What does it mean to love?

Love does not diminish

How do you define love or the experience of it? What is it like to experience yourself on an intimate level? I don’t mean physically, but emotionally and spiritually? Some associate love with romantic feelings of butterflies in the stomach. They may talk about the sensations they feel when thinking of their loved one. But is love experienced through the mind, the body, or both? Is love a noun or a verb? How do we know if we have truly loved? What is the measure of having fully committed ourselves to love? I do not consider myself an expert on love or a relationship coach. I am as curious as you. What I know is: love does not demand anything of us because it is an empty container to fill. This is the analogy of life itself, where love is never wasted but is recirculated.

Is love unconditional for you? Or does it come with requirements? What happens when those requirements are not met, do you retain your love for another? Is it possible to retain the essence of who we are? How can we stop the water flowing in a river? You could say: build a damn. However, if the dam is not strong enough, the water pressure will find its way through or around it. You have undoubtedly seen tsunamis on television where entire villages are submerged in water. Water is a powerful metaphor for love because it can enrich a person’s life, but it can also be destructive if accompanied by conditions.

Do we need love in our lives? What does love offer us in return? Is it intimacy with ourselves or knowing others better? It was Saint Francis of Assisi who once said: “It is by giving that we receive.” He considered love as something that had to circulate to permeate our life and that of others. Love is like the sun that gives its energy and does not ask for anything in return because it is self-sufficient. The more we give love, the more we have. The question arises: what happens when love is unrequited or the other person ceases to identify with love? If love is not returned, it does not diminish the other person’s ability to give or receive it. The sun sets every afternoon and it is dark for twelve hours. However, with dawn, it reappears bringing energy to sustain life once more. It is a cycle sewn into the fabric of life and the same happens with love.

Dare to express love completely

When another person stops loving us, it does not mean that we cannot love each other. Because you cannot stop the flow, it will naturally find expression in another form. Love is the antidote to fear, hatred and anger. It is the only true constant in our lives that is given to us from conception. We are born in love and we leave this life knowing that we will continue to love in the lives that follow. The question is: have you dared to fully express love in this life? Have you given love freely and unconditionally? We should be like a sponge filled with water, fully squeezed out when our time comes. We must fill our hearts with love and not hold back for fear that it will not be reciprocated. Because every time we get involved in love, it is magnified within every cell of our body. The more we give of ourselves, the more love expands within our hearts.

Knowing this, I invite you to contemplate your relationship with love in the coming days. Where are you holding love in your life? How is this serving you? Does it provide a sense of security, protection or comfort? Are you willing to break down the barriers that prevent the flow of love? Love does not have to be something expressed between two people, but can be revealed through our life purpose, our hobbies and our attitude. If you are looking for more love in your life, let go of the barriers that prevent you from expressing it. See if you can find the place within you overflowing with love and direct it to something or someone. Love is a similar bank account that accrues interest with each deposit made. Because if we really want to know what it means to love, we must first experience it without reservation while we have the opportunity.

Englander mattress and its best latex technology

How to lose 50 pounds in 50 days

Here’s how to lose 50 pounds in 50 days. But first, you need to understand that losing 50 pounds in 50 days is not easy. Second, it is not 100% healthy. Third, the weight you lose will not be all fat. If you can accept those 3 things, here are some guidelines to lose 50 pounds fast.

  1. You must eat often. It seems strange, but true. Eating often keeps your metabolism running fast. This allows you to burn more calories every minute of the day that you are not exercising. Now, you can eat more often, but you must eat smaller meals.
  2. Eat protein with every meal or snack. Protein is another thing that keeps your metabolism lightning fast. In addition, it helps slow down the absorption of carbohydrates that affect blood sugar levels.
  3. You will need to exercise twice a day to “supercharge” your metabolism. By exercising more often, you “hit” your metabolism more often, training you to work at a faster capacity for longer periods of time. Two 30 minute sessions are better than 1 1 hour workout.
  4. Take fish oil pills. These healthy Omega 3 fats balance out all the bad Omega 6 and Omega 9 fats you get. Actually, Omega 6 and Omega 9 fats are not necessarily bad … but they are too many compared to Omega 3 fats. You need the balance. Fish oil pills are probably the best long-term weight loss supplement you can take. I recommend at least 6 grams a day to lose weight.
  5. Take extra virgin coconut oil. These are also healthy fats. But they work much faster for weight loss. Research hasn’t really determined why extra-virgin coconut oil can help women lose more than 5 pounds in 10-15 days, but it may have to do with these fats being turned into energy immediately rather than stored as body fat. Take 1 tablespoon twice a day. Just be careful when taking this because if you take it at the wrong time you can put on weight.
  6. Eat 3 apples a day as a snack or just before meals. Apples are high in water, high in fiber, and low in calories.
  7. Eat breakfast. Here’s a simple fact to know … 80% of fat people don’t eat breakfast, while 80% of thin people do. It is the most important food you can eat. I suggest eating 3-4 scrambled eggs or a bowl of rolled oatmeal (not instant oatmeal).

