Do you want to earn a lot of money on the Internet?

Anyone who wants to make a lot of money online should study the business strategies of Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook), Steve Case (AOL), Jeff Bezos (Amazon), Reed Hastings (Netflix), Jerry Yang (Yahoo!), Pierre Omidyar (eBay) and a host of other internet billionaires and billionaires. They have strategies that, when replicated, could make one big money online.

What are they?

Mainly they can be grouped into seven categories:

1. Recognize a trend and take advantage of it

2. Start the business from the bottom up

3. Work without pay

4. Be innovative

5. Have a solid mission

6. Offering free services

7. Reinvest the income in business.

Now, let’s see the strategies:

Recognize a trend and take advantage of it

Internet millionaires and billionaires didn’t just get rich. They were prepared for it. This preparation allowed them to seize the opportunity when it occurred.

When these guys started their businesses, the internet was just a fad. But recognizing its potential, they set out to harness it, and their foresight paid off.

If you want to make money online too, you need to keep an eye out for trends; then accept the change and use it to your advantage. This is what distinguishes successful entrepreneurs from their average counterparts.

But know that there are no shortcuts to business success. What it takes is hard work and the right positioning. This way, if opportunity knocks on the door, you can meet it and take advantage of it.

Starting the business from the bottom up

We all know that wealthy Internet entrepreneurs like Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, and Larry Page didn’t start out rich or make money online overnight. They started small, from the bottom and made their way. You are allowed to dream big, but if you don’t have the means and don’t start where you are, you will never get anywhere.

Remember: Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Page, Jerry Yang, David Filo, Sergey Brin, etc. they started their Internet businesses from the dormitories of their schools. Jeff Bezos even started Amazon from his garage.

Now, is it the idea that worked for you? No, says Mark Cuban. According to him, if they were ideas everyone would get rich since everyone has ideas. The winning streak was the task that lets you know if the idea would work in a particular industry. Then prepare to turn the idea into reality.

In other words, when these internet millionaires and billionaires came up with their ideas, they didn’t wait for a big investor to put them into practice. They started with their meager resources and continued until they made money online.

Are you ready to do the same if you had a great idea? Of course you must, if you also want to earn money from the Internet.

Working without salary

Another quality to learn and practice is the capacity for sacrifice. Mark Zuckerberg made it clear that he and his colleagues did not work for the money. What was important to them was that they had created a flow of information for people.

You should also be prepared to work for your idea for free in the initial stages of your Internet business. Like those millionaires and billionaires, don’t worry at all if you don’t get a penny. Like them, focus solely on developing your business idea and keep sacrificing for it. Success will surely come one day. This is similar to failing to gently kill the goose that lays the golden eggs.

Be innovative

Innovation is key to success in any business, perhaps even more so in Internet entrepreneurship. We said earlier that internet millionaires and billionaires were well positioned for sixteen opportunities that presented themselves. But this does not mean that they were pioneers in their niche.

Many of them were even late, but the difference was the innovation they brought to the industry. Larry Page once made it clear that his goal was innovation and he believed that mobile apps were essential.

See: before Google and Yahoo there was the search engine ask.com. Other small independent online bookstores existed before Jeff Bezos created Amazon and positioned it as the largest bookstore in the world. Facebook wasn’t the first social networking site either; MySpace was already established. Goal Mark Zuckerberg took to Facebook. Thanks to the innovative spirit of these Internet entrepreneurs, you know the rest of the stories.

So you don’t necessarily have to be first in your industry to succeed. You also don’t have to reinvent the wheel. The most important requirement for success on the Internet is that you bring innovation (improvement) to an existing idea.

Have a strong mission

Mark Zuckerberg made this clear when he said that what really mattered to him was the mission to open up the world.

The above mentioned millionaire and billionaire internet entrepreneurs and others believed that they had a mission to accomplish with their internet businesses. Not just any mission, but the one that would allow them to have a positive impact on humanity.

If you also want to give yourself that mission, at the beginning of your internet business, you must ask yourself why you want to start the business. So never lose that focus as the business grows.

Didn’t Jeff Bezos emphasize that the most important goal for him was to be obsessively customer-centric, to be the most customer-centric company in the world? This can make the difference between success and failure. This is because a business mission helps maintain focus, keeping the entrepreneur on the right track.

