Preschool soccer drills that develop foundational skills

One of your jobs as a youth soccer coach is to come up with some preschool soccer drills that will teach your players some fundamental skills. These are the skills that you will develop throughout the season. Regardless of how far your children go in the game of soccer, it is their understanding of the fundamentals that will determine the amount of success they enjoy.

These are just a few examples of the types of preschool soccer drills that you can use in your youth soccer practices.

Sharks and fish

This soccer drill teaches young players not only how to move with the ball, but it also gives them great practice in keeping the ball under control.

Start this game by choosing one of your players to be the shark. All the other players are the fish. Have the fish line up on one side of the play area with their balls and let the shark roam freely within the field (without a ball).

When you blow your whistle, have all the fish try to move from one side of the field to the other with your ball. The shark will try to steal or hit the ball away from the fish as they swim past. When all the players have crossed the field or lost the ball, the round ends. All the players who lost their balls become sharks for the next round.

The game continues until all the fish turn into sharks. The winner is the last player to maintain control of his ball. The winner becomes the shark of the next game.

Steal the bacon

Steal the Bacon is a classic game that teaches aggressive play and winning fumbles.

Divide your team into two groups. To get the most out of this exercise, the two groups should be matched equally. Assign a different number for the players in each group. Again, try to match the skills of the players with the person in the other group. For example, player n. 1 in group A and player no. 1 in group B must be players with similar abilities.

Have the two groups line up next to each other on opposite sides of the field. The drill will begin by throwing the ball into the middle of the field and calling out a number. Players whose number is called will run to the ball and try to win it. Once they get possession, they will dribble across the field and attempt to throw the ball into goal.

The player who cannot win the ball initially becomes a defender and tries to prevent the ball handler from scoring. If they can steal the ball, they must dribble towards their own goal and score. The round continues until one player scores. If neither team can score, you can call a second number and two more players will join their teammates to help.

As the game progresses, you can start the round by calling more than one number, so you will have multiple people from each team participating in the drill.

Preschool soccer drills are a great way to let your players have fun, while at the same time developing their foundational skills.

Recreation in the Enoree District of the Sumter National Forest

The Sumter National Forest in South Carolina offers many opportunities for recreational activities. The Enoree District covers a large area in the central part of the state, including sections of Newberry, Laurens, Union, Chester, and Fairfield counties. Activities that visitors can enjoy include hiking, boating, fishing, hunting, picnics, and camping.

A 36-mile section of South Carolina’s Palmetto Trail passes through the Enoree District. The Palmetto Trail will eventually stretch from the mountains in the northern part of the state to the coast. The trail crosses the Enoree River and several streams. It also passes the scenic Sedalia, Macedonia, and Johns Creek Lakes, which are great fishing spots. Another popular trail is the Jew’s Harp Spring Hiking Trail in Union County. The spring once provided water for a 19th century plantation, Orange Hall, now in ruins. The trailhead is at Collins Creek Seasonal Camp. The spring water is not safe to drink.

Buncombe Horse Trail is located in Newberry County. This 31-mile trail winds through hills and valleys, past points of interest such as plantations and ancient cemeteries. Hikers and mountain bikers are also welcome on the trail, which is open year-round. The area offers an excellent opportunity to view wildlife. There is a usage fee of $ 3 per day.

The Enoree Forest District offers a challenging off-road vehicle (OHV) trail for ATVs and dirt bikes. The maximum width of the vehicle is 50 inches. There are 23 miles of trails, but interconnecting loop sections allow cyclists to choose the length of their ride. The OHV route is open from the last Thursday of March of each year until January 1 of the following year. The trail is accessed near the town of Whitmire. There is a daily use fee of $ 5 per OHV.

There are several popular fishing areas in the Sumter National Forest. The National Forest Service maintains four boat ramps on the Broad River. The River Enoree and River Tyger are suitable for canoes and flat-bottomed boats. Lake Sedalia, Lake Johns Creek, and Lake Pittman are good places to fish. Molly’s Rock Picnic Area also has a small pond full of fish. There is a fishing pier, as well as a nature trail and restrooms.

Hunting is allowed in the national forest in season. The abundant wildlife makes this one of the best hunting areas in the state. Target shooting is available from the Fair Forest Rifle Range, Indian Creek Rifle Range, and Philson Crossroads Rifle Range. Collins Creek, Rocky Branch, and Herbert Seasonal Camps are open during hunting season. Sedalia Campground, Brick House Campground, and Woods Ferry Recreation Area are open for camping throughout the year.

