10 Pounds to Lose – Weight Loss Tips

You may have 10 pounds to lose and are just starting your fat loss program, or it may be the last 10 pounds to lose after months or years of consistent work. The last 10 pounds are the easiest to lose and let me tell you how.

1. The power of the mind

One critical thing when it comes to losing the last 10 pounds is the power of the mind. First of all, don’t “try” to lose the last 10 pounds, but do it. Know what is going to happen and expect it to happen. Pretty simple to say, but it’s true. When we get to the last 10 pounds to lose, we start to relax and relax our training and commitment, but I tell you to do the exact opposite. This is the time to move forward and speed up, and be ever more diligent in your choices. You must know in your mind that the last 10 pounds to lose is the easiest part of the journey. Use the power of your mind to visualize success and yourself not just standing at the finish line having successfully reached your goal, but even more than that. Visualize yourself speeding up and racing across the finish line. Your motto should be “there is nothing more powerful than a warrior running to the finish line”. Be a fat burning warrior.

2. Increase your metabolism

The last 10 pounds you can lose is as easy as increasing your metabolism through exercise and a change in eating habits.

Diet

If you’re not already eating 5 or 6 meals a day, then now is the time to change your eating strategy and the last 10 pounds to lose will literally fall off your body. Become a diet fat-burning machine by rethinking how you view food, snacks, and meals. Every time you eat, your body kicks into gear and works hard to digest or burn that food into nutrients your body can use for energy and healing, while the rest is burned as heat (in a process called thermogenic).

working out

If you’ve been on some kind of “last 10 pounds to lose” program, chances are it includes exercise. You’re probably doing cardio like crazy. Well, you should be. If you haven’t been doing cardio, now is the time to start. If it has been, then now is the time to kick it up a notch. The last 10 pounds to lose are as easy as increasing your performance. Double your cardio to 6 times a week, or if you’ve already been doing it, do a second cardio session at night for a twice-daily cardio workout. Wow, that will really get things going. One caveat: If you increase your exercise output, you may also need to increase your calorie intake a bit to meet your body’s new need for food.

3. Clean up your diet

If all goes well, you can take some time to finally clean up your diet. This means that the last 10 pounds to lose may require rethinking your diet. Are you eating any condiments? Are you eating dairy products? Have you been eating low-fat foods thinking they are healthy and designed to help you lose the last 10 pounds?

Here are some simple rules to help you clean up your diet:

o How many names are listed in the ingredients? The lower the number of items listed, the better it is for you.

o Can you eliminate condiments from your diet for a short period of time? Get rid of the ketchup (which I call tomato flavored sugar), get rid of the mayonnaise, get rid of the salad dressings. Remove soy sauce from your rice.

or what are you drinking? At this point, your goal of losing 10 pounds would include a very substantial change in fluids. An increase in water consumption and the elimination of all other liquids, such as juices or other non-nutritious drinks, will help you lose the last 10 pounds.

4. Waking up earlier means more time to burn calories

The longer you are awake, the more time your body is burning calories and the more time you have to eat and burn off the required 5 or 6 meals. Eating every 3 hours for 5 meals requires starting at 6am and eating the last meal at 6pm, for example. For men, eat another meal at 9 pm.

The longer you are awake, the more time you have to exercise. Doing cardio first thing in the morning before your first meal helps burn fat instead of blood sugar. Make sure to exercise before eating. Then staying up later allows you to do an evening weight workout or a second cardio session.

The last 10 pounds to lose can be as simple as spending more time awake.

If you’re really trying to lose the last 10 pounds, remember to always consider yourself easy. If you tell yourself it’s easy and your mind knows you think it’s easy, it becomes easy. You are what you believe. May your attention expand. Your mind can’t tell the difference between what you think is real and what is real, so know in your heart and mind that the last 10 pounds you can lose are easy. Clean up your diet, improve the amount of fluids you drink, spend more time awake, and make sure you stay active.

Trust me, the last 10 pounds is an easy thing to do.

Kitchen Remodel – Project Planning

When you’re planning a kitchen remodeling project, there are a few things to keep in mind. Learn about three important things to consider when renovating your kitchen in this article.

