Cinar Hotel – Cyprus

Along with the services it offers, and the advantages of being intertwined with nature, Cinar Hotel is a place where you will find tranquility, tranquility and a place that you will want to visit at any time of the year.

We went to the Cinar Hoel, located in Pinarbasi, and had a pleasant interview with the hotel’s owner, Mustafa Kemal Arif.

In an interview for Tourism Monthly, Mustafa shared with us the history of Hotel Cinar:

‘Cinar Hotel operated from 1963 to 1974 as Cinar Gazino and was a place used by members of the Fighters Union who lived in this area. But it was derelict and derelict from 1974 to 1994. It was in 1994 that I decided to quit my job in the Turkish municipality of Lefkosa and buy and operate the Cinar. Initially we began to serve as a restaurant with a picnic area. While I was making baked kebabs in the restaurant -because it would be nostalgic- I started making village bread. We didn’t serve the village bread with the skewers from the oven because the people who had picnics here bought them and took them home. I was approached by a supermarket owner 2-3 weeks later, he came and told me that he needed 50 village breads per day, since that day I have been the owner of Cinar Breads after Cinar Breads I turned this place into a hotel and formed the Cinar Hotel especially in the demands of the older tourists who came here.

Cinar Hotel has 13 rooms with capacity to accommodate 26 people. The rooms are all equipped with televisions, air conditioning, central heating and hot and cold water systems. The hotel, which has an indoor and an outdoor restaurant, covers a lush green open area of 250 square meters. The hotel is divided into two sections: the outdoor restaurant band picnic area. The picnic area is loved not only by tourists, but also by local people and vacationing Turkish Cypriots residing abroad.

Among the foods you can eat at Cinar Hotel are baked kebabs, various types of kebabs and pita breads and lahmacun (Turkish-style pizza). In addition to this, we will start offering traditional Cypriot home cooking to tourists from September. The Hotel Cinar restaurant and bread oven, which has obtained the ISO 22000 certificate, is a business that serves according to European standards.

The client profile of Hotel Cinar is made up mainly of European tourists. After being renovated in September 2008, the hotel aims to start entertaining guests and is making preparations for visiting groups.

By contributing to co-tourism and considering the opportunities at Cinar Hotel, situated in the village of Pinarbasi, the hotel’s owner, Mustafa, is introducing Cypriot culture to his guests.

‘Starting in September, we will receive tourists who will stay here from a week to 10 days. In order to introduce the Cypriot culture to the groups that come here, they will be invited to participate in making their own products such as hellim (halloumi cheese) and bread. Due to the requests we have had, we will also organize walks in the area. I also plan to bring a horse and carriage to show tourists around.’

Some of the more than 40 pine trees found in the Hotel Cinar gardens are less than 100 years old; some are even over 300 years old; some are even over 300 years old. The sound and sight of water flowing through the pines helps protect the greenery and provides an inviting and delicious feast for the eyes and ears of guests. We learn more about Pinarbasi from Mustafa, who has a wealth of knowledge about the area:

‘The most important feature of the hotel is its pine trees. The presence of pine trees means that it is an area with abundant water. Because pines are a type of poplar that consumes about 1 to 2.5 tons of water per day, they are found in areas where there are natural springs. Currently there are two springs in the town, one of them springs below and the other above the surface of the town. Without losing anything due to its flow, the spring that gushes under the surface annually exudes 200 thousand tons of water. Here there are water channels of more than 1000 years. The water that flowed from these springs was used to turn stone and oil mills during Venetian times, these canals still exist today. Naturally, there are always historical riches in the regions where the springs are located. Antiquities belonging to the Bronze Age were found in excavations that took place in Pinarbasi after 1974. These Bronze Age antiquities are currently on display at Girne Castle.’

The history of TexMex cuisine

You live in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio or anywhere else in Texas and you love TexMex cuisine. That makes you a bona fide “Chilean head”. TexMex food is the specialty in these parts and has quite the history!

The term “TexMex” first entered the common lexicon as a nickname for the Texas-Mexican Railroad, chartered in 1875. Train schedules, published in newspapers, abbreviate the names of the railroads. For example, the Missouri Pacific was called the Mo. Pac. and the Texas-Mexican was abbreviated Tex. max It was in the 1920s that the hyphenated form was used in reference to the railroad, as well as to describe people of Mexican descent who were born in Texas.

Food historians claim that the first printed evidence of “TexMex” referring to the food occurred in 1945. From there, TexMex restaurants slowly emerged outside of the southwestern US in cities with substantial Hispanic populations. . So TexMex went “gourmet”. In the 1970s, Mexican culinary expert Diana Kennedy is credited with taking this common food and turning it into a trendy food and new cuisine “must have” for a younger generation.

What exactly is TexMex cuisine?