The best NES accessories that failed big time

When it comes to Nintendo video game consoles, the most popular would have to be the original NES. Officially called the Nintendo Entertainment System, it was considered the best when it comes to 16-bit video games in the 1980s and early 1990s. Back then, if you own a Nintendo, kids would flock to your house to trade games. with you. But like I said, that was a long time ago. My original NES is safely stored in my cabinet, along with its many accessories. Oh yeah, the NES had a lot of accessories too, as did Nintendo’s Wii, Sony’s Playstation 3, and Microsoft’s Xbox 360. And let me also tell you that the NES probably has the most accessories ever made for a single video game console. . Unfortunately, there are only a few accessories that I consider successful, such as the NES Max and NES Advantage controllers. The others are obvious failures.

So since I’m feeling nostalgic, let’s take a look at the best NES accessories that failed. Big moment.

1. The glove of power

Surprisingly, Nintendo didn’t actually make the Power Glove. It was designed and manufactured by Grant Goddard and Cooper Davis and Mattel brought it to life. It resembles a glove with a mini NES controller on the wrist. Supposedly, the Power Glove allows you to grab objects or move the cursor on the screen. Only two games were released for this accessory, Super Glove Ball and Bad Street Brawler. Out of curiosity (and the TV commercial looked amazing!), I actually saved all my lunch money to buy the Power Glove. The only game I got was the Super Glove Ball; It’s basically just a game that allows me to use the Power Glove to catch and throw balls on the game screen. Regardless, the glove doesn’t work all the time and has been considered the worst Nintendo console accessory in history.

2. The Roll & Rocker

If you look at LJN’s Roll & Rocker, it’s the predecessor to Wii Fit. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work the way it does with the Wii. I personally haven’t had one since my parents, although it was ridiculous. Also, they couldn’t bear to have their only daughter playing video games instead of Barbie dolls! Regardless, I’ve seen a friend wear this on a Saturday night and boy was she disappointed. The thing does not work at all. Although I am not surprised; The LJNs have had a reputation for making bad games, so I’m not surprised by Roll & Rocker’s performance.

3. The Konami laser sight

The Konami laser sight is what my brothers hated the most. Hated because it destroyed his childhood dreams of experiencing what it feels like to be a fighter jet pilot. Well, the Laser Scope looks like a kind of pilot’s helmet, so you probably want to wear it while playing fighter jet games. The only bad thing is the way he shoots; you literally say (or yell) “FIRE!” which is really annoying, especially if you are trying to play your NES at night. Imagine a Sunday night where you are stealthily playing with your laser sight and yelling “Fire!” A surefire way to get in trouble with your parents!

4. The Light Zapper

Hope for? The Light Zapper? How did this get on the list? Well, you would be surprised to know that I have five Light Zappers in my cabinet and all of them used to work for a few days or months only until I literally gave up when the fifth broke. The Light Zapper uses a light system that freezes your TV screen to black with a white lens. When light reflects off the Zapper, it connects to the target on the screen. But this comes out completely random; which means that you could lose your target even if you aim the Zapper close to the target. However, I’m not sure if it has something to do with the model of the TV.

Not investigating

However, you may be interested to know that the inclusion of contemporary knobs, hinges, handles, and other pull-out options will enhance the appearance of your kitchen doors and make it easier to operate. Oil finished brass knobs and brushed satin nickel are some of the most popular choices among the styles available for knobs on the market. Upgrading your door hardware and mixing it with your other drawer knobs can instantly enhance the shine of your kitchen.

Not choosing a closet door complements your kitchen décor.

You can always experiment with door styles and choose any of the available options, but make sure it complements all your kitchen decor. Let’s face the fact. Overdoing anything, especially when it comes to kitchen doors, is not considered the right decision. Keep the design and color minimal to attract most of the attention. The color of the backsplashes along with the design of the kitchen countertops should complement the cabinet doors you choose.

Focus on design, not functionality

Go to DIY installation

People often make the big mistake of relying too much on this matter and opting for DIY installation, discarding the need for professionals at home. In addition, the necessary equipment and tools are also required to give a professional touch to the kitchen door installation. A small measurement error is enough to jeopardize your investment, time and effort.