If you’re planning a kitchen remodeling project, it can be hard to know where to start. There are many options to consider, whether you’re working with a contractor or doing the work yourself. You’ll need to think about how to use your existing space, what storage options you’d like to consider, and what decorating style you’d like to use.

First, think of creative ways to use your existing space. A kitchen island is a great way to add usable counter space, and it’s both beautiful and functional. Pull-out shelves in cabinets, built-in nooks for appliances, and other practical upgrades can also work well for you. This is also a good time to think about upgrading your appliances, adding new outlets, or other functional improvements. If you plan to install new flooring, update your plumbing, or add windows or walls, now is the time to plan for this.

Next, consider the various storage options that are available to you. You may need to add additional shelves or cabinets, or install hanging storage for pots and pans. A kitchen remodeling project is your chance to make your kitchen work for you, so spend some time thinking about how you use the space you already have. Do you find yourself constantly wishing for a shelf, a towel rack, or a place to put a hot pan? This could be a clue that you need to work on how your storage space works.

Lastly, choose the best decorative touches for your kitchen remodeling project. Do you prefer earth tones or bright, bold colors? Is there a special motif you would like to add to your kitchen? The decorative items you choose will allow you to show off your personality, so be sure to let it shine. Now is the time to get creative with your space.

A kitchen remodeling project doesn’t have to be a daunting prospect. Take your project step by step, and you’re bound to end up with a space you love to cook in. Give some thought to how your current space functions, what elements you’d like to add, and what decorating touches you’d prefer. Then call a contractor and start planning your upgrade!

Auto Parts Financing: The Do’s and Don’ts

So you’re looking for some new auto parts to complement your car’s look and attitude on the road. Excellent! You’re like most people driving down the freeway. In fact, most people take pride in the appearance and performance of their vehicles, and spend a lot of money on extensive modifications. However, this can be expensive.

Unfortunately, not everyone can satisfy their need for speed on their current salary. Fortunately, there are some services that allow you to pay for your purchases over time. This can be convenient for emergency repairs such as blown head gaskets, transmission failure, or other catastrophic failures that require a quick fix, getting you back on the road. These services can also be used to purchase parts that are not necessarily an emergency, but are still wanted by the owner.

I’ve found a few auto parts financing options, and I’ll provide information on them in hopes of informing you so you can make the right decision if you find yourself in a situation that requires you to finance auto parts.

PayPal Credit – PayPal Credit, formerly known as BillMeLater, has been around since 2000. Users sign up for free, submit information for a credit check, and can start making purchases if an account is approved. Payment terms are generally set in increments over six months or until the full cost is paid. If the total is not paid in full after the six-month period, an interest rate of 19.99% is applied in the form of a late fee. If you are considering using PayPal Credit, be aware of the payment terms and beware of the high interest rate. PayPal Credit is a good option for financing auto parts as it is used by many e-commerce sites that tend to have lower prices than many traditional stores.

CarCareONE – CarCareONE is an auto parts financing service that works much like a credit card. Managed by Synchrony Financial, which has been around since the 1930s, CarCarONE lets you make monthly payments for routine maintenance, service station trips and emergency repairs at moderately low interest. Plus, no interest is applied to your purchases if they are canceled within 6 months. To register, you must request and consent to a credit and background check prior to making purchases. CarCareOne is great for emergency purchases as it’s accepted at over 16,000 locations nationwide, but be aware of high interest rates if you don’t pay in the first 6 months.

Say – Affirm is a relatively new way to finance auto parts, but it offers the most leniency on credit. Like PayPal Credit, Affirm offers a line of credit for users to spend on purchases. However, this line of credit is not fixed, but is subscribed according to the amount and the merchant from which it was purchased. Affirm charges small finance charges with each payment, so you risk paying more over time if you decide to split your purchase over multiple payments, but the fees are generally small. Affirm is a great option for users who want to buy parts but prefer to pay for the item in installments without risking the high long-term interest rates seen with PayPal Credit and CarCareOne. Remember, Affirm doesn’t affect your credit line, so this method may be the best option if your credit is low.

We hope this article has cleared up some questions you may have about financing auto parts. While it may not always be the best long-term option, it’s a great option for emergencies!