Several hundred years ago, during the mission era, Spanish and Mexican-Indian foods were combined as Anglo-Saxon food in Texas, as in other parts of what was called the Northern Frontier of New Spain. It was this cuisine that would eventually be called TexMex. The cuisine actually originated with Tejanos of Hispanic descent, or Tejanos, as a hybrid of indigenous Spanish and Mexican foods when Texas was still part of New Spain and later Mexico.

Served on tables in the South Texas region between San Antonio and Brownsville, this cuisine has changed little since its early origins and was heavily influenced by the cuisine of neighboring northern Mexican states. Originally, TexMex began with a taste for cabrito (kid), barbacoa (roasted cow heads), carne seca (dried meat), and other products of the ranching culture that were common on both sides of the Rio Grande during that period.

TexMex incorporates ingredients common to Mexican cuisine, although some unknown to Mexico are often added. This cuisine is also characterized by the intensive use of meat (particularly beef), beans and spices, as well as Mexican-style tortillas (corn or flour), fried or baked. Nachos, crispy tacos, crispy chalupas, chili con queso, chili con carne, chili gravy, and fajitas are all TexMex inventions.

Serving tortilla chips and a hot sauce or salsa as an appetizer is also an original TexMex dish. Additionally, TexMex has imported flavors from other spicy cuisines, such as the use of cumin (common in Indian food), but it is used in only a few authentic Mexican recipes. In the 20th century, TexMex acquired items like yellow cheese from the United States, because it became cheap and readily available.

The cuisine evolved during the 1950s in Mexican restaurants, the popularity of which coincided with the arrival of large numbers of Mexican immigrants and created the TexMex style of food, the blend of peasant food from northern Mexico with peasant and cowboy food. from Texas. The chile was unknown in Mexico and derived from the use of beef in Texan cooking. The refried beans were a mistranslation of the Mexican dish, frijoles refritos, which actually means well-fried beans.

This was followed by combo plates, replete with enchiladas, tacos, and tortillas, which have now become Tex-Mex menu standards. New dishes, such as chimichangas and nachos, were created to please the American palate. One of the most successful TexMex ethnic dishes to date is the fajita.

I Want Taco Bell!

The food community began referring to Americanized Mexican food as “TexMex,” a term formerly used to describe anything that was half Texan and half Mexican. Texan-Mexico restaurant owners considered it an insult. However, this insult launched many hits. To the rest of the world, TexMex had mirrored the wilder and untamed parts of Texas. It conjured up images of saloons, cowboys, and the Wild West. Dozens of Tex-Mex restaurants have sprung up in Paris and across Europe, in Bangkok, Buenos Aires and Abu Dhabi.

Tortilla chips, margaritas, and chili con carne are now well-known TexMex staples around the world. The kitchen is found in many independent and chain restaurants in the state of Texas, as well as in the rest of the country. TexMex restaurant chains include Chili’s, Ninfa’s, Casa Olé, Chuy’s, El Fenix, El Chico, and Taco Cabana. While Chili’s does serve some TexMex items, it is considered to be more Southwestern cuisine. And, of course, there’s the ubiquitous Taco Bell; a conglomeration of fast food versions of Mexican and TexMex dishes, owned by Yum! Brands, Inc., headquartered in Louisville, KY.

If you love spicy dishes, you will love the variety of main dishes that TexMex cuisine offers. But as good as TexMex is, it should be everything in moderation. Because, as you’ll discover, what you put into your body now will affect your health in the future. And your health, good or bad, will eventually affect your bank account. Get your ex girlfriend back after she dumps you by bluffing her and make her want to come back

When you want to get your ex girlfriend back after she dumped you, sometimes you make her feel like she could lose you forever. By doing this, she may realize that she still wants you back with her. This is an important technique for creating a new relationship. Besides, she’ll be thinking that it’s her own idea to get back with you.

If you want to get your ex girlfriend back after she leaves you, then this article will be very useful for you right now. Now try to remember the day she broke up with you. If she decided to break up with you because of an argument or a fight, she may tell you to leave her alone for a while. So there’s a chance she still wants you to beg her to reconsider or pursue her. So if you really want to get your ex girlfriend back after she dumps you, you have to be very careful what you do. In this step, it doesn’t really matter why she broke up with you, but what you are going to do from now on is considered the most important thing.

When you want to get your ex girlfriend back after she dumped you, you need to know the fact behind the break up. It is said that there are 2 main reasons why a girl breaks up with her boyfriend:

– She wants to see other guys. This is not an easy situation for you either. When she has another man in mind, she may well feel guilty about it. She is cheating on you. This is the reason why she decided to break up with you, as she wants to avoid that guilt. If you are in this case, then instead of a break up, she can ask for a break. By doing this, she has the right to go out and see how she will be with a new boyfriend. If things don’t work out very well, she will come back to you.