Make money schemes online

You’ve seen the headlines that say, “Make money while you sleep” or “Make money with your pajamas on the kitchen table.” They often promise overnight success and a lifestyle filled with expensive sports cars, fabulous homes in exotic locations, and even yacht photos.

Let’s make sure of one thing while we investigate the issues. Not all “money making schemes” are “money making scams”. Obviously, there are many thousands of companies and millions of people from all walks of life who in some way depend on the Internet to make money. The eBay, Amazon, and Google of the online world are compelling proof of the possibilities and testimony to the facts.

Yes, it is true that some of us may be lucky enough to work virtually anywhere in the world and use the Internet and the World Wide Web to earn money. And yes, it is true that you do not necessarily have to be a computer expert, or even have a website to generate income online.

At the time of writing this article, we can also recognize that when the economy takes a turn for the worse, almost anyone looking for a job or a way to improve their lot in life will at least consider the various options for how to make money online. This article, however, focuses on the somewhat dubious area of online business known as the niche of making money online. We will also consider the persistent questions of: at whose expense, at what cost, and what is the true measure of success?

Scammers of yesterday, today and tomorrow

History has shown that there have always been scammers and hapless victims. They are the masters of deception and most of the time we are their suspects, prospects, and willing customers. It is part of human nature to want to get something for nothing, win the lottery, inherit a fortune, or benefit from some other form of financial windfall.

This, then, is fertile ground for the trust game. These scams are also known as bunko, scam, flim flam, gaffle, grift, hustle, scam, plan, and hoax. They are very successful attempts to defraud someone by earning their trust. Victims in the trade are known as the mark. The cheater is the con man or con man, and accomplices are known as accomplices. In the same way, Internet gurus exploit the human characteristics of despair, fear, and greed to victimize people from all walks of life.

It would appear that both perpetrators and victims are still enjoying a good scam. The con man (or woman) of the day is cut from the same cloth as the snake oil salesman of old. There have always been scams, and there probably always will be. The rules of the game are almost always the same, it’s just that the players and the modus operandi change from time to time. Not only do we tolerate being scammed, scammers are sometimes held in high regard and often advertised as experts.

Today, these launchers are also known as the “Internet gurus”. These self-styled street vendors have an iron grip on the newest elements of e-commerce. However, they are by no means limited to pages indexed by a search engine. They often combine the tried and true techniques of direct mail, email marketing, classified ads, and advertisements found in periodicals, newspapers, and the back of magazines, along with polished radio ads and infomercials that are found on television.

Don’t be fooled by money making schemes

The dream of working online is possible. Just beware of online scam gambling. Many successful online entrepreneurs will find their way through trial and error. Are you a mother who works from home? Anyone just looking to earn some extra money? Of course, do your research on the potential for generating income online.

Many people now enjoy passive income from promoting affiliate networks like ClickBank and other legitimate online income schemes like pay-per-click and pay-per-action models, along with more traditional forms of advertising. You can even create and sell your own product or service online.

Internet marketing and online income opportunities are always in a state of flux and the internet is still in its infancy. Popular programs like Google AdSense didn’t even exist a few years ago. So get started, take action, and learn something new every day on your quest to get started online.

Working online is possible for most people, but it’s not about getting rich quick, and it’s not about pressing a few buttons on your computer to see the cash arrive. Like any worthwhile activity, it requires new practical knowledge and new skills. These are all things that can be learned. As you can see … “money making plans” don’t have to be shady and a “plan” can simply be a proven method of implementing an online action plan.

In fact, once you find the money-generating plan that suits your needs and work style, chances are you’ll find the online success you’ve been dreaming of.

What are Goji Berries and are they the same as Wolf Berries?

There is a wonderful little red berry that grows all over the world, and people in different places call it by different names. Many English-speaking people call it Wolfberry, and today even more English speakers call it Goji Berry. But in reality it is the same.

As we all know, science assigns two Latin names to each botanical organism, a genus and a species. Two plants that are even slightly different from each other have different species names. Therefore, if two plants have the same genus and the same species name, they are the same plant. People can call them by different names, but that doesn’t change the fact that they are actually the same.

The Goji / Wolfberry berry plant, whose genus is Lycium, has two closely related species. One species is known as Barbarum and the other is Chinensis. Both species grow in many places on earth.