Now, those are some general guidelines that will help you lose 50 pounds in 50 days. If you expect to lose 50 pounds in 50 days. No! Unless you get dehydrated to lose water weight or starve yourself so your body burns through your muscles (both ways are not healthy).

Welcome to Rwanda, the kingdom of gorillas!

Rwanda is full of wonders!

Those who enjoy nature tourism will find “Gorilla Kingdom” in Rwanda, a small African nation made famous by Dian Fossey’s book “Gorillas in the Mist” (1983). Interestingly, these mammals live in one of the most beautiful countries in Africa, where there are unique and spectacular landscapes – the vacation experience of a lifetime! In the 1980s, Miss Fossey, a world famous naturalist, once said about Rwanda: “Wherever you look there is beauty.” Without a doubt, the African nation is full of wonders!

The other “Switzerland”

The land the size of New Hampshire has been called the “Switzerland of Africa” because of its incredible lakes and spectacular mountains. In fact, you will never find another country like Rwanda! Without the financial advantages of so many of the world’s top tourist destinations, Rwanda has one of the highest numbers of visitors per square mile in the world. Tourists come from different parts of the world, from Canada and Finland to Australia and the People’s Republic of China. There is no doubt that the future of tourism in the country looks promising.

Unlike several nations in the world, Rwanda is one of the safest countries on the African continent. The best example: in 2008 there were a million visitors, more than several Latin American republics and a world record for a small nation on Earth. Since then, Rwanda is an example in the world.

The heart of Africa

The land the size of Vermont is a landlocked sub-Saharan African nation, bordering Tanzania, Burundi, Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Its area of 10,200 square miles, is slightly smaller than Belgium, it has a population of approximately 10,000,000 inhabitants. The small nation has a magnificent landscape, including snow-capped mountains, thick tropical forests, plateaus, and volcanoes. Karisimbi, the highest peak in the country, rises 14,787 feet above sea level.

Kigali, the capital of Rwanda, is the most important economic, industrial and cultural center of the African Republic. It is one of the most colorful places in Africa. Kigali’s economy is based on commerce, tourism, and government services. Various traders sell their wares on the streets or in open-air markets. Besides Kigali, the nation has three other cities: Ruhengeri, Butare, and Gisenyi.

Gorilla Kingdom!

Due to the rapid pace of industrialization and human development, wildlife sanctuaries are disappearing. However, an exception is the sub-Saharan African nation of Rwanda, a former Belgian colony until 1962. The characteristics of the African country have been slowly changing since it was originally a monarchy. In fact, Rwanda is a perfect place for tourists and nature lovers. At least ten percent of the natural resources on the country’s land are dedicated to conservation. And each natural wonder has a wide range of ecotourism activities.

When nature made Rwanda it put countless volcanoes, lakes and mountains, but it also put gorillas, one of the most fascinating animals. These apes normally lived for 35 years, and an adult male is about 180 meters tall and weighs about 220 kilograms. Along with lions and elephants, mountain gorillas are one of the most popular mammals on the African continent. On the other hand, these primates have inspired a whole generation of naturalists in the world. Furthermore, these apes have made Rwandans proud of their country. For this reason, the Rwandan government has issued many postage stamps in his honor. In addition to this, the land the size of Massachusetts is home to Kiwita Izina, an annual national ceremony for naming a newborn baby gorilla. Since then, Kiwita Izina has been one of the most important celebrations in Rwanda.

