Top Ten NFL Head Coaches

Here is my list of the ten most crafty, cool and fiery head coaches. Oh yeah, and winning helps your rank, too.

10. Jon Gruden: “Chucky,” as he’s known around the league for his hot temper and wild antics. Keyshawn Johnson actually thought he could call Gruden down once, he didn’t make that mistake twice. I thought Gruden was going to kill him, literally. But despite that, Gruden knows how to create high-powered offenses with little talent. Look what he did with the Raiders the year before they won the Super Bowl. Look what he’s doing with the Buccaneers. Making Jeff Garcia look good in what he does, surprisingly.

9. John Fox: Yeah I know, you quite like the Johns, but it was just a coincidence. Next John Madden right? Well, for today’s coaches, John Fox led the Carolina Panthers to the Super Bowl in 2003 and the NFC Championship in 2005. He lost both, but he helped the Panthers get some much-needed recognition. They are not seen as the Houston Texans or the Cleveland Browns, people respect them.

8. Lovie Smith: Hard to respect a football coach named Lovie. But he’s probably dealt with it his whole life and he’s earned some respect. Bears fans love him now because he switched to his team in no time. He had them in the 2005 playoffs and in the 2006 Super Bowl. They lost to an incredible Indianapolis Colts team with a man named Peyton Manning, who has wanted a ring his entire career, but came up short against the Patriots. . Who knows how the Bears will fare this year as they are 5-3 and Kyle Orton will be out for a week or more. Training will make all the difference during this critical second half of the football season.

7. Mike Shanahan: He hasn’t won a Super Bowl in nine years, but he’s still a great coach who leads his team to the playoffs and AFC championships quite often. He’s more of a conservative coach than most, but he got him to where he is today.

6. Jim Zorn: After taking over from Joe Gibbs (those are big shoes to fill) he’s done an admirable job putting together a good team this year. They are likely to find a playoff spot and may be a sleepy pick to win it all this year.

5. Andy Reid: A great coach who has led his team to the Super Bowl but fell short against the New England Patriots. His Eagles have a lot of talent this year, they’re just capitalizing on it. They will be in a battle with the Cowboys for a possible third seed in the NFC playoffs.

4. Tom Coughlin: He won the Super Bowl last year and has fielded an almost better team this year, some say. Hard to believe considering they lost Michael Strahan and Osi Umenyiora on defense.

3. Bill Belichick: As hard as it is for me to want to put him on this list, I almost did. Considering all of his Super Bowl rings and managing to win without Tom Brady. Belichick is considered one of the bleaker coaches thanks to the Spy Gate controversy. Now we’ll see if he can win a ring without Tom Brady.

2. Tony Dungy: Yeah, they’re 4-4 right now. But they have a great coach who can turn any team around and he won a Super Bowl two years ago. Don’t forget he has one of the best quarterback/wide receiver combinations to play.

1. Jeff Fischer: I’m putting him at number one because he’s undefeated right now and that’s without Vince Young. Kerry Collins is winning games for him! He doesn’t have a superstar team, they just play well as a team. It will be interesting to see if they can go undefeated all year.

5 benefits of a neck roll as an orthopedic neck pillow

There are many consumers who invest in purchasing an orthopedic neck pillow for their own use. This type of pillow has become known as an item used to help people with neck injuries get into the correct posture and help alleviate pain. But as the years go by, more and more people find the importance of this pillow in terms of comfort and maintaining proper neck and back posture, so many people buy it.

An orthopedic neck pillow can have regular shapes but with contours. However, the design has changed and manufacturers have also produced neck rolls as an additional consumer option. These pillows look like a rolled up towel and have their own benefits for users.

1. This neck roll is still made with quality materials used in regular orthopedic pillows. It means it will provide the proper support your body needs, especially if you’ve been tossing and turning at night because you can’t get a good night’s sleep on your regular pillow.

2. Since it is a neck roll, it will be easy for you to take it for travel and vacation. This can give you a comfortable sleep if you need to travel by plane for several hours.

3. This neck roll has the ability to turn your regular pillow into an orthopedic neck pillow. All you have to do is place the roll in a pillowcase along with your pillow and see how it will have the contour that the neck pillow has. Now, you can sleep well every night on your favorite pillow.

4. Because it will help you convert your ordinary pillow into a neck pillow, you will save money on buying orthopedic ones on the market. A contour pillow costs more because of the size, unlike the neck roll, so it is more affordable than the others.

5. Finally, this neck roll will give you the same benefit as an orthopedic neck pillow as full support in any position. Whether you sleep on your back or on your side, you’ll end up in the correct posture and position every time.

These are just a few of the benefits of a neck roll and how it can function as an orthopedic neck pillow. With all these benefits, you’ll be able to maximize your sleep time and finally get the comfort you’re looking for, especially if you’ve been stressed out all day.