Saying No and Setting Boundaries: Understanding the Three Strikes You’re Out Process

To be effective, limits must do three things: define your expectations, clarify your definition of acceptable behavior, and explain the consequences of ignoring your limits. Without consequences, people never learn limits. Without limits, people never become mature and self-sufficient adults.

Here’s a technique for setting limits called Three Strikes, You’re Out.

The first time someone crosses your boundary, simply tell that person what your boundary is and ask them not to cross it again. Never assume that people know your boundaries unless you’ve taken the time to point them out.

The second time they cross your boundary, simply remind them of your request and tell them the consequences of crossing your boundary one more time. Make sure this is a consequence you are ready to carry out. Telling people you’re leaving them for the sixteenth time will only make people laugh.

The third time they cross your boundary, you move on with your consequences.

Three hits go like this:

Someone takes you.

You say, “Please don’t get on me.”

They wear you down again.

You say, “Please don’t get on me, or I’ll leave.”

They wear you out for the third time.

You say goodbye.”

Three strikes, they’re out. You leave and don’t come back until they’ve made amends. If they don’t like your rules, then they don’t have to play with you.

Now, be careful with your limits. You should never set a boundary for another person that you don’t actually maintain for yourself, or else they will consider your boundary a joke. In other words, don’t yell, “stop yelling” at your yelling kids, and expect them to take you seriously. More importantly, you must never allow your consequences to become empty threats.

What is an empty threat? Well, do you remember the last time a child started screaming in the middle of a store, and even though the parents kept threatening to take the child outside, they never actually did?

You were probably less upset with the child than with the parents because the parents were creating threats, not consequences.

A threat is when you tell someone you are going to do something and then you don’t follow through. Every time he threatens but doesn’t follow through, he’s basically saying, “Don’t believe me when I tell you something.” People stop listening when they don’t believe you; so never threaten a consequence you don’t intend to carry out, or your words will be treated as jokes rather than limits.

By the way, consequences can also be rewards. You ask someone to do something and then explain the consequences of doing it. After they do, they reap the reward. Some people call that bribery. I call it teaching people the value of free trade and trade. What did you think a paycheck was anyway? A bribe or the reward you get for working all week?

Once you learn to set clear and consistent boundaries for yourself and others, you’ll be rewarded with healthy relationships.

Location of adipose tissue in the body

Adipose tissue is a specialized connective tissue in the body that is the main store of energy in the form of triglyceride storage. Adipose tissue is generally found in mammals in two different forms such as white and brown adipose tissues. Depending on the species of mammal, the amount and location of the tissue varies. Most fatty tissues belong to the white category, which is found in various organs and in various parts of the body.

In humans, this tissue is found in multiple locations; it is found under the skin as subcutaneous fat, surrounding internal organs as visceral fat, within bones as bone marrow or yellow bone marrow, and also in the breast. The specific locations of these layers are called adipocyte depots. These deposits are a reservoir of adipose tissue that contains various types of cells; the largest percentage of cells are adipocytes that contain fat droplets. Some other cells, including fibroblasts, macrophages, and endothelial cells, are also part of this tissue along with several tiny blood vessels. As the integument system includes skin that accumulates at the deepest level of the subcutaneous layer, adipose tissue forms under the skin and provides insulation to the body from heat and cold.

It acts as a protective padding around all the vital organs of the body. Although its main function is to reserve lipids, it also acts as the main source of energy by synthesizing lipids to meet the needs of the individual. Obese people see themselves with more amount of adipose tissue in their body. Excessive tissues are seen hanging down from the abdomen and are also known as panniculus. Sometimes, to remove such fats, surgeries are needed. The abdomen has a layer of adipocytes known as visceral and intra-abdominal fat. Internal fat protects the stomach, liver, intestines, and kidneys by forming protective layers inside the body. Breast fat is also a type of white adipose tissue that helps in the formation of milk during pregnancy with the help of the hormone oxytocin and helps the mother to nourish the babies. In humans, excess fat accumulates in the abdomen, hips, and also in the thoracic regions.

Adipocytes are also found in different mammals; in mice they are found within the abdominal layers and cavity forming various deposits within the body. Even around the uterus and ovaries, it forms a layer of fat-filled mass that provides protection. Brown adipose tissues are densely packed mitochondria and are also found in various locations in mammals. As such tissues are good for vascularization, in hibernating animals they help regulate body temperature through non-shivering thermogenesis.

