Step one: knowing your map

The most important aspect of getting a high kill rate in Call of Duty games is knowing your maps. You must be familiar with the buildings and everything related to the map. If you know the map very well, you will notice a person very easily. For example, when you are running, you will know what the map should look like and will easily notice something that is out of place. This will allow you to spot your enemies more easily, giving you a higher death kills rate.

Step two: choose the right class

Not all maps in this game are the same. It is important to have the proper class configured for different types of maps. For maps like fuel and wasteland, you’ll want a camouflage class or one with marathon and light weight. These maps are very large, very open, and if you don’t know what you are doing, they will kill you very quickly. As in the first step, knowledge of the maps is key to both survival and hunting.

Step three: know your gameplay

Camping is when you sit in one place for most of the game, killing people walking in front of or near you. Nobody likes the corridors and nobody in the caravan. It is always a balance of both. You need to know when to stay hidden, but when to move towards the goal. Finding this balance will give you the highest kill rate of all the steps.

Squat Kicks: the deceptively simple exercise to strengthen your legs and improve your kicks

The next exercise that I am going to explain to you is deceptively simple to perform, however, the benefits that you can achieve in a relatively short period of time, if you are consistent in your workouts, are nothing short of astonishing. NO, this is not some silly miracle technique or secret training technique known only to a few who learned it from a Tibetan monk. It’s just a solid basic exercise paired with whatever kick or kicks you want to pair with it. So, without further delay, let’s get started!

BASIC SQUAT:

The starting position for your basic squat is executed facing straight forward (squat position facing forward) while standing with your feet approximately slightly wider than shoulder width and your upper body and back straight . In this particular case, I want you to keep your hands up in a fighting stance, exactly like a boxer would.

From this position, slowly bend your knees, keeping your upper body and back straight and your hands up, as you lower yourself until your upper thighs are parallel to the floor. Make sure your head is raised with your eyes focused in front of you, not on the ground. Once you get to this position, slowly rise to your original starting position. Once you are familiar with this exercise and your body’s reaction to it, you can adjust the speed to alternate between doing slow reps and faster reps.

BASIC SQUAT VARIATION:

The only difference in this particular variation is that instead of standing facing straight ahead, I want you to stand more sideways (squat facing sideways) as you would if you were in a real fighting stance. However, one thing to remember is to keep your feet parallel to each other. Actually, don’t put your feet in the position that you would normally have them in during an actual fighting stance.

From this position, slowly bend your knees, keeping your upper body and back straight and your hands up, as you lower yourself until your upper thighs are parallel to the floor. Make sure your head is upright and turned over your forward shoulder with your eyes focused in that direction, not on the ground. Once you get to this position, slowly rise to your original starting position. After doing a predetermined set of reps, switch your feet so that you are facing the opposite direction with the opposite side of your body now facing forward.

Once you are familiar with this exercise and your body’s reaction to it, you can adjust the speed to alternate between doing slow reps and faster reps.

Kicks:

The kick or kicks you decide to do is entirely up to you. My only recommendation is not to do any kind of jump kicks for several weeks until your legs have gotten used to the new training routine. You can execute your kicks at the height you prefer. The only thing you need to make sure and do is alternate your legs after each squat, but we’ll talk about that later.

Squat Kicks (Exercise):

Begin standing in the front-facing squat or side-facing squat. Whichever position is most comfortable for you. Eventually, you will want to do this set of exercises from both positions.

Keeping your hands up and your upper body and back straight, slowly lower yourself until your upper thighs are parallel to the floor. At this point, slowly rise back to your original starting position. However, when you begin to reach your original position, execute whatever kick you prefer with your right leg. Immediately after returning your kicked leg to the ground, slowly lower yourself back to the squat position. Repeat this again and then execute your preferred kick with your left leg. This constitutes one (1) repeat.

Execute this 10 times by executing the same kick ten times with each leg before moving on to the next kick.

Now I know what you are thinking. This is really simple! Well, you’re right, it’s simple, but extremely effective in building strength and endurance in your legs. Not to mention improving the speed and power of your kicks.

RECOMMENDED ROUTINE:

I highly recommend doing the following routine 3-4 times a week. You will need to adjust the number of repetitions to suit your own fitness level.

Day one:

Knee Raise: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps (2 squats and 1 kick with each leg is one rep)

Upward kicks: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps

Front kicks: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps

Side kicks: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps

Back kicks: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps

Day two:

Knee Raise: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps (2 squats and 1 kick with each leg is one rep)

Upward kicks: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps

Crescent Kicks: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps

Reverse Half Moon Kicks: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps

Round kicks: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps

Day Three:

Knee Raise: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps (2 squats and 1 kick with each leg is one rep)

Upward kicks: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps

Ax Kicks: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps

Wheel Kicks: 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps

Hook Kicks – 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps

Make sure to stretch properly before attempting these exercises. They are simple in nature, but they are a very brutal workout for your legs. This can even be done while watching your favorite TV show. However, if you decide to do them at that time, I recommend that you perform the exercise during the show itself and take a break during the commercials. Try to work up to where you can do this for the entire time your favorite show is playing.

The cost of a worthless degree from California State University is now more expensive

Inflation has been almost non-existent during the Obama years, yet you wouldn’t know it if you look at the rise in college tuition statewide, especially in California. Students in high school are told that college is mandatory to have a fruitful life and live in the elusive middle class, and they are told to go into debt to earn that degree (more like financial slavery) without collateral. Most college professors and administrators are in the 2%, not 1%, but far ahead of what their students should expect to reach. Let’s talk, because the academic bubble is still building and about to burst, things have gotten out of hand.

There was a rather disturbing segment on ABC News Affiliate in Los Angeles (Eyewitness News 7) recently titled: “CSU Trustees Vote to Increase Enrollment by 5% Amidst Student Protests” on March 22, 2017.

First, I would like to point out that education has not improved in the California State University System, in all respects and accounts, it has worsened. Graduate students are valued less in the marketplace as employers realize that their education is not that great and that those degrees do not predict that students will be productive employees or even have a clue of what they are doing.

Most professors, especially full professors, don’t teach much in the classroom as they spend a lot of time on sabbaticals and now have graduate students giving lectures. Rising college costs have to do with inherited costs (pensions) and increased Cadillac Style Health Care programs for staff and faculty. While your pension fund isn’t as bad as the underfunded University of California System, it’s also not breaking any records – this Trump Bump in the stock market recently saved your butt (temporarily) if you want to know the true skinny on that.

It’s time to face the facts: the CSU (California State University) system is broken, the academy is broken near the damn universities that award degrees in Gender Studies, Sustainability, Ethnic Equality, LBGT Studies – those kids are not going to get never work. Pay off those student loans – the academy is drugged by any observable rational standard – worthless – totally worthless surviving off Federal Tax and Research Grants and extortion of tuition, grants, and socialist agendas. Some in our group of online experts, to put it bluntly, let’s say; “To hell with all this, now it’s just plain silly,” and I think these members of the think tank are absolutely right.

Why the 5% increase in tuition when enrollment is at its highest? Why increased tuition without major benefits? The titles are not worth more than last year, in fact, now they are worth less. The California State University System is out of control as is the University of California System, and the academic world across the country has student loan debt of around $ 1.4 trillion, 45% of the total. those loans have never made a single payment or are 90-days past due. The academic industrial complex is a giant bubble waiting to burst, and what does the CSU system do? Increase tuition? Oh well, that’s going to help a lot … NO!