The business mission must also be strong. That will help you stay successful when you arrive. Perhaps this is what made the difference between MySpace and Facebook, as the latter’s stronger mission became the driving force that caused it to outshine the former. The same goes for the phenomenal success of Google. According to Larry Page, his mission was to organize the world’s information and make it useful and accessible everywhere.

Offering free services

How much did you pay to use Google search or have a Yahoo, Google or Facebook account? Any.

Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook, by allowing family and friends to stay in touch, was fulfilling a vital need. Offering the service for free made it much more attractive and accessible. Google provided vital information for free. Since people love free services, they undoubtedly flocked to these sites and the service providers reaped more and more money on the internet. Didn’t Rich Dad say that if you want to be rich, you just serve more people?

So if you want to make money online too, offer a valuable service to people for free or at least for a fee that many can afford.

Reinvest the income in the business

The seventh secret of success for Internet millionaires and billionaires was that they reinvested what they earned in their businesses. Jeff Bezos, for example, did not pay dividends for five years; Larry Page and Sergey Brin worked hard without any gratification. By reinvesting their earnings, time, and resources, these internet guys stayed engaged and expanded their business through strategic acquisitions. They certainly became millionaires and billionaires.

If you also want to get to where they are now, reinvesting in your business would be critical to business growth and expansion.

Now that you know the Seven Success Secrets of Internet Millionaires and Billionaires, why not make them your roadmap to success to reap wealth on the Internet, too?

The Baby Shower: why it’s called like that and how to have a great one

Someone you know, a friend, a friend’s child, your son or daughter is having a baby. You decide to shower them. Someone asks what they can do to help, what to bring and all the details. The baby shower is an important ritual in the pregnancy and birth process, a tradition that dates back a long time. Here’s a brief history of the baby shower and seven ways to make it the best one yet.

Why a shower? Is it because the future mother will be filled with good wishes and good will? Because they will shower her with gifts? Or is it because of the shower of happy tears that will flow during the event, one of the happiest, most solidly traditional milestones on the road to motherhood?

No one seems to know the exact history of baby showers, and much speculation centers on the fact that any theory that arises cannot be proven. Perhaps at one of the common tea parties held for the expectant mom, a rain shower was a sign of good luck and good fortune for the mom and the little one. It is true that during those snacks, made for women who in earlier times were expected to remain hidden during their pregnancy, the attendees, always women only by the way, carried umbrellas waiting for the lucky downpour to appear. Never mind. The baby shower is now a solid part of the traditional pregnancy. Here are seven tips for creating and promoting the best baby shower under the sun.

1. One thing that is known about the baby showers of yesteryear is this. Most of the gifts were handmade. There is no reason to avoid this. We are up against tradition, after all. It takes little time and less technical skill to create a simple garment, baby toy, crib mobile, nightstand decoration, or other treat that Mom will cherish as part of the happy moment before delivery.

2. If you’re not feeling creative, go online and find a site for crafters like Etsy, etc. and order a personalized gift. Include names, dates, and inside information. This could be the one gift mom and baby will keep forever.

3. Depending on how close you are to the mom-to-be, why not a real shower? This is reserved for spouses or truly close friends, but there is nothing that says I love you, I care about you, like a real shower of pampering. Shop for bath oils, candles, incense, and mom-to-be’s favorite soft music. Then give him a bath or shower, followed by a long, long body massage, just as you would with your own child during a time of transition and change for him.

4. If there is a record, like babies-r-us, check it out and get what you can handle in your pocket. Receive it or take it with you. If there is extensive travel involved, for you or for them, be sure to adhere to the size and weight limits for any gifts you get.

5. Be sure to include the other children, if any. A small token, inexpensive toy, age-appropriate item of clothing, or healthy snack to recognize and include in the event will be greatly appreciated, perhaps even more by the mother than the child.

6. Make sure you acknowledge the mother in a way that preserves her autonomy in the process. We tend to focus all our attention on the soon-to-be newborns and neglect the mother. We assume a lot: That mom lets her belly touch; that she is willing to share the sex of the baby, if she knows; who likes to listen to the advice of people, especially those who do not have children of their own! It could be the best gift of all for a baby shower to give mom the assumption of maturity. Suppose you know what you are doing and everything else will follow.