Since people in different countries tend to speak different languages, it is not surprising that Chinese and Tibetans do not call these berries wolfberries. China has many dialects. The plant is often called gǒuqǐ and the berries are called gǒuqǐzi (zi means “berry”). “Goji” is a simplified pronunciation of gǒuqǐ.

A similar word can be found in other languages. For example, in Korea the berry is called gugija and in Thailand it is known as găo gè. The Tibetan has many names for the berries, including qouki, qou ki ji, quak qou, kew ji, and kew ki. In Japanese, the plant is called kuko and the fruit is known as kuko no mi or kuko no kajitsu.

Around 1973, the word “Goji” first began to be used in English so that English speakers could have a word for this berry that was similar to these Asian words. Since then, the word “Goji” has been exploited by many merchants, as the berries have appeared in more and more health food stores in the United States. The new word “Goji” is now used quite frequently.

It is not very clear where the word “goji berry” originated. One theory is that it comes from the place name “Lycia”, the old name for Anatolia, in Turkey, and “Lycia” can be heard in the name Lycium Barbarum. “Barbarum” means that the goji berry plant could have come from elsewhere, like China, originally.

But this does not explain why it has the word “wolf”. Therefore, another possibility is that Lycium Barbarum comes from the Greek word “Lycos” or Wolf. Wolves eat berries and other fruits to get the fiber they need in their diets. They also eat tomatoes, whose Latin name means “wolf peach” (Solanum lycopersicum). The word “lycos”, or wolf, can be seen in Latin.

The genus Tomato (Solanum) contains another species, lycocarpum, which translates as Wolf Apple. This medium-sized yellow tomato is unfamiliar to many of us because it grows in South America. South American wolves eat them! It is not the same plant as the tomato we are used to in North America. What is my point I’m getting to that …

Goji berries and Wolfberries belong to the Nightshade (Solanaceae) family, and so do tomatoes! Solanaceae are an important source of food and spices. Eggplant species include potatoes, eggplants, tomatoes, bell peppers, chili peppers (bell pepper), belladonna (belladonna), datura (crimson herb), tobacco, mandrake, goji berry, and many more.

Many of the species in this important food family are used in the making of herbal medicines by native peoples around the world. Some of them have psychoactive properties. Goji berries are legendary as a medicinal plant and have been used as such for many centuries in many countries.

Goji berries and goji berries have many other names such as box hawthorn, Duke of Argyll’s tea tree, marriage vine, Bocksdorn, Cambronera, Chinese wolfberry, and red medlar.

The point here is that Lycium Barbarum and Lycium Chinensis are two completely different species, two completely different plants. Many people proclaim different names for them. They claim, for example, that “Lycium Eleagnus Barbarum Tibetan” is the TRUE Gogi berry of the Himalayas, although it does not actually exist as a species.

There is no doubt that these two species have different medicinal and nutritional properties, BECAUSE they are different species. In fact, it is not only that different species are different from each other, it is also true that all VARIETIES of any species are somewhat different chemically and therefore nutritionally.

In some mountainous areas of Tibet and northern China there is what is commonly known as the “Goji Belt”, a fertile high-altitude region where Goji plants are cultivated and grown wild. The “highest quality” Goji berries are produced in the best location and climate, which happens to be this Goji belt. This is due to the purity of the water and the mineral-rich soil that descends from the high mountains.

The political struggle that is raging between Tibet and China is well known. There are also Tibetan / Chinese political conflicts over what defines a Goji berry. From a Western perspective, this is just confusing.

Furthermore, the name Tibet has an unmistakable mystique. So it’s easy for Western marketers to capitalize on it, asserting the superiority of TIBETAN Goji berries over all others. But, as we have shown, from a scientific perspective, “Tibetan” Goji berries do not exist.

Tibet, a more vertical than horizontal country, mostly dry, infertile and arid, with few roads between the highest mountains in the world, is not famous for agriculture. It is adjacent to China. Political boundaries don’t really matter to the land or the Goji plants; Instead, as mentioned, soil and climate are the important factors when growing goji and goji berries.

The highest quality berries have the highest levels of glyconutrients and are grown in Ningxia and Xinjiang provinces in China, right in the Goji belt. These areas have exceptional growing seasons, unusually alkaline soil, adequate rainfall, and extreme temperature fluctuations from 102 to -16 degrees F.

