax rate applies to the first $400,000 of professional income earned by a professional corporation. Some provinces apply the reduced tax rate on income up to $500,000. The provincial limit varies by province. For 2010, the combined federal and provincial tax on income subject to the small business limit will range from approximately 11% to 19%. As a result of this lower rate, the combined corporate and shareholder taxes paid on professional services income are slightly lower than if you earned it directly.

Possible Tax Deferral

Perhaps the most significant advantage of using a PC is the ability to defer taxes. Professional income earned through a corporation is taxed at two levels: one at the corporate level and then again at the shareholder level when the profits are distributed to you as dividend income.

Since income at the corporate level is taxed at a lower rate than your personal income, there is a tax deferral opportunity when income is taxed at the corporation (at the lower rate) and not distributed to the shareholder (i.e. , you). The deferral ends when a dividend is paid to you and you pay tax on that dividend.

Let’s illustrate. If you earn a professional income of $500,000 per year as a sole proprietor and only need $200,000 of pre-tax income for personal expenses, you will have $300,000 left over which will be taxed at the higher marginal rate. Assuming a 47% marginal tax rate, you will have $159,000 left to invest.

On the other hand, if you incorporate the practice, the $300,000 will be left with the corporation and taxed at the small business rate. Assuming a corporate tax rate of 18%, the corporation will be left with $164,000 to invest.

That’s $87,000 more.

Single owner professional corporation

Income $500,000 $500,000

Personal Needs ($200,000) ($200,000)

Remaining Funds $300,000 $300,000

Tax ($94,000) ($54,000)

Net funds $159,000 $246,000

additional funds in

professional corporation $87,000

Additional funds in the corporation can be used to pay down debt, purchase capital assets, acquire investments, or finance an insurance policy.

Flexible employee benefits

As an employee of a professional corporation, you may be able to access certain types of employee benefits that would not otherwise be available if you were a sole proprietor or partner in a partnership. For example, the corporation may establish an Individual Pension Plan (discussed below) or a Retirement Compensation Agreement (RCA) for you. These retirement savings vehicles can also provide you with potential creditor protection benefits. An employee health and welfare trust can also be created to provide health benefits for you and your family.

Capital Gains Exemption

Canadian tax rules allow up to $750,000 in capital gains arising from the sale of shares of a qualified small business corporation to be exempt from tax. This $750,000 capital gains exemption is also available for shares of a professional corporation, provided certain conditions are met. However, ownership of a professional corporation may not be as easy to transfer as, in many provinces, it can only be transferred to members of the same profession.

Flexibility in compensation

You can choose to receive a combination of salary and dividends from a professional corporation. The decision is based on the combined corporate and shareholder taxes paid in your province of residence.

Limited commercial liability

A professional corporation generally does not protect you from personal liability for professional negligence. However, shareholders of a professional corporation will have the same protection as other corporate shareholders when it comes to business creditors.

revenue split

You can divide income through a corporation by paying dividends to adult family members who are shareholders in the corporation. This strategy may be less applicable to professional corporations located in provinces where share ownership is restricted to members of a particular profession. However, other revenue-splitting strategies, such as hiring family members to work in the business and paying them a reasonable salary for services rendered, are still available through a professional corporation.

Multiple deductions for small businesses

As a result of a Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) ruling, professionals operating through a professional partnership may provide their services through a professional corporation and be eligible for multiple small business deductions (SBDs). .

Income earned up to the $400,000 SBD limit is subject to a preferential tax rate (some provinces have a higher SBD). Historically, the SBD had to be shared among all corporate partners. Given the new CRA ruling, professionals currently operating as a partnership should consider the benefits of establishing a professional corporation to take advantage of multiple SBDs.

individual pension plan

An Individual Pension Plan (IPP) is a defined benefit pension plan that a professional corporation can establish for the professional. The IPP provides better annual contributions than the RSP limits for those 40 and older. Assets in an IPP are protected from creditors; however, they may be subject to lock-in provisions during retirement. For more information about IPPs, ask your advisor.

Disadvantages of a Professional Corporation

Costs and complexity

The costs of establishing and maintaining a PC are usually higher than those of a sole proprietorship. Also, a professional corporation will incur more costs to file a corporate tax return, prepare T4 tickets for salaries and T5 tickets for dividends. A corporation is also subject to more regulation and enforcement than a sole proprietorship or partnership.