In this corner of the planet you will see and photograph mountain gorillas. There are several tours that allow the tourist to visit the primate areas. Here you can also visit the places where Dian Fossey researched and wrote various articles (the Karisoke Research Center, for example). In the “Gorilla Kingdom”, you can also find examples of love and cooperation. Certainly primates have strong family relationships. Contrary to what some people believe about gorillas, these animals are peaceful and personable.

For these reasons, many naturalists have set their sights on Rwanda, including Fossey and Pascale Sicotte. During his first encounter with the apes, Fossey said: “Sound preceded sight. Smell preceded sound in the form of an overwhelming scent resembling a musky, human corral. The air was suddenly torn apart by a series of screams. treble followed by a rhythmic rondo “. of sharp pok-pok blows to the chest of a large silver-backed male … I was immediately struck by the physical magnificence of the enormous jet-black bodies mixed against the green palette of the thick forest foliage. ” from San Francisco, CA, died in the late 1980s, but the fruits of her efforts continue to flourish in the Gorilla Kingdom in the 21st century.Today, Ms. Fossey is a national hero in Rwanda and Africa.

A sanctuary of unspoiled beauty

The Volcanoes National Park is one of the most beautiful places on the face of the Earth. The jewel of Rwanda, the country’s oldest national park, in the Virunga Mountains of northwestern Rwanda is a haven for mountain gorillas, an endangered species. This wildlife sanctuary offers the opportunity to see mountain gorillas in all their splendor and grace, the scenery is fascinating and the jungle is full of surprises. The Volcanoes Park was the place where Digit, the most famous mountain gorilla in the world, lived.

Rwanda National Museum

In addition to its nature reserves and wildlife refuges, Rwanda has other wonders: museums, palaces and cultural centers. One of them is the National Museum of Rwanda, which contains many treasures from the ancient cultures of the country. Since then, there is also a complete collection of native objects. In addition to its memorabilia exhibits, the National Museum offers extensive information on Rwandan history. Finally, it is considered one of the most important historical landmarks of the nation.

Nyanza Royal Palace

One of the main tourist attractions in Rwanda and a must-see for all visitors is the Nyanza Royal Palace, a gem in both architecture and interior decoration. It is a reproduction of the former royal residence, which was the home of the Rwandan monarchy. Much of the structure has an African and French inspired design. These picturesque features make it a unique building in the nation. Here you will find all the elegance of one of the last monarchies on the African continent. This monarchy was one of the oldest and most isolated kingdoms on the continent. Under this atmosphere, you can feel that you have stepped back many centuries into the allure of a golden age. In fact, a visit to the Nyanza Royal Palace is definitely recommended.

The land of pleasant surprises

Akagera National Park has much to offer the nature lover, wildlife journalist, and tourist. A unique variety of fascinating wild mammals live there, from gazelles and impalas to zebras and giraffes. Visiting it is an unforgettable experience. Its dense vegetation is also home to exotic birds. Today, the national park covers more than 2,500 square kilometers.

Nyungwe Forest National Park

The Nyungwe Forest National Park is one of the most interesting because in an area of 1000 square kilometers you can see wild animals in their natural environment, including chimpanzees, monkeys, Angolan colobus and olive baboons. It will be a long journey to remember. For its unique natural beauty (there are 100 species of orchids), this natural sanctuary rivals the most beautiful national parks in the world. Meanwhile, it is also one of the richest national parks in the world in terms of birdlife (300 different types of birds!).

Other attractions in Rwanda

Many foreign visitors flock to Lake Kivu, one of the highest navigable lakes in Africa, to enjoy the mild climate and incredible scenery. Since then, a great thing to buy is a packet of “Maraba coffee.” Like Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia, Rwanda is also famous for its excellent coffee. The land the size of New Hampshire has relied on coffee as its main source of income.

