Can I remove an unpaid tax lien from my credit report?

The short answer is yes. Anything that is inaccurate or unverifiable can be removed from your credit profile. However, with tax links, if it is not paid, you cannot avoid them. “They,” that is, the IRS. It can be easily re-reported on your credit report; Also, just because it’s not on your credit report doesn’t mean you no longer have to pay them.

It also doesn’t stop lenders from finding out that you have a tax lien and not granting you credit; Most subscribers do a link search before approving you for a loan.

The best method of permanent removal is to pay them in full (if you have the money); Negotiate an Offer in Compromise (fairly simple to do and the form with instructions is available on the IRS website; you can also hire an attorney or accountant to do it for you) or to make a payment arrangement.

Since 2011, the federal tax link codes have changed to not allow tax links under $ 10,000 to be included on credit reports.

Any tax link over $ 10,000 can be reported on a consumer’s credit report, but can be removed by entering into a payment agreement and making 3 consecutive successful automatic debit payments (Fresh Start Initiative). The link will be posted and removed from credit reports. I’ve only seen this happen for debts under $ 25,000, but according to the IRS website, people with debts under $ 50,000 are eligible. You will not be approved for this if you have other outstanding debts with the IRS. Once you have made your third payment (or final payment), you can go to the irs.gov website and complete form 12277; which is a withdrawal request. Interestingly, there are other factors that will also grant you approval, so I encourage anyone with unpaid tax links to seek guidance from the IRS website and then from a professional.

After completing from 1227, you will be notified of approval (not automatic) within 90 days. Some tax attorneys have obtained it in 2 days if you have money to spare. The letter will usually be mailed to you, and you can send it with a dispute letter to the credit reporting agencies for immediate removal. They report it to the credit reporting agencies, but updates can take forever to occur on your credit file.

Now, some credit specialist requires IRS validation to prove that the debt belongs to the consumer. Yes, this can be done as the IRS is a collector and not a government agency (it’s true! Look it up!). The thing to remember is this; They are a collector who works for the government! If you ask for validation, you can often wake up a sleeping giant, so to speak, and turn your life into a living life. Sometimes it is better to seek professional help.

If you don’t recognize a tax lien as yours, check your credit report, see which county clerk’s office is providing the information, and check the public record with the county clerk’s office.

If you have a debt that you are not sure if it has been paid or not; consult an attorney and ask them to submit a Freedom of Information Act Request form for you (some clients contacted the IRS directly and it didn’t work out!).

If it is an old tax bond, there is a limitation period of 10 years for the collection of that debt; however, there are also some exceptions to that rule.

Is WordPress the best platform for your real estate website?

WordPress has become a popular choice for real estate website development. However, is it the best content management system (CMS) for your real estate website? We will examine why it may not be the best option for website owners.

Why Real Estate Website Designers Use WordPress

Since WordPress is a free and open source platform, it has become the popular choice for website providers and developers. Whether you’re building a community website or a shopping cart store, the availability of third-party themes and plugins allows you to accomplish just about anything you want.

WordPress offers website developers an excellent starting point and tools for creating a website. In the early years of our company, our website developers built websites from scratch with code using Notepad. WordPress now allows people to create websites even if they have no coding skills. In fact, many of those who know how to create websites using WordPress now call themselves “website developers” even though they have no knowledge of actual website coding.

Do It Yourself: The WordPress Learning Curve

If you have little to no knowledge of website development, the WordPress learning curve will be steep. Hosting and installing WordPress can be an intimidating and overwhelming task. Even with the availability of installation guides, installing WordPress itself can be a nightmare if you are unfamiliar with hosting lingo. When you install WordPress, you have a generic website that requires the installation of third-party themes and plugins. This is where we see that most users just throw in the towel and contact us. They have a project they wish they had never started, and the time they spent trying to launch their website could have been spent growing their business and getting more clients.

Have someone create your WordPress real estate website

Even if someone builds your website for you using WordPress, we still see many users coming to us for help. They still feel that the content of their website is difficult to manage and that changing its design is almost impossible. The main reason is that since WordPress was designed for all industries, there is so much in the backend that it becomes overwhelming. Most website owners only require a small percentage of the features available in WordPress.

Design

WordPress can create beautiful and attractive real estate websites with many real estate themes available to install. Themes give you a great starting point, but still require customization to achieve the website you really want. A WordPress theme is generic and requires a bit of customization to customize it for your business. In our experience, a WordPress theme will only get you about 50% of where you really want to be with your website. The other 50% requires removing the uploaded theme for just the things you want, adding your own relevant content and images, installing plugins, and customizing the layout.