7. Finally, make sure Mom really wants a shower first. These days, with everyone working full time, chaotic schedules, other kids, busy spouses, the traditional shower may just rain down on Mom’s already hectic parade of responsibilities. The way to know if you would like a baby shower? Ask him.

Baby showers are about babies and expectant moms. They can be a great way to recognize the togetherness and community inclusion of women preparing for the birth of a child. One final note. Because all children and all mothers need to feel this inclusion, don’t forget that adoptive moms and dads need this recognition too. All of the above ideas will work equally well for parents about to adopt or in the process of adoption.

Why rendering matters to retail design

Intense competition in the retail industry drives higher levels of performance across the board, and a key driver for success in this industry is the visual appeal and functionality of retail outlets. Detailed and attractive 3D rendered images, or computer generated images (CGI), especially those created with the help of Building Information Modeling (BIM), can have a significant impact on customers, sales, and marketing. Retail design drawings that achieve stunning photorealistic views and effective 3D rendering services can help generate profits while saving costs.

To better understand the importance of rendering for the retail industry, let’s see what rendering is. In 3D graphic design, rendering is the process of adding shading, color, and lamination to a 2D or 3D wireframe to produce realistic digital images. Rendering allows the creation of images or animations that show the design features of a proposed space. Designers and clients alike benefit from rendered views. Although various techniques and software (Autodesk’s 3ds Max, VRay, SketchUp, Maya, and Mental Ray are popular) can be used to create computer-generated renderings, the goal remains the same: improve presentations, support marketing, and create views of design for analysis. Clients can understand renders better than architectural drawings, and therefore renders are generally more effective in communicating design intent. Accurate renders can effectively represent spatial limitations and possibilities and, as a result, reach a wider audience.

Using Building Information Modeling (BIM) in rendering creates greater precision in the rendered image. BIM models can specify the count for cabinet fixtures, light fixtures, countertops, legs, handles, grommets, drawer pulls, equipment supports, and other details. A great deal of detail is incorporated into a BIM model, which can be used to generate accurate and detailed rendered images, showing how various elements fit into a space in relation to each other. BIM models are especially useful for analyzing spaces in large commercial spaces, such as department stores or shopping centers. Square footage and furnishings and fixtures lists by department can be represented in display areas, with corresponding dimensions. This means that with the use of retail BIM modeling, a 3D view can be created that shows how potential objects interact. Commercial space displayed in 3D can also include paint, laminate, and wall coverings, so 3D viewing is a close representation of how real space can appear.

Rendered images are important to retail companies in a number of ways. The benefits of 3D renderings include:

  • Realistic representation of spaces.

  • Allows executives to view and approve new sites.

  • Ease and speed of creation

  • Useful for project approval and marketing

  • Language barriers are minimized

  • Renders look uncluttered and attractive compared to 2D elevations

High-quality photorealistic renders are as good as photos. The renders also provide flexibility, as elements can be quickly and easily altered. Some of the precise characteristics of the retail spaces that the renderings represent can predict the store experience. For example, a well-designed store entrance should create expectations and offer choice. High-quality renders help to achieve this. Renders can show lighting, signage, and displays. The image of the retailer can be communicated through the type of flooring and shelving used. For example, glass shelves and accessories can suggest elegance. Smart lighting can improve the way merchandise is displayed, helping to increase sales. The walls can be used to store and display messages, and the windows can be used to display the type of merchandise and to market the image of the store.

A useful application of rendered images is displaying store layouts. Customers can be shown the basic layout of a retail space through 3D visualization so that they can opt for a layout that allows a specific path for their customers. Essential design indicators for effective design include the width of the aisles, wide enough for shopping carts (if necessary), and also for people to walk without colliding. There are three basic types of retail layouts, and they can all be communicated through renders: grid layout, racetrack layout, and freeform layout.

  • The grid layout includes parallel aisles with shelf display items on both sides, often used for bakeries, display of fruits, vegetables, clothing, electrical and electronic products.