– She wants to change something. If you want to get your ex girlfriend back after she dumps you, you will need to learn about this. When she feels that her relationship with you is getting stale, she may end it just to change something. This means that she must change something to correct the problem or she will lose her forever. However, this still means that she doesn’t really want to break up with you at all. She just wants me to adjust some of her behaviors to make her feel better. For example, she may want you to spend more time with her or give her more space or privacy. Therefore, it will be very good for you to find out what behaviors she needs to adjust to correct the problem.

First of all, if you want to get your ex girlfriend back after she dumps you, you shouldn’t repeat the same mistake that many guys make. They usually try to talk to their girlfriends to reverse the situation. After that, they will start sending love letters, cards, chocolates, emails, messages and whatever comes to mind. Well, these actions are considered complete disrespect for oneself. Keep in mind that women want a man who is strong and confident. This is the reason why she starts looking for another man, even though she didn’t really want to break up with you in the first place. Due to this situation, this is why you need to learn the most important technique to get your ex girlfriend back after she leaves you. You just have to cheat on your ex girlfriend.

The first tip to get your ex girlfriend back after she dumps you is to give her what she wants. If she’s mad at everything in the relationship, let her do it. If she wants you to leave her alone, give it to her. Just give her what she wants. One day, she will look around her and realize that you are no longer there. Then, she will start to wonder what she is going to do with all the things she has. She may run to her cell phone and check her messages, but she finds nothing. Her email inbox is also empty. By leaving her alone like this for a while, she will begin to see the relationship very differently. And the most important thing is: she will miss you. That is also our main objective.

To get your ex girlfriend back after she dumps you doesn’t mean you should gamble with your relationship. However, the only way to get her back is to let her go a little early. So if you want to have a better relationship in the future, you shouldn’t fight with her about breaking it up, and you shouldn’t try to beg her to come back from it. She has to do it on her own. When she realizes that you are not chasing her anymore, and if she still loves you, then she will miss you and want you back. However, don’t expect this to happen on the first day, or even the first week of the breakup. This technique should take longer. You have to wait until she feels lonely and vulnerable. Then, you will surely receive the first phone call from your ex girlfriend.

Diet to Gain Muscle Mass – 3 Foods for Skinny Guys to Gain Muscle Mass Fast

When they think about how to gain muscle mass fast, most skinny guys think sticking to a weight lifting program is the most important thing, and by sticking to the routine, they’ll pack on rock-hard blocks of muscle in no time.

However, a solid weight training routine is really only half the story. If you’re serious about building muscle fast, you need to be serious about your diet and nutrition plan, because without it, you can lift as long as you want, but you won’t see the gains you’re looking for.

following a diet to gain muscle massYou feed your muscles with the energy, protein, and nutrients they need for optimal growth and repair. failure to do so will result in stunted muscle growth and in some extreme cases, muscles will become smaller!

How Many Calories Per Day Is Right For Me?

The ideal diet to gain muscle mass should consist of a high number of calories. While this will vary based on your individual circumstances, a ballpark figure can be obtained by multiplying your current body weight in pounds by 24. So if you currently weigh 150 pounds, then you should be getting around 3,600 calories per day (150×24).

Next, I am going to show you 3 of my favorite foods to include in a diet to gain muscle mass.

walnuts

I’m crazy about nuts…always have been. Good thing these are little sticks of protein dynamite that can explode your muscle growth when included in your muscle-gaining diet.

While many people avoid nuts because they are almost 50% fat, this is not a mistake for lean men to make, as these fats are good fats…not to mention the fact that nuts contain about a 25% protein.

Easy to transport, they are an excellent snack and an essential complement to your diet to gain muscle mass.

Oatmeal

My favorite way to start the day is with oatmeal. This complex carbohydrate is a favorite of bodybuilders, and is slowly digested by your body providing slow-release energy, which prevents blood sugar spikes and dips and keeps you feeling full longer.

Try including dried or fresh fruits and nuts with your oatmeal for extra protein and healthy calories with your breakfast. Stick to raw unprocessed oats, they are healthier.

Lean Red Meat

While there’s a lot of talk about the muscle-building values of white meats like chicken and turkey, sometimes I feel like lean red meats are a bit forgotten.

As a skinny guy, you should include red meat in your diet to gain muscle mass, as the quality of the protein is excellent, as well as the extra iron, which helps transport oxygen to the muscles more efficiently. This iron is something that white meats lack.

Make sure you only get good quality lean meat…you don’t want too much unnecessary animal fat in your diet to gain muscle mass. Naturally lean meats like venison are fantastic, and they also make very flavorful steaks.