Legal Law

The top six reasons why your business needs bylaws

Although California does not require a business to have bylaws, here are six reasons why every business owner should invest in a strategically thought-out set of bylaws for their business:

1. The Articles of Association are the Legal Vertebral Column of the Company.

A company’s articles of association provide the framework for its operation, including the rules for the relationship of the owners.

2. What happens if your company does not have statutes?

If your business does not have statutes in effect, California law will control how the business is run. It is far better for the owners to determine how they would like the business to operate than to rely on state statutes.

It is similar to an individual who does not have a will or a trust. If they die, state statutes determine how the person’s assets are distributed. Instead, the individual must think carefully about how he would like his assets to be distributed and establish the legal mechanism to enforce his plan.

Similarly, it is much better for business owners to think strategically about how they would like their business to operate than to rely on state statutes, which may not always be the best fit for the business.

3. Statutes give owners peace of mind.

Every business eventually runs into challenges. Better to consider some of the potential turning points in your company and stipulate in your bylaws how you would like the outcomes of these situations to be determined than to wait to make these tough decisions when stakeholders and passions can create the perfect storm. for litigation.

For example, what will happen if there is a legal dispute between the owners? Do you want the company involved in the expense and distraction of litigation, or do you prefer arbitration? What happens if one of the owners dies? What happens if one of the owners wants to leave the company?

Bylaws present an opportunity to calmly and objectively reflect on these issues before they occur. It’s wise to answer these kinds of questions ahead of time and determine what might be the best solutions for your business than relying on default rules in state statutes or trying to work them out when clear ideas are less likely to prevail.

4. Statutes help protect your company’s limited liability protection.

One of the main reasons for forming a corporate entity is possibly to have limited personal liability for potential business debts and lawsuits against your business.

If a company is unincorporated and sued, a plaintiff could try to “pierce the corporate veil” by claiming that the company should not receive the limited liability protection shield because its owners did not follow corporate formalities.

In determining whether to pierce the corporate veil, the court would evaluate a number of factors to determine if your business is legitimate, including whether you have the proper corporate documents and records. By not having statutes, a business owner risks not receiving limited liability protection if sued.

5. Bylaws help prevent misunderstandings between owners.

Communication and clear expectations are key to any successful relationship, including the relationship between business owners. The bylaws clearly state how the business will be run, which can be crucial in avoiding misunderstandings about how the owners expect the business to be run.

6. You may need statutes to establish a bank account and obtain loans and insurance.

Finally, if you want to open a business account or apply for loans, most banks will ask you to provide a copy of their articles of association. Also, insurance companies may require you to provide a copy of your company’s articles of association before providing certain types of policies.

As a business owner, it’s often tempting to cut corners to cut costs. A strategically thought-out set of statutes should not be one of these cuts. Instead, bylaws should be recognized for what they are: one of the wisest investments a business owner can make to ensure the long-term effectiveness of their business.

Real stories of cheating wives

We always hear of men who go astray and have adventures. But we also know that women can be capable of such things.

There are various reasons why wives cheat on their husbands. Most of the time, wives’ infidelity stems from loneliness and boredom. Sometimes an affair with another man is committed as revenge for their unfaithful husbands. Here are some true stories:

cheating wife 1

A man notices that his wife of twenty-three years changes from computer illiterate to Internet addict in a matter of six months. Her trust in her made her ignore the long hours he spent online with her “new friends” of hers and even sending them gifts. Later, his time for his children also suffered. It turned out that he became obsessed with other men, including male prostitutes soliciting online.

His wife had become a totally different woman, influenced by the dark and perverted world she had embraced. She left her husband and her family, but not before doing as much damage as she could, making horrible accusations and horrible comments to other family members.

cheating wife 2

Another man found out about his wife’s three-month affair. He had slept with his mistress several times during this period. Only after being confronted and face to face with the evidence did she confess. Her husband was naturally devastated, but he forgave her so they could have a second chance and start rebuilding their broken relationship. The wife was truly sorry and she did her best to make it up to her husband.