Employer health tax and EI premiums

Corporations in various provinces have to pay a provincial health tax once the corporate payroll has exceeded a certain threshold. Fortunately, the basic amount you don’t pay tax on is quite high (for example, $400,000 in Ontario), so the impact of this tax on professional corporations may not be as significant.

business losses

You cannot claim business losses incurred by a PC on your personal tax return; whereas, in a sole proprietorship, you can use business losses to offset your personal income from other sources.

Liability for malpractice

As mentioned above, a professional corporation will not protect you from personal liability for professional negligence.

Who should use a professional corporation?

A PC can provide potential tax savings and tax deferral benefits. This may be attractive to you if you don’t need all of your income to live on. Is your pet reincarnated? Reincarnation of Animal Angel, Inspirational Hope for Pet Loss Complaint Support

My dog died.

I was devastated! My heart experienced heartbreaking pain and loneliness. My life was erased. Her move wasn’t expecting me, and being in an empty house was more than I could bear.
I saw endless months of weekly photos, daily puppy updates, videos and rescue webcams. Not a thing! I really didn’t even care because my heart was still crying to the core and my tears were still flowing. However, I felt compelled to keep watching the updates no matter how upset they made me feel.

Then this little fluffy ball of fur dragging a BIG stuffed toy in its mouth ran happily across my computer screen. My heart raced. I must have watched, rewatched, and memorized that video hundreds of times. I “felt” it in my soul (sign 1). I called, it was available even though it was 2500 miles away. I thought too far to fly the little one with scales. (Sign 2) As the Universe would have it, the airline added a non-stop vacation flight from that area to our airport, so now I had no excuses. It had been free of burdens for years and a new puppy, well…

I talked and questioned the pup’s guardian until he probably got tired of me. In one conversation, she jokingly referred to him as “bad boy”. I asked why. He said that he had what looked like a B on his right hip and that he would send me a picture. (Signal 3) The image sent shivers down my spine and to all my friends in a chorus of “what don’t you understand?” He was already talked about on a higher level than any of us knew at the time. It was as if God had assigned an Angel to write my signature on his hip so that he wouldn’t be so “human” that he didn’t understand that this dog was meant to be mine.

With a tired, scared and excited heart I met him at the airport. VERY apprehensive! What if I have the wrong pup and we don’t connect? He had never picked a pup from a distance. He got out of his box and immediately placed the 7lb 9 week old fluff right in front of me. He looked up and looked me straight in the eye as if to say where have you been? Now let’s get on with our life. Then he jumped into my arms and slept all the way to my house which had now become our home.

I named him Friend. He responded to his “old” name without missing a beat. He knew where his bed was, recognized his toys from past lives and gathered them in the same place where they were supposed to be. He didn’t even inspect the new toys, he wanted HIS toys! He talks, hugs and does all the things all my soul dogs “did”. When I look into his eyes, we never part. He is my “baby dog”, my best friend. When my heart asked where you have been, his spirit answered: I had to exchange my old body for this new one in order to be in your life again. At 10 weeks he knew and responded to all the old dog’s commands, no training was necessary. He is my old adult dog with few puppy moments except he runs “wide open”, he is learning to operate those new feet and he is a chew machine!

I am lucky to have soft pads on my paws that caress my face when I wake up every morning. All the little habits, routines, traits, favorite toys, foods, stains, and wacky tricks that only my soul knows are back in my world in another form of “monogrammed” earthy skin as Friend.

If you have lost your pet, service dog, companion animal, assistance dog, pet therapy dog, soul dog and baby forever, don’t give up hope. Listen to the promptings of your heart, observe your dreams, and follow the knowledge and intuition of your soul. If you feel like you want to cling to your pet’s bedding and toys, there’s a reason, a part of your soul knows they’ll come back. The soul of every dog is a spirit made up of eternal energy that lives forever in all that it is.

When he is your soul pet, animal spirit guide, or spirit teacher in animal form, God/the Universe honors his choice to reincarnate to be with you many times in various physical bodies. Know that your pet is not gone forever. Give your spirit time to choose a new body. You’ll KNOW when you see them! “Mom, I’m home!”
Here are some signs that your pet may have reincarnated:

1. Listen and follow the timing and guidance of your inner impulses to find your new body shape. You’ll “know” if it’s a puppy, a rescue dog, an animal shelter, a newspaper ad, an internet search – just listen and trust!
2. Never overlook small details and pass them off as not worth it.
Follow the details and trust that they are correct. There are no matches.
3. Look into your pet’s eyes the window to his soul, you will know and recognize your connection.
4. Ask questions and listen to the answers with your heart.
5. If you feel like you want to cling to your pet’s beds and toys, there’s a reason, a part of your soul knows it will come back.