The Goji belt produces four grades of Goji berries: super, king, special and grade A. The largest berries are “super”, the second largest are “king”, and so on. You can find the marketers who advertise their berries as the largest, but they are still all from the same berry, Lycium Barbarum. They are that unless, of course, they are Lycium Chinensis.

Wolfberries, Gojis, they are wonderful. It’s easy for politicians and marketers to confuse and blow smoke around a bushel of Goji berries or Goji juice. However, nothing clouds the core fact that this unique little berry is the world’s greatest nutritional powerhouse!

Without it, you could jeopardize everything you’ve built, expose yourself to crippling financial trouble, or even break the law. But don’t worry, here are some business coverage basics that can help you get the protection you need to be successful.

Types of commercial insurance

The first thing to understand about coverage and your business are the different types that exist. Depending on your business, you may need specific types of insurance. Generally, business coverage can be divided into three general categories: key owner / partner and employee insurance, business profit and property coverage, and liability insurance. Here’s a breakdown of each different type.

Insurance for key entrepreneurs, partners and employees

If you own a business, you need specific types of coverage depending on how your business is set up. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Life insurance: This coverage protects your family if something happens to you. If you are the sole owner of your business, this insurance is key because business owners are personally liable for all business debts.

• Disability insurance – In the event you are injured or ill, disability insurance will provide you with income for a specified period of time.

• Association insurance or purchase-sale coverage: If you have a partner in your business, this insurance will help you buy your partner’s shares and continue to manage the business in the event of his death.

• Critical Illness Insurance – If you become seriously ill, this coverage will give you a lump sum of money to help you get through the situation.

• Key Person Insurance: This coverage protects you in the event of death or loss of the most important employees for your business.

Business and equity gains insurance

In addition to coverage that protects individuals, your business may also require the following types of insurance to protect your assets and profits. Be aware that homeless businesses may require coverage beyond their home insurance. It is always a good idea to contact your coverage company to discuss running a business from home.

• Property insurance – This coverage covers any building or property owned by your business if it is damaged or destroyed by fire, earthquakes, avalanches, and other similar disasters.

• Contents insurance: If you have a property or building that stores things for your business, such as a warehouse or a storefront, this policy covers the loss of that content. Keep in mind that even if you are renting a space, you may still require content insurance, as your contract will likely hold you responsible for what you put inside the rented space. Home business owners should contact their insurance companies to discuss what should be included in their homeowners policy.

• Business Interruption Insurance – When a disaster strikes, this policy will cover you for as long as your business cannot function at adequate efficiency.

• Vehicle Insurance – If your business owns vehicles, it is legally required to have coverage. If you use your personal vehicle for your business, be sure to contact your insurance company.

Liability insurance

Liability covers you in the event of an error or accident for which you may be responsible. There are three types to consider when owning a business: personal liability, product liability, and professional. These cover you from personal liability, something that goes wrong with your products, and from lawsuits brought by your customers, respectively.

Starting your own business is a big risk, but that doesn’t mean you need to take unnecessary risks. If you own a business, you need the right coverage. Be sure to shop around and find the right insurance package for your business. If you have any additional questions, we can help you understand your policies to make sure you have the right types of coverage from the right types of insurance companies.

Speech Therapy for Young Children: Some Helpful Facts

Is your child reluctant to speak and communicates only through gestures? Do you feel that it is not very expressive and begins to enclose itself in a shell? If you have the slightest suspicion that your child may have difficulty expressing himself in words, you should seek medical intervention.

The earlier speech therapy is started in a child, the greater the chances that the child’s communication skills and intellect will develop rapidly. There is growing evidence that there are a number of children who simply fall behind in doing things, so there may not be a real concern unless the child is over ten months old, when they should be able to pronounce whole words and not just babble.

Experts believe that children whose parents spend quality time reading, playing with, and talking to them are the ones who will start speaking earlier and with a larger vocabulary. A child who is exposed to a lot of social interaction and whose conversations are taken seriously is also believed to exhibit intellectual superiority over peers. If you suspect that your toddler may have a speech disorder, you can try teaching him to speak at home, which should usually clear things up.

Getting a young child to do what you want him to do is a very difficult proposition. Instead, try doing the things the toddler wants to do. Sit down with your child’s toys and offer to play with him. Observe the toys that receive preferential treatment and use them as a reward. Have some delicious treats on hand, which you can give as soon as you get the correct answer from your child.