WordPress vulnerability

With the popularity of WordPress comes many struggles for real estate website owners. One of those important and vital struggles is website security. Once a hacker finds a vulnerability in WordPress, all WordPress websites are open to attack. In November 2014, a vulnerability was discovered that left nearly 86 percent of the 75 million WordPress websites open to attack. Just a month earlier, 800,000 bank credentials were stolen from hacked WordPress websites.

If your website is built on WordPress, you most likely use third-party plugins. These third-party plugins can also contain vulnerabilities that make your website open to attack. If a vulnerability is found in the plugins, then you are at the mercy of the third-party developer to fix the security issue.

Now, it is up to you whether you are going to use WordPress as a platform for your business or not. It is also your choice whether you will do it yourself or hire someone to do it for you.

How video games are made: the process from start to finish

It’s time to answer that all-important question that has been burning in the back of your mind: “How are video games made?” Here’s a very basic rundown of how video games are made.

1. Main team

A group of people who come up with the general concept of the game. There will be numerous meetings in which the group will exchange ideas about the game; find out not only how it will look, but also how it will work. The core team is also in charge of the production schedule, which outlines what tasks each person is assigned and when they do most of them.

2. Breakdown of the game

Every detail, task, job and deadline of the video game is divided into components and then added to a bulletin board. This board acts as the nerve center of all game production.

3. Artistic concept

The artists draw the characters and backgrounds of the game with a very basic level of detail. These sketches are what graphic artists use to create 3D characters and backgrounds on the computer.

4. Development team

This team uses the latest in computer animation technology to bring all elements of the game to life; adding colors, textures, shading, and even movement. This team uses the 3D characters and backgrounds created by the graphics team.

5. Programming and engineering

This is the bread and butter of the game’s development stage; because without this part, there would be no game. Suffice it to say, the programmers and engineers make the game work. Its encoding is what holds the game together and allows the player to actually play the game.

6. Test

This is the final and most crucial part of the development process. This phase is to see if everything works correctly and how it should be. The testers will look for errors and faults and will try to find potential problems.

The game testers will not only play and see if the problems find them, it is the other way around, as THEY will be the ones looking for the problems. The testers will do their best in the game to ensure that there are no abnormal situations or circumstances; go through walls, disappear, enemy AI issues, cinematic glitches, you name it. If testers lose SOMETHING, it could spell disastrous consequences, in the form of lost profits, for the company launching the game.

Treatment of guinea pig diarrhea

Diarrhea is a very common condition in guinea pigs. But it is usually not serious and can be quickly remedied with the right type of treatment.

Symptoms

Guinea pig diarrhea is runny and sometimes runny and always mild. It is very different from regular, round and hard stools. Diarrhea is often accompanied by other symptoms. You may notice that the cavy is not eating as much as usual, is showing signs of pain in the stomach area, and is having trouble performing its daily activities.

If you find that the diarrhea is very frequent or that it smells very bad, you should take your pet to the vet immediately. This can be a serious case and you need to treat it urgently; At this time, the pig may feel very weak or sluggish.

Causes

Diarrhea is usually caused by indigestion due to incorrect food intake and is not too difficult to treat. However, it can also be caused by a number of other factors that, while not as common, pose a real threat. One of these causes is parasites: bacteria or fungi can sometimes be ingested with food and cause diarrhea.

Ironically, diarrhea can also be caused by medications. If your pig is currently being treated with medications for any condition, these may also be the cause. Another common cause is not eating enough hay. Hay is extremely important to maintaining your guinea pig’s digestive health and its shortage is almost certain to lead to diarrhea.

Treatment

The first thing to do is stop feeding your pig fruits and vegetables. Until the diarrhea subsides, the pig should eat mostly timothy hay (with maybe some food pellets) and drink plenty of water. You must personally ensure that food and water are ingested, or hand feed if necessary. It is essential to keep the pig fed and well hydrated at this time.

If you haven’t already, you should fill your cavy with plenty of fresh hay; this is vital to contain diarrhea. Some of the hay may have gone bad and caused the problem in the first place, so if you can, you should replace all of the hay with a fresh batch.

You should be able to see a drastic improvement in one day. If it doesn’t, take it as a serious condition and see your vet right away.

Why we immortalize artists / musicians who died in their prime

Whatever genre you listen to (Reggae, Hip-hop, Hard Metal, Rock n Roll, Soul, Jazz, Classic, etc.), there is always an Artist (s) who in their heyday revolutionized the industry and inspired a generation. with his Lyrics, Talent, Songs, personality and acting.