  • The design of the race track, or circuit, involves a main hallway that revolves around the retail space to guide customers on a prescribed route.

  • A free-form layout organizes shelves, fixtures, and aisles asymmetrically, and is primarily used in smaller stores, specialty stores, or sections within department stores.

Customer approvals for design can be significantly influenced by detailed and effective rendering. The representation of the commercial space can show shelves for the benefit of each client. Shelves and displays should be neat and in such a way that customers can easily locate items. Furniture details in business areas such as cash counters, shelves, storage spaces, display counters and their location are key factors influencing sales, and showing these details through rendering can be useful for customer approvals.

Another key feature of the retail space that influences sales is lighting. The location of light and rendering for lighting at different times of the day and night can influence merchandise display locations, and 3D rendering can show the differences in effect that various types of lights and their reflections can have. in the same space on the same merchandise.

Renders can also be used as planograms. Planograms are images / maps created by retailers to decide where to place merchandise for maximum profit and take into account lighting and shelving. The space must be visually appealing to increase customer purchases. These planograms can be easily created, tested, and modified in the virtual environment provided by the representation.

Approvals and decision making

Using 3D rendering services can also be helpful for obtaining executive approvals for new sites and for decision making. This is why:

Competitive advantage

When competition is fierce, a 3D visualization of a project is almost as effective as a business card, representing and translating the uniqueness of the project. Presenting work, past, ongoing, and future, is a powerful tool. High-quality rendering shows design and enhances reputation.

High quality promotional material

Promoting design intent is crucial for retail clients. Well-crafted computer-generated images can represent interiors more clearly, influencing decisions made regarding the location and dimensions of furniture, flooring, and wall finishes and coverings. Renders that promote the brand can be included in brochures, pamphlets and other promotional material.

Multiple views

Multiple views of the same space through renders can help show the big picture and support decision making.

Economic

It costs much less to create a render than physical models, and since the renderings are virtual, they can be shipped to a larger customer base.

Easy changes

Customers change their minds frequently and rendered images can be quickly edited to suit customer requirements. 3D renderings can be sent to the customer for approvals and quick changes.

Focus on the main USPs

Renderings show accurate and realistic renderings and can simultaneously highlight merchandise’s unique key selling points.

With a number of benefits, photorealistic 3D rendered images can be a valuable asset to retail success. Using BIM to create detailed rendered views of the retail space with wall, lighting, furniture, shelving, and layout options provides an additional advantage in obtaining approvals and in the sales and marketing fields. Changes are easy to execute and multiple views can be generated to enable more informed decision making. Rendering, therefore, is of prime importance in the retail industry.

Apple to Apple – New Car Comparison

To do a new car comparison, it is important to compare apples to apples. In other words, it would be unwise to compare SUVs to compact cars. Any new car comparison should take similar classes of cars and see how they stack up against each other.

Let’s take the coupe market first and compare the Volkswagen Golf, Dodge Caliber, Kia Soul Exclaim, and Mazda 3S Sport. These cars are priced between $ 17,000 and $ 19,000. One difference is that the Golf has a 2.5-liter engine while the 3S Sport has only a 2-liter engine. The Exclaim Soul and Sport have significantly less displacement than the Golf or Caliber. And, if safety is a consideration, the Kia doesn’t have front side airbags, but the other 3 do.

There are also similarities and differences at the other end of the spectrum. Two very similar cars are the Rolls Royce Ghost and the Mercedes Benz S-Class. But the prices of the two cars are not very similar. The Ghost starts at $ 245,000 while the S-Class starts at $ 133,000.

Let’s now take a look at four vehicles in the SUV market: the Kia Sportage, Suzuki Sportback, Nissan Rogue, and Mitsubishi Outlander. These SUVs range from $ 19,000 to $ 22,000. Part of the difference can be seen in the horsepower of each vehicle. For example, the Sportage has just 140 horsepower, while the Rogue has 170. Another difference is highway miles per gallon with the Sportage coming last at 25 mpg while the Sportback leads the group at 30.

When doing a new car comparison, be sure to compare apples to apples. A Mini Cooper is not in the same class as a minivan and should not be treated as such.

How to win an overtime lawsuit

Unpaid overtime cases arise under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), the federal law that generally provides for time and a half overtime pay.