How to know for sure that a woman is interested in you

Women are really good at sending mixed signals. They say one thing and do another, sometimes just joking and other times surprisingly direct. It all leads to massive confusion for us men. Women are also frustrated by it. They don’t know why a man can’t read his signals. Let’s take a look at how you can be sure that she is interested in you.

Focus on what you want first

The way to eliminate flaky behavior and woman teasing is to go after what you want. At first, this means that you shouldn’t look too much at her signs. Some women flirt just to get attention.

When you approach these women with everything you’ve got, she won’t even know what hit her. She didn’t expect to feel this way about you. She was just playing for fun. You feel attracted to her, so you go after her. When you focus on your needs and desires, you won’t be as vulnerable to teasing from her. This also works on women who are shy. Shy women also send mixed signals.

she catches your eye

The first thing most women do is try to attract his attention to them. If she’s really into it, she can do some really wacky things. Like what? Leave something in front of you. Crouch in front of you. Walk close to you or stand close to you. Find excuses to get closer to you. Spin her hair, and many other things.

Do you have his warning?

Don’t always look for the little details. If a woman is standing there talking to you, then she is interested. If she’s asking you questions, she’s interested. If she laughs at your jokes, then she’s interested. These are signs that state the obvious. What is the obvious? You have their attention.

she makes time for you

Why do some women always seem to be too busy for you? Because they are not interested in you. No woman is too busy with someone she is attracted to or where the potential for love exists. A woman will always make time for you if she is interested. She’ll change her schedule for you, she’ll get someone to work her shift, she’ll do almost anything to be with you if she thinks you’re worth it.

she tests you

Some women test men constantly. This is not always a bad thing because it means that she is interested in you. What is a test? It’s often a question where she’s trying to challenge you or trap you in a lie. Here are some examples: How many girlfriends have you had? I don’t like the way you dress? Why do you work there?

she tries to relate to you

I once had a woman who said that we had the same credit card. She thought that was just amazing. I thought she was crazy. It was a way of trying to relate to me and create a good relationship. Sometimes she will point out some very minor similarities between the two of you. Keep an eye out for them because it means that she is very into you.

Submissive

Some women may indicate that they will be submissive to you. You can often tell by her body language or the way she looks at you. She will almost appear weak in the knees. For example, if you shake her hand, she may almost rest her hand directly on top of yours. It will be almost as if he wants to hold your hand. Another common thing that you will see is that she leans towards you a lot, trying to touch you and stand closer to you.

Conclusion

What you choose to do with these signs is ultimately up to you. Most men don’t do anything and that’s why they don’t date or have a girlfriend. So you can be a nothing man or a something man. It really depends on you.

A Guide for Visitors to Elche (Elx) – Palm Capital of Europe

Many visitors to the Costa Blanca province of Alicante will see little more than beaches, bars and restaurants at the resort where they stay. The Costa Blanca tourism industry flourishes in an idyllic climate, and cities like Benidorm are incredibly popular with tourists from all over Europe looking for sun, sea, sand and a reasonably priced summer holiday. Along the Costa Blanca coastline, this is exactly what you will get.

Just 15 km inland and a few km from Alicante airport is the historic city of Elche (Elx in Spanish). Today, Elche is an active industrial city, with a range of products including rubber, footwear, olives, dates and other agricultural products, as well as tourism.

Elche was previously occupied by the Romans, the city is most famous for its palm plantations (Palmeral de Elche), which is the largest palm plantation in Europe. The area covers around 3.5 km/sq of palm trees with more than 11,000 palm trees, with many new ones germinating every year. In the center of Elche is the Parque Municipal (Municipal Park) which contains a museum and amazing subtropical gardens. These gardens are carefully managed and are very popular with visitors. The hot and dry climate of the Costa Blanca region allows for the growth of a wide variety of subtropical plants, including some very large cacti that are on display in the gardens. For more information on the opening hours of the Municipal Park consult the Elche Tourism website.

From the Municipal Park it is possible to walk to the less managed areas of the plantation, which have not changed much in the last two thousand years. Plantations date back to Roman times, and possibly even earlier, as the area was developed as early as the 5th century BC. C. by the Carthaginians. Some of the individual palm trees are up to 300 years old. Most of the palms are date palms (phoenix dactylifera)), which were harvested for the fruit (the date), which was a staple of the Roman diet. The date fruit was also used to make wine. Walking through the palm grove of Elche, it is easy to forget that you are in Europe, it is easy to imagine that you have been transported to a subtropical rainforest.

There is a regular bus service from Alicante to Elche, so if you are on holiday on the Costa Blanca and want to visit a place of outstanding beauty with easy access to the main tourist centres, Elche is definitely worth a visit. In summer, temperatures can be warmer inland than on the coast, so drink plenty of water or stop at one of the many cafes and restaurants Elche has to offer.