However, the bread stayed inside. The husband did not know how to cope. He wondered if he should know more about the matter to get over it. The past seemed to catch up and hurt him again and again. He forgave but could not forget.

cheating wife 3

Who could understand the madness that led a man to kill his three-year-old daughter? A subsequent trial revealed that the man had been depressed for months after learning that his wife was having an affair. He drugged her daughter with antidepressant medication that he had been taking and killed her with chloroform two days before her fourth birthday. He said he dealt with the cheating and wanted his wife to deal with the consequences for the rest of his life.

cheating wife 4

A couple married after a year of meeting and falling in love while attending college. They later moved to Italy and returned to Britain. A year after that, the wife filed for divorce. Minutes after that, she used a can of gasoline to set her house on fire.

But before the divorce papers, there were already marital problems. It’s bad enough that the man threatens her wife to burn down her Italian flat so they can be together forever. Among his accusations was the suspicion that his wife was having an affair.

cheating wife 5

A woman admitted to cheating on her husband every time she got mad at him. She had one night stands with different men that left her unsatisfied. She wanted to take revenge on her husband through her infidelity, but she ended up destroying herself.

Some cheating wives blame their husbands for pushing them to have affairs. But for a marriage to really work, it takes commitment and effort from both husband and wife. Cheating on your spouse is a selfish act.

Siberian Husky Information for Breeders and Buyers

The Siberian Husky is a purebred dog recognized by the American Kennel Club (AKC) as a breed in 1930. The Siberian Husky is a descendant of the “eskimo dog” or sled dog, and is also a member of the larger Spitz group. of dogs that derive from the Arctic. Their Spitz relatives include the Chow Chow and the Pomeranian. Their husky relatives include the Alaskan Malamute and the Samoyed. The Siberian Husky has traits from both groups, including the high-set triangular ears and curly, shaggy tail of the Spitz and the thick double coat of insulating fur and general wolf-like appearance of the Eskimo Dog and other Huskies.

Siberian Huskies were brought to Alaska in 1909 to participate in sledding competitions. His stamina and intelligence helped the husky win many sled races. This breed of dog is more commonly used in American Kennel Club competition than it is in today’s sled breeds, but the traits needed to pull sleds are still the traits needed to win.

Behavioral traits common to Siberian Huskies can be problematic for the wrong owner. Like wolves, Siberian Huskies howl. This excessive howling can surprise an unsuspecting owner. Huskies are independent, stubborn, energetic pack animals that require specific care and training to maintain their happiness and health. Siberian Husky breeders will not sell puppies to owners who are uninformed about the breed. This is because there is a disproportionate number of Huskies sitting in shelters and rescue centers because their uneducated owners wanted a beautiful dog but did not research the behavioral characteristics of the breed. Siberian Huskies are considered one of the best property insurance raising dogs due to their tendency to escape and run. Other “bad” dogs on this list include Rottweilers and Pit Bulls.

Siberian Huskies, like wolves, have a pack mentality and are unhappy and bored without constant interaction with humans or other dogs. They need plenty of room to run and will become destructive if tied up or cooperative in a pen. They have a lot of fur and therefore a lot of fur to shed. Potential owners should know how to care for their husky before they purchase it.

Siberian Husky breeders will not sell purebred Huskies to just anyone. In fact, breeders may have more questions for potential buyers than buyers have for breeders. Due to the high incidence of abandonment for this breed, breeders will want to ensure that potential owners are a good match for a Siberian Husky.

To find reputable Siberian Husky breeders, it is important to ensure they live in a cool climate, as Huskies are built for cold weather and can suffer from heat stroke in high temperatures. Other traits to look for in a good breeder include the following: the breeder maintains their own kennels, their huskies have been properly medically tested and immunized, the breeder does not breed huskies with known medical conditions or behavioral problems, does not sells to pet stores or pet brokers, breeders are clean and meet the training and social needs of huskies, are experts in the breed and affiliated with purebred rescue centers, have good references such as the AKC (American Kennel Club ), interview buyers to make sure they are a good match and are willing and able to provide information about the Siberian Husky.

Tired and nostalgic road in Stuttgart, Germany

Our “last European road trip” ended in Stuttgart, Germany, where we dropped off our once-new Macan S, named Max, at the Porsche factory for shipment home.

After being on the road for almost thirty days and driving 2,150 miles through Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland, the moment comes when you realize… enough is enough… it’s time to go home!