To win an unpaid overtime case, you must prove three (3) basic elements by preponderance of the evidence:

(1) who was employed by the defendant during the time involved;

(2) that their work was engaged in the trade or production of goods for the defendant’s trade or business or businesses under unified operation or common control employed at least two people and was engaged in the trade or production of goods for the defendant trade and had an annual gross sales of at least $ 500,000; and

(3) that the defendant did not pay the overtime required by law.

Engaged in trade

The term “commerce” has a very broad meaning and includes any commerce, transportation, transmission, or communication between any state and anywhere outside the state.

Examples of employees who are “involved in commerce” under the Fair Labor Standards Act include anyone who uses a telephone, fax machine, US mail, or computer email system to communicate with people in another state. . In addition, it also includes employees who use electronic devices that authorize credit card purchases. As you can see, the definition is very broad and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Calculation of the overtime rate

The Fair Labor Standards Act generally requires an employer to pay its employees at a rate of at least one and a half of their regular rate for time worked in a workweek of more than forty hours. This is commonly known as time and a half pay for overtime work.

An employee’s “regular rate” during a particular week is the basis for calculating overtime pay due for that week. The regular rate for a week is determined by dividing the first 40 hours worked by the total salary paid for those 40 hours. The overtime rate, then, would be one and a half of that rate and would be due for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked during the workweek.

Exemptions under FLSA

Most employers justify not paying overtime by claiming an “exemption.” Probably the most common exemptions are executive and administrative exemptions, but there are many more.

To receive the benefit of a executive exemption, the defendant must prove that his primary duty was to manage the business or business department. For example, a CEO would likely be exempt under the FLSA, if he directed the work of at least two or more employees and had the authority to hire or fire other employees, or his suggestions and recommendations regarding hiring, firing, the ascent. , promotions or any other change of status of other employees received a special weight.

To receive the benefit of a administrative exemption, the defendant must prove that your primary duty was the performance of a job directly related to the management or general business operation of your employer and that you exercised discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of importance. An office manager may qualify for the administrative exemption.

When determining whether or not you are an exempt employee, it is important to remember that it is the work you actually performed that matters, not your written job description. In other words, if your job description indicates that you are a manager, but your primary duty is that of a receptionist, chances are you are not exempt and you are owed overtime. As you can imagine, these types of cases are highly fact-dependent and vary from case to case.

Damages

The measure of damages or money under the FLSA is the difference between what should have been paid to you under the law and the amount that was actually paid to you. This is called a back pay. Damages are not allowed as punishment and cannot be imposed or increased to penalize your employer.

Finally, if you are successful in winning your case under the FLSA, you may be entitled to damages (double late payment) and reasonable attorneys’ fees.

How to stop losing patience with your kids and have better anger management as a parent

As a parent, you may face everyday situations where you feel frustrated with your child. While these challenges may be more common with your teenager, they can also occur with your own adult child who may or may not have children of his own. How can you ensure that such situations do not cause you to scream and lose your temper?

The first step is to manage your expectations during the meeting with your child. Almost everyone has expectations of what they want for themselves and those around them. This includes parents who have expectations of their children or children of their parents or friends of their friends. A few years ago, a friend of mine was upset that his son had refused to invite him to his grandson’s birthday party. Her first instinct was to call him and scold him on the phone, but she decided to say nothing and carry on like it was no big deal. He told me that he had high blood pressure and that losing his temper and getting angry would increase his chances of having a stroke or heart attack. How would you have reacted in a similar situation?

Sometimes the best reaction when dealing with conflicts and disagreements is to simply say nothing, even when you have a lot to say. This is part of what I call strategic engagement. You need to remember that while expectations are good to have, they can also cause stress or unhappiness if not handled properly. You can end up unloading the resulting stress on yourself and others.
It’s important not to let your expectations get out of hand when it comes to negative interactions. You need to be careful when dealing with your children, because their perspective or point of view may be completely different from yours. Another approach to the idea of managing expectations when dealing with others may be to lower them and make them more realistic. By turning your expectations into achievable goals, you can help avoid conflict. This can generate friction and criticism.