They were like demigods in their prime, worshiped by legions of fans around the world, captivating us with their songs and lyrics, but their mysterious and untimely death surprised us and left an inedible mark on our lives, making us immortalize them to this day.

But what if they were still alive? Would we keep them in awe? Would their songs, lyrics or compositions be revered? Would his influence and popularity be the same as before he died? What influences our attachment to them when we are dead than alive? Is it something innate or psychological that makes us appreciate them more when they leave?

It is difficult to know what it is that really makes us immortalize such artists, but after reading several articles, I have advanced several theories to help explain it.

“He would try many things because he knew he was going to die soon”, “Now Jimi is gone, he is not alone / His memory still lives”, “Five years, he said this / He has not left, he is simply dead”. “The Ballads of Jimi”, by the legendary guitarist Jimi Hendrix. These lines puzzled fans around the world, as exactly five years later he was found dead in his apartment sucked in by his own vomit while intoxicated. Many believed that he predicted his own death, and from the lines above I lean towards the same, which provided an aspect in my theory of why we immortalize them, Artist who predicted his death.

From John Lennon, Bob Marley, David Bowie, Kurt Cobain, and Tu pac Shakur, they all somehow predicted his death through lyrics or could have hinted during interviews. With almost prophetic precision of his untimely demise, fans were baffled by creating conspiracy theories that explain such premonitions. With no rational explanations or reasons, the fanatics refused to let them rest in peace as they continually searched for rational explanations.

Thus, immortalizing those artists by refusing to let them fade, seeking answers to explain how they might have somehow predicted their own deaths, and reverence them as they try to decipher such mysteries.

At age 14, he released his critically acclaimed album, Age is Nothing But a Number, which was certified gold, and two years later his second album, One in a Million, selling 8 million copies worldwide. and double platinum certificate. Aaliyah Dana Haughton also known by her nickname Aaliyah, achieved such a feat as a teenager, not forgetting her roles in various Blockbusters as Romeo must die.

Just as his star was shining brightly, on August 25, 2001, at the tender age of 22, his life was turned off by a plane crash in the Bahamas, and after an autopsy traces of alcohol and cocaine were found in the system. pilot. Her disappearance shocked everyone, as fans hadn’t had enough of her exceptional talent, they weren’t done with her, and she still had more to offer.

Thus, we provide another aspect of Artist Gone Too Soon, where we immortalize said artists by refusing to let them Rest In Peace, because their disappearance occurred too soon and suddenly and we do not give fans time to understand the situation.

Or it can be something psychological or innate; since they occupy a special place in our hearts, just like our loved ones, therefore, when they die, we keep their memories burning in our hearts, immortalizing ourselves by default.

Whatever reason you have or think, no one denies the fact that their songs and lyrics played a significant role in shaping our lives in one way or another, which is why they are morally obligated to immortalize and keep their memory alive.

The best museums in Mexico City

Mexico City is full of culture and history and that can be seen in the many museums scattered around the city. As someone who is visiting for a short time, you may be wondering which museums are not to be missed. While it’s safe to say that most museums will provide you with a lot of new information that you may not have known about in the past, some are far more visited than others. These are the museums that you should not miss when you visit Mexico City.

Anthropology National Museum

The National Museum of Anthropology should be the only museum you visit before any other. Despite the incredible number of great museums in Mexico City, none will offer you as much culture and history of Mexico. In this museum you will find about all the different cities and cultures of pre-Columbian Mexico and you will see some of the most famous artifacts of them, including the Piedra del Sol. There is a fee of 57 pesos which is equivalent to less than 5 dollars. Children under 13 and seniors have free entry and the museum is closed on Mondays.

Frida Kahlo Museum

The Frida Kahlo Museum is not as large as other museums in Mexico City, and yet it is one of the most visited. The museum experienced an increase in visitor numbers in 2002 after the premiere of the movie Frida. Fans of his art and that of Diego Rivera, however, have visited the Frida Kahlo Museum or the Blue House for many years. This was the house where Frida was born and where she did much of her work. She also lived here after her divorce from Diego Rivera until the couple remarried. You will be able to admire much of her work and the artifacts that the artist used.

Palace of Fine Arts

The Palacio de Bellas Artes is one of the most visited sites in Mexico City and is the place where you will find more artistic presentations such as the National Opera Company and the National Symphony. In addition to that, you will find museums and art by the best artists in Mexico, including Diego Rivera. On the fourth floor is the National Museum of Architecture, making Bellas Artes a great stop for those traveling to Mexico City.