Don’t waste too much time trying to get the words out of your child’s mouth. Remember that you may be able to hold the child’s attention for up to ten minutes, so don’t go over that limit, at any cost, as this could make the child hate these “talk” sessions. Always model the sound a word makes and get the child’s attention. If the child repeats the word correctly, offer the treat and give great importance to its success.

If you are a new parent, remember that it is never too early to start talking with your child. In fact, experts recommend talking to the child and playing soothing music while he is still in the womb. The impact a parent has on a baby is immense, so take advantage of it and set aside time to talk with your child. Refrain from talking to your child and encourage every effort your child makes to communicate through words or gestures.

If your attempts at speech therapy are not very successful, your child may need a thorough medical check-up by a pediatrician, ENT, and audiologist to rule out other complications. Your child may also benefit from speech evaluation and therapy sessions with a professional speech pathologist.

However, many prefer to have the unidirectional microphone rather than an omnidirectional microphone as the latter would pick up all the sounds from the axis and create silly.

• Compatibility: When purchasing a headset from a particular company, check the compatibility of the headset with that of the device. Most headphones are designed to support almost all devices, yet the control doesn’t hurt anyone.

• Battery life: Almost all gaming headsets currently available on the market have a service life of between 10 and 22 hours. Check the maximum usage time and select a model that suits your needs in terms of use and budget.

RushFit Renaissance Man Erik Owings – Coach, fighter, Zen master?

The headliner, co-creator of GSP Rushfit, Georges St-Pierre, is certainly worth the attention he receives. After all, he is the current UFC welterweight champion and is considered by many to be the best mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter in the world. “Rush,” as his fans called him, was born in Quebec and has been named Canadian Athlete of the Year for the past three years in a row. So superstar St-Pierre is certainly the right person to have his name and face on the GSP RushFit home training program, but the program’s designer and St-Pierre’s trainer and partner in this company, Erik Owings It is also a great fighting and fitness force in its own right.

Owings was born in Kentucky in 1979 and began training in karate at a very young age. At age 19 Owings began studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with coach Carlson Gracie Jr. After almost two years of study, Owings went to the source and moved to Brazil to study at the renowned Gracie Barra Academy where he achieved belt rank. Jiu Jitsu brown. Owings also spent some time training in Thailand and Europe. In 2006 he obtained his black belt from Renzo Gracie and John Danaher and continues to train with them to this day.

He fought in five International Fight League (IFL) bouts. IFL is a now defunct league, operating from early 2006 to mid 2008. Owings’ record was 3 wins and 2 losses. He won his first purchase which was against American wrestler Justin Jones in April 2006 and then lost to Canadian Chris Haradecki; he defeated American Ed West and Russian Peter Kaljevic before losing in mid-2007 to Brazilian Wagnney Fabiano.

While competing in the IFL, Owings also worked as a personal trainer in New York, where he often worked in tight spaces, honing many of the techniques, using the body weight and dumbbells he used to develop the RushFit program. Some of the unique moves in the Rushfit program are entirely of his own creation. Owens has said that he enjoyed coming up with challenging moves that even St-Pierre has trouble making.

“Functional Fitness” is a term Owings uses to describe the type of training he teaches and what RushFit is all about. Owings has explained that it refers to fitness that can be transferred to real-life activity rather than simply working on a particular muscle group or part of the body.

The GSP RushFit program came about when Owings was approached by the manager of St-Pierre and told that they were looking for someone to design a fitness program for St-Pierre. Owings, who had already been working on what would become RushFit, said he just took what he had already developed and put more intensity into it. Anyone unfamiliar with RushFit, it is an extremely intense home workout program that leaves even the legendary St-Pierre gasping for air in apparent exhaustion after many of the segments.

Today, Owings lives in New York City and is the founder and owner of a fitness and MMA center near Union Square. The gym is called Mushin Mixed Marshall Arts. Mushin is a Zen term that means “empty mind”. It refers to one’s ability to focus one’s thoughts and energies on the task at hand. According to Mushin’s website, Owings’ line-up “the clientele includes professional and amateur wrestlers, corporate CEOs, and supermodels along with all in-between.” The gym has become somewhat known for being the gym of choice for Victoria’s Secret models. Somehow that seems strangely appropriate for the gym founded by this philosophical fitness guru.