If you’re not careful, how you handle criticism and misunderstandings in the family can lead to yelling. To reduce this, you must learn not to accept personal criticism. Daily criticism is some of the most difficult obstacles you have to overcome every day because it hurts your feelings and causes significant emotional doubts and upheavals that disrupt your sense of self and stress you out. Refuse to take every criticism or disagreement with others as a personal attack on your integrity, productivity, or reliability. Remember that criticism simply reflects someone else’s perspective and your own ego protection.

Sometimes when dealing with your children, you may run into the problem that everything is great or everything is terrible. The key to staying happy or unflappable during such interactions is to remember that you cannot control how others will behave towards you, but you can control how you would react to their behavior. One way to do this is to lower your expectations when dealing with others. Don’t expect a negative person to have a positive attitude or a grumpy person to be friendly and welcoming to you. This is true even if that person is your child.

You can improve anger management during your interactions with your children and others by making moment-by-moment adjustments. Once you learn to do this consistently, you will feel less stressed and happy, even during the most challenging interactions with your children and others. This is part of the self-control process. Remember that the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. I hope these few tips that I have shared with you will help you on your own journey of self-mastery, personal transformation, optimal health, and consistent success.

How to improve the ratio between kills and deaths in Modern Warfare 2

In March 2010, the Modern Warfare 2 online community eclipsed the 25 million unique visitor mark (across all platforms). People all over the world spend countless hours online; some enjoy objective-based games like Headquarters or Capture the Flag, where there is a final “objective”, while others play games based on deathmatches in which they try to achieve the highest number of kills for death rate. (“K / D”). The goal of this article is to help the latter group improve their K / D.

A player’s K / D is simply the number of kills he increased divided by the number of times he died. For example, if a player had a round of 20 kills and 10 kills, they would have a K / D of 2.0. Put another way, on average this player would get 2 kills before dying 1 time. While it is not a hard and fast rule, a player is considered “acceptable” if he has a K / D greater than 1.0. This means that you are having an overall positive impact on your team – you are contributing more deaths than deaths. Anything less than a K / D means you are having an overall negative impact on your team. “Good” players generally have a K / D ratio of 1.5, “Really good” over 2.0, “Great” over 2.5, “Awesome” over 3.0 and “Superstars” are 3.5+ Obviously these are not hard and fast rules, but you will find that most people agree with something close to these numbers (some people have K / D much higher than this; however, don’t believe that some of the people at the top of the leaderboards with K / D of 25.0 or more they are simply hacking the database and entering bogus K / D numbers).

Having a K / D of less than 1.0 can be a frustrating experience for a number of reasons. First, you are spending more time being killed than killing. This in itself is very annoying. Second, other players see you more as a drag than a contributing team member, and you often find them ridiculous. Lastly, it is very difficult to join a clan when you have a low K / D. On the flip side, there are numerous benefits to having a high K / D. These include bragging rights, clan invites, and an overall more positive experience (you spend more time playing than rebuilding). So how can you improve your K / D? Let’s look at some key factors that are critical to your success in Modern Warfare 2.

The most important factor in achieving a higher K / D is matching your class development with your play style. If you play a speed game, make sure you have a class that allows you to shoot and move fast. This means equipping a submachine gun as your primary weapon and using perks that increase your speed (marathon or light weight). If you are a camper, precision and stealth are imperative. Equip a sniper rifle or light machine gun and adapt your perks to avoid detection (silencer, ninja, cold blooded, etc.). If you play a hybrid style game, you will want to find a good compromise between a sprint style and a camp. To achieve this, use an assault rifle as your primary weapon. This allows you to attack from a variety of distances. To get benefits, you also want to find a balance between speed and power. The advantages are much more at the discretion of the player when using a hybrid class than a sprinter or camper. You really can’t go wrong, however stopping power is a must given that many assault rifles are very underpowered.

It is also imperative that you find out what type of player you are, not what type of construction you use now, but what really suits your strengths. For whatever reason, most players are drawn to sniper classes when they start out. However, mastering the sniper is very difficult. Unless you are a master marksman, you will have a hard time excelling as a sniper. Most new players would do well to start out as a hybrid and learn the mechanics of the game before specializing in a sprint or caravan class. Do not try to force yourself into a style of play that you are not comfortable with. The more you play, the faster you will realize where your strengths and weaknesses lie. Focus on your strengths and adapt your designs to complement your style. This will dramatically improve your K / D.