Do you have cravings? Consider the Yin and Yang of your food

It’s 10 in the morning, you’re at work and you’re bored. The bagel you had for breakfast earlier wasn’t that satisfying, and the woman in the bucket next to yours has a bowl of Hershey kisses on her desk. You walk past the chocolates a couple of times and eventually you go ahead and have a few. At lunch, you grab a deli sandwich that comes with a bag of potato chips and a brownie, and eat your lunch while answering emails. A few hours later, you start to fall asleep at your desk. You’re craving candy, and a trip to the vending machine for a Snickers bar helps you stay awake and finish your day. By the time you get through the afternoon rush hour and come home, you’re feeling “road rage” and want something to eat NOW. So you pour yourself a bowl of cereal and head to the couch to catch your favorite TV show.

If you can relate to this scenario, you are not alone. Most Americans live their lives this way: They move from one wish to another, feeling completely out of control with what they eat. However, there is an easy way to control your cravings. There is a way of eating in which you are in charge of choosing your food, instead of feeling that the food chooses you!

People often feel bad about their cravings. They see them as a sign of weakness or they think their bodies are “out of control.” Why else would you give in to a bag of chocolate chip cookies, when you could resist them all week?

In fact, your body is very smart. You always know exactly what to do. For example, your heart never misses a beat. Your lungs expand and contract as needed. When you’re hot, you sweat, and when you’re cold, you shiver. Your body knows what to do and when to do it.

Likewise, if your body craves a certain food, there is probably a reason for it! Your desire is a sign of an underlying imbalance. It is a solution, not a problem. It’s your body’s way of telling you that it needs something. Your job, then, is to be something of a “food detective” – figure out what the craving is really about.

There are many reasons why your body might need something and give you a craving. A perspective on food cravings uses the concepts of “yin” and “yang.” Yin and yang simply refer to “complementary but opposite forces.” We see examples of yin and yang all the time in our daily life: down and up, in and out, black and white, female and male, hot and cold, night and day. Things in life that are opposite but complement each other.

Yin and yang can also be applied to food. In this application, “yin” refers to foods that create feelings of lightness, happiness, and short-term satisfaction. Yin foods cause an elevation of the neurotransmitter serotonin in the brain, which generates a feeling of well-being, followed by a sharp decline and feelings of weakness and emptiness. The predominant component of yin foods is white sugar. Other yin foods include white flour, white rice, alcohol, juice, caffeine, fats, and oils.

At the other end of the spectrum are yang foods. Yang foods create feelings of short-term strength and increased physical and mental power. They include salt and protein-rich animal foods such as red meat, eggs, and cheese. Yang foods cause an elevation in the neurotransmitter dopamine, making one feel very alert and aggressive, followed by feelings of sluggishness and bloating.

Your body always tries to maintain balance. If you eat a lot of yin, you will look for yang. If you eat a lot of yang, you will look for yin. For example, after eating a meal rich in extreme yang foods like a steak, baked potato with sour cream, and buttered veggies, you may feel heavy and blocked. You can look for something that helps you feel light and unblocked, like a sweet dessert and coffee.

The key, then, to lessen food cravings, is to eat foods that are neither extremely yin nor extremely yang. Imagine there is a food continuum between extreme yin and extreme yang. Foods in the middle of the yin-yang continuum include vegetables, grains, nuts, and legumes. Fruit is also near the middle, albeit slightly yin, while fish and poultry are slightly yang.

By the way, the concepts of yin and yang can be used to describe your day or your mood. If someone is being very yin, they are resting, relaxing, daydreaming, and taking a nap. An example of being yang is when someone gets mad at the person who just passed them in traffic. Yin and yang can explain why after a day of watching TV (yin), you may not feel like speaking in front of a group (yang), and why at the end of a long and difficult day at work (yang), you may be longing for a drink (yin)!

If you experience cravings throughout the day, consider what you are eating and where those foods fall on the yin-yang continuum. The Standard American Diet (SAD) is dominated by extreme yin and yang extreme foods, such as sugar, white flour, salt, and red meat. We learn to eat this way at a young age and it becomes commonplace. Eating these types of foods can cause you to have food cravings later, without you even realizing it! Also consider what experiences you have during the day and how those experiences can make you feel “yin” or “yang,” leading you to crave certain foods. If you pay attention carefully and eat food mainly in the middle of the yin-yang continuum, you CAN control your cravings once and for all!

Mobile Home Gas Removal: 5 Ways To Reduce Chemical Gas Removal In Your Mobile Home

Mobile homes are often considered an economically effective housing solution.