Mexico City Museum

The Mexico City Museum is a great place to admire the history of the city. Here you will find paintings by artists who were from Mexico City, old maps, and other important historical works. The admission fee is quite low and you will get a lot for the money.

Shopping in Glasgow, Top 10 Streetwear Stores

You don’t realize how good shopping in Glasgow is until you spend a day wandering its streets, if you come from anywhere outside London you will love what Glasgow has to offer, more shops than anywhere and loads of good streetwear stores, well 3, but still good.

I have decided to list my top 11 stores, the ones I would visit when shopping, mention my competition, I hear you say, yes I say, the more people realize that Glasgow is the number one shopping destination the better.

1. TK Maxx on Sauchiehall St (top end) is where you will find bargains if you are lucky, if not you will not find anything of interest, I got a great pair of brown leather Air Max for £ 25 18 months ago, only now starting to fall apart , but the most comfortable shoes of all time. I also have a great case for when I’m on my travels, a fancy little thing for a lot of money.

2. Next up on Bath Street is the urban legend Fat Buddha, Vinyl Toys, Graffiti Supplies, Lifestyle and Clothing from brands like Carhartt, The Hundreds, Kikstyo, Recon, Penfield, Zoo York, Volcom, Nike, Dc’s, Reebok. Voted best shop in Glasgow by an independent panel from my family, but worth a visit, just to see the shop dog Maisie.

3. Goodlife is across the street from Fat Buddha and is very expensive, but after all it is the only high end urban clothing boutique in Glasgow, selling Original Fake & Alife, a nice mix of brands in one place So small, but the store has its following, coming from afar for its mix of brands.

I’m not sure of the exact story, but it seems like Goodlife has closed its doors.

4 On Buchanan st you will find this corporate prostitute who is Urban Outfitters, on sale time there are great bargains, a real mix of brands here, and some of the household items are not to be sniffed out, well worth a visit.

If you are American or visited one of these stores in America, you will be surprised how poor the British version is compared to the American version, a different brand mix, terrible staff and no atmosphere.

5. Further down Buchanan Street you will find Hugo Boss, I love this store, for years I still like to visit it, great design and good product, wonderful costumes and boy, they fit me as they should. Glasgow’s first royal designer name on Buchanan St, go check it out.

I was about to get a manager job here many, many moons ago, but it wasn’t going to be a beautiful store yet.

6. Right around the corner you’ll find Aspecto, this boys’ store, the only place for Stussy and good for Adidas, Carhartt, North Face & Camper, Y3, Evisu and the like. Excellent shop, it looked great at the time so well worth a visit.

7. You want sneakers, where else to go than Size on Union Street, a big store with a good variety of clothes, the best shoe store in Glasgow, unless the shoes are rare, then the staff is the first to call them . This is the place for footwear, the 2 Chris always have a smile for you.

8. Always a fan of department stores, and House of Frasers always hits the spot, the kitchenware department is great, menswear has now moved to the first floor and a ton of money was spent on it, now It is the BEST menswear area in Glasgow by a mile, the Paul Smith section is lovely and again the Paul Smith section is lovely, great handbags and saving for the scarf now. Frasers is worth an hour or so of your time, it’s just from Argyle St.

9. Footlocker, right on Argyle St is where your Jordan craving will be satisfied, a good selection of Nike shoes, especially Air Stabs, a good range of clothing, and a separate women’s floor make this a destination not to be missed. Footlocker is always a must see for sneaker lovers.

10. The focus is on Argyle St and the exclusive Nike SB dealer of Glasgow, other brands include Diamond, Supra, Krew, Cliche. Skateboards are Focus’s forte and serve the Glasgow market well, they now have a good reputation and are visited just for an Obey jersey. Good staff and a friendly environment make this a worthy addition to my list.

11. Finally, you will walk around the corner from Focus and find Cruise on Ingram St, a legend in Glasgow who still does what he does best, feeding brands to the masses, CP Company, Stone Island, Y3, BBC make a visit essential. Lovely Shopfit too, grab a Paul Smith wallet while you’re there.

So Glasgow for shopping, top 11 stores, there are hundreds more not listed, you have St Enoch Shopping Ctr, Buchanan Galleries Shopping Ctr in the city, stretch further and you will reach Braehead Shopping Ctr and Silverburn Shopping Ctr .

The more you get out of Glasgow, the more you’ll appreciate it, so come eat, shop and party.