Another critical factor in increasing your K / D is to remember that Modern Warfare 2 is a TEAM game (not counting free-for-all games, of course). Try not to stray too far from your teammates, or at least always be aware of where they are. Don’t rush into a group of 3 backless enemies. It’s always easier to avoid getting killed if you’re in a group and have teammates to get away from the fire. While your teammates are shooting, this is an excellent opportunity to target your enemy.

Lastly, memorize the layouts for each map. As you play Modern Warfare 2 more, you will begin to realize that certain parts of certain maps tend to generate more action than others and players often follow common routes to find the action. You can use this enormously to your advantage. Find a well-covered area and take out players as they follow these common routes to action. Equipping a silencer will allow you to go unnoticed (at least for a while) while eliminating your enemies. Also, avoid wandering through these high-traffic areas on your own; it will be an unaided target practice.

While these tips will help your K / D dramatically, the only way to GUARANTEE an improved K / D is to practice, practice, and practice. Understanding proteins and their importance

The word “Protein” comes from the Greek work “Protos” which means “Of primary importance”. Protein is the main component of the human body, if you were to compare your body to a building, protein would be the raw material. Like fats and carbohydrates, proteins are made up of oxygen, hydrogen, and carbon. The real difference between protein and the other two macronutrients is the presence of nitrogen. Scientists use nitrogen tests to compare the body’s use of protein by comparing the amount of nitrogen consumed with the amount excreted through urine, feces, and sweat.

Your body is a very complex machine that constantly changes, evolves and adapts to the circumstances you go through. In fact, physicists have shown that your body changes or replaces 98% of its atoms in 1 year, that means that molecularly speaking, you are not the same person you were a year ago, you might feel that you have not. t has changed, but your cells, tissues, and organs are made up of entirely new atoms.

Protein plays a crucial role in these processes, as it is what your body uses to replace the damaged or dead cells it contains. Where does all that protein come from? The answer is from the food you eat, hence the saying “You are what you eat”, and that is not an exaggeration either.

The smallest protein units are called amino acids; They are the “building blocks” that make up the protein building blocks.

Proteins are made up of multiple amino acids linked together. There are 20 essential amino acids necessary for the human body to grow. From these 20 basic amino acids, tens of thousands of different protein building blocks can be formed. Just like bricks are used to create different building structures (walls, roads, chimneys, ovens, etc.), amino acids are used to create proteins designed for different purposes within the human body.

Amino acids can be broken down into essential and non-essential amino acids. The human body is capable of manufacturing 11 of the 20 amino acids; These are called “Non-essential”. The remaining 9 amino acids are called “essential”, since the body needs to receive them through food.

The list of “essential” and “non-essential” amino acids includes:

Essential amino acids (essential):

Histidine

Isoleucine

Leucine

Valine

Lysine

Methionine

Phenylalanine

Threonine

Tryptophan

Non-essential (expendable) amino acids:

To the girl

Arginine

Asparagine

Aspartic acid

Cysteine

Glutamic acid

Glutamine

Wisteria

Proline

Serine

Tyrosine

When you eat food, the body uses the amino acids they contain to manufacture the proteins necessary for its different metabolic processes, when one or more of the non-essential amino acids are missing, however, the body has to manufacture them within the liver.

To prevent the body from breaking down its own protein, you must provide it with food that contains all 20 amino acids. These food sources are called “complete proteins.” Most of these proteins come from animal sources, such as meat, milk, and eggs.

Vegetables, legumes and cereals are considered “incomplete proteins” because they are missing or have more amino acids. For example, beans are very high in protein, but they lack the essential amino acid methionine. One way to overcome this is by combining “incomplete protein” sources with each other to make one “complete protein” source. Rice and Beans is an excellent example of this.

Proteins cannot be stored for later use, unlike carbohydrates. This makes consuming at least one complete protein source with each meal of the utmost importance to avoid a negative nitrogen balance or breakdown of muscle tissue.