Sometimes when they return, they incorporate a new trait that you expected them to have in addition to their previous traits as a further answer to your prayer. The reincarnation time period in which they return can be as short as several hours or more.

Cure Dog Barking Through Negative Association

Now for some people who have a problem with barking dogs, they may never have thought of using a negative association to solve this problem. However, I know this is a method I have seen before and the way they managed to solve this problem was by using a water gun or water bottle filled with water. If you’re like me, you’re probably wondering how a small squirt gun or water bottle can help stop my dog’s barking problem, but it does and this is how it can help you too.

In order for you to cure your dog’s barking problem, you will have to catch your dog in the act of barking. Then, when you do, you’ll want to spray them with the sprayer or gun while saying the word no loudly and loudly at the same time. While you may not think that it works like most of the training techniques you use to get rid of any behavior or to teach any new behavior, you should realize that it will take time to get it right.

Now, this method of curing your dog’s barking will allow him to associate the sound he’s making when he shouldn’t. This is the part that can be challenging, because obviously you don’t want to have a squirt gun by your side at all times. So you’ll want to gradually back off how often you use the water gun and just start using the word no instead.

10 million children die

Global problems like poverty are extremely complex. There is no simple and clear answer. I have spoken out against American politics, the political system, the financial collapse of the markets, and many other things, but sometimes there comes a time when we, the people, need to divert our attention from bear world and focus on TEA World.

This day, TODAY, is one of those moments. Let our voices come together and speak volumes about our world, our true world and its children. It is by raising our voices, united, that we will be heard and the world will be forced to listen.

Some facts and tidbits about 2008:

Poverty and hunger run rampant in our world as we witnessed a monumental loss of $1.8 trillion in a single day on the stock market. Our government has bailed out the banking industry with $700 BILLION tax dollars and is looking for more, while AIG executives and their “top salesmen” have fun with the fancy ones. The governments of the world now own portions of the banking industry, effectively nationalizing the financial system and taxpayers around the world have allowed their governments to use TRILLIONS of dollars, pounds, euros and other currencies to fight a war in the Middle East.

My point? We still live in a world where almost half of its population, more than three billion people, live on less than $2.50 a day and more than 26,500 children die every day. Every day. All year. The killers of our children, the children of our world, are poverty, hunger, and easily preventable disease and illness. What will you do today to help prevent this?

Sir, can you give me a penny? Don’t respond with the standard “you can’t solve the problem by throwing money at it…” that’s fine, we know that it’s complex and that the problems have very deep roots. But maybe that penny isn’t in hard currency, maybe it’s ten cents of your time. A moment worth of you talking to someone else about the problem. What if everyone was talking about this at the exact same time? Maybe your ten cents would be worth millions. Take a break. Talk to someone. You were given a voice for a reason, use it.

Poverty Facts: These are not talking points, not opinions, FACTS. Simple facts, hard, cold and oh so real. When you read my opening and look at all the money we’ve chased in less than 2 months, the FACT is that we are a money-wasting global society that preys on those who have less and neglects those who can’t. Speak with the same volume and intensity that we can. We want our BMWs, Mercedes, and our 4,000+ square foot homes. We want gratification and satisfaction now and we don’t care what it costs. We like to think that what we do does not impact anyone else. Continue this approach to our world and we may end up paying with more of our money.

26,500 children die every day at a staggering rate of one child every three seconds, more than 10 million children die each year. One of those children could have been the scientist who cures cancer, saves a nation, makes the impossible possible. One of those children could have been a friend. Each of those children were human beings attempting to inhabit the planet over which we have been given stewardship. Ask yourself: Am I a good steward of children? Take a break. Talk to someone. You were given a voice for a reason, use it. Statistics: At least 80% of humanity lives on less than $10 a day.

World. 2.2 million children die each year because they are not vaccinated while the United States spends 8 BILLION dollars a year on cosmetics, blush, lipstick, eyeliner, etc. every year. European countries and the United States combined spend $12 billion a year on perfume. It would take 9 billion to provide water and sanitation for ALL.

The list goes on. The world; The US, Europe, Japan and the rest spend enough on Perfume 4, Pet Food 4, Cigarettes 4 and Cosmetics 4 to provide Basic Education, Water and Sanitation and Basic health and nutrition to the WORLD and still have 3 BILLION left over . Talk Talk! Talk to someone. You have been given a voice for a reason, use it today.