And on this holiday, we brought back a rather unusual souvenir!

The last driving segment and factory delivery

Konstanz’s journey to Stuttgart was smooth and everything went according to plan. But as we drove to the parking area in front of the Zuffenhausen complex, the harsh reality hit us…this was the official end of the trip and we’re going home tomorrow.

We were greeted by the same Porsche delivery consultant we initially met a month ago, but this time we handed him the keys and he handed us a folder with the paperwork.
Saying goodbye to Max was strange after all the time we spent together and especially not knowing exactly when we would meet.

As we walked through the building, we glanced into the delivery room and saw a collection of new Porsches all lined up, waiting for their owners, and reflected on how excited we had been the night before picking up our new vehicle.

last night in stuttgart

Our trip began and ended at the Althoff Hotel am Schlossgarten, which is an excellent hotel with warm and welcoming staff. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a magnificent suite with two balconies. The views were exceptional and added a fitting end to our visit.

You know it’s time to go home when…

Despite a lot of pre-trip planning at home, there was still a lot of “local” logistics to work through every day…which gets old after a while.

Simple things become exhausting… Sightseeing and excursion decisions instead of staying and enjoying the local atmosphere in a small cafe. Even the question of what to eat and where becomes challenging.

As we neared the end of the trip, packing became a stuffing event…just roll it up and keep last few days clothes separate and tidy.

Craving a steak and baked potato

In fact, we had a weird craving for plain, basic American food… like a steak and baked potato of all things.

Finding a steakhouse proved to be a challenge as there weren’t many options, but we did find one with decent reviews and it was within walking distance.

The street scene was very different from a month ago, when we saw warm summer weather with hordes of revelers enjoying the Stuttgart Wine Village Festival with over 150 wine arbors and food vendors.

We are now experiencing a cool early autumn afternoon with a light crowd of locals in the wide pedestrian squares. This new perspective had us a bit lost, so we asked what turned out to be a patient and friendly woman for directions.

“Could you tell us where the Block House Steak restaurant is?”

She replied, with a slightly puzzled look, and said, “Why would you go there when we have exceptional Swabian restaurants for you to enjoy?

“We know it and we’ve enjoyed it, but we’ve been here almost 30 days and we’re going home tomorrow.”

With an understanding smile and said… “Oh, okay, then go three blocks down that road and turn right.”

Max’s ride home

We dropped Max off on September 29, stripped the car down to the owner’s manuals and maps, and drove to the German port city of Emden in a transport truck where it was then loaded onto the Goliath Leader, a car carrier. which houses more than 18,000 vehicles.

The ship stopped at a few more ports before heading out to sea. We were able to track her as she crossed the Atlantic, she passed through the Panama Canal and headed for the port of San Diego, where she went through customs and a final check by Porsche.

We finally met up at our local dealer on December 3rd… just over two months later.

So would we do it again?

Taking delivery of a new car is exciting and marks a major financial decision, but when you add a European delivery to the chemistry, you get a totally different and amplified experience.

Driving a high-performance, custom-built vehicle for a month’s vacation through the breathtakingly beautiful European countryside and the freedom to go anywhere without restrictions or car rental fees has a huge advantage.

On the other hand… Driving a new car in a totally foreign environment, along with the paranoia associated with dents and bumps, as well as finding “perfect” parking spots adds a bit of stress to the once-in-a-lifetime euphoric undertaking. . .

Add to the equation the fact that… you’ll be paying for a car you won’t even see for over 2 months while it’s in transit to your home port.

But you know… you only go once and if you were going to buy it anyway, why not get out of your comfort zone?

All of this makes for a great and unique story that gets better every time we tell it!

As described in our “The Last Road Trip in Europe” series, we had an incredible adventure and exceptional memories to reflect on for years to come.

Summary

Looking back, we had a vacation in Europe, Porsche treated us with reduced airfares and hotel rates, special meals, personal guided tours of the world-class factory and museum, and lots of thoughtful and personal touches.

Driving experiences and the freedom to choose your own destinations and timeframes cannot be assigned a numerical dollar value…the untold is coming!
All we have to do is look at all our photos, read our series of travel articles and look in our garage at Max…

After all, what’s the rush… get inspired.