As with the other two macronutrients, there are better sources of protein than others. A basic guideline to follow is to make your protein source as lean as possible.

Sources include:

o Chicken breasts

o Turkey breasts

o Lean cuts of red meat

or eggs

o Low-fat / fat-free dairy products such as milk, yogurt, or cheese

o Fish and other seafood.

All of these sources will provide you with all the essential amino acids your body requires without the saturated fat associated with other animal protein sources.

As for combining “incomplete proteins” to make “complete proteins”, there are some simple guidelines to follow:

o Combine Vegetables with Grains

o Combine nuts with cereals or vegetables

o Combine any animal protein with any incomplete protein

The question of how much protein a person who wants to gain muscle should take is a subject of much debate. Some believe that a high protein / low carbohydrate diet with more than 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight is the way to go, others argue instead that much less protein is needed and that 50-60 grams per day is enough. everything a healthy human adult needs.

However, for the purpose of gaining muscle mass, the most accepted guideline for active men is to ingest at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.

A better approach to calculate total protein intake is to use macronutrient ratios. This means that you determine your total daily caloric needs and divide the calories from the three main macronutrients into percentages.

So for example a 190 pound man needs 3000 calories to maintain his weight, he wants to add muscle mass so he eats an additional 500 calories, this brings the total to 3500 calories per day. Of those 3,500 calories, 30% will come from protein, 50% from carbohydrates, and 20% from healthy fats.

Protein and carbohydrates contain 4 calories per gram and fat contains 9 calories per gram. So if we do the math, we get:

3500×0.3 = 1050-1050 calories from protein

3500×0.5 = 1750-1750 carbohydrate calories

3500×0.2 = 700 – 700 calories from healthy fats

1050 + 1750 + 700 = 3500 – Grand total of 3500 calories per day

If you want to know how many grams of each macronutrient you need per day, simply divide your total calories from protein or carbohydrates by 4 or fat by 9.

1050/4 = 265.5 – 265.5 grams of protein

1750/4 = 435.5 – 435.5 grams of carbohydrates

700/0 = 77.7 – 77.7 grams of fat

By using these simple formulas, we not only know how many calories you need from each macronutrient, but also the number of grams.

To summarize the article, I would like to summarize the following points:

o Proteins are the essential building materials used to rebuild all tissues in the human body.

o The building blocks of proteins necessary for human growth are made up of 20 amino acids, which can be arranged in tens of thousands of ways to produce the proteins needed in the body.

o Animal protein sources are an excellent example of “complete proteins” that contain all 20 amino acids.

o Vegetables, legumes, and nuts are all “incomplete proteins” because they lack one or more essential amino acids.

o It is essential to provide the body with complete protein sources to avoid a negative nitrogen balance and the breakdown of muscle tissue.

o The most widely accepted guideline for recommended daily protein intake is 1 gram per 1 pound of body weight for men.

I hope that by reading this article you will gain the basic knowledge about what protein is and why it plays such an important role in your body.

With this in mind, always remember to train heavy, eat big, and rest to grow.

Investment Banking Director Liability, Wall Street Crash and Human Resources

When Elliot Spitzer put his sites on AIG’s Hank Greenberg a few years ago, he was trying to punish the company for working within the industry to get bankrupt insurance companies to specialize in the regions they knew and understood best. The former attorney general and eventually governor called for antitrust violations and forced Hank Greenberg to leave the company.

AIG then hired a new team, that team made very bad decisions and secured deals for investment banks and became a facilitator for much of the manipulation. One HR consultant said it best when he wrote an article for Human Resource Executive Online asking if there are “HR lessons from investment banking.” Keep saying:

Remarkably insensitive and inept management, combined with huge rewards for success and incentives to hide failure, are some of the typical attitudes exhibited by financial institutions, many of which have been failing. HR leaders must understand the dynamics of such crises to avoid that fate in their own organizations. ”

One can only wonder that if hiring managers do their best and are not overwhelmed by executives who hire their friends, if in the future those who lack integrity will never be hired in the first place. In fact, I guarantee that Hank Greenberg, who made AIG the giant it is today, would never have allowed the company to endorse such weak deals. But with the departure of Hank Greenberg and the entry of new executives, no one should be surprised by the end result.
